Not very good customer service at all. I’ve given this place a lot of chances, and have tried to buy from them instead of others.. and They have been very rude everytime I’ve had issues or questions. It’s sad because the customer service really has an impact on whether or not you want to shop somewhere.

My wife went to your store this evening and 2 ladys that work there totally ignoring my wife and asking other customer that just walked in. Nobody asked her if she need help or even acknowledged my wife. I know that business is booming and if you guys treat your customers this way no wander Amazon is booming too.

Wife needed some ginger, either chewables or candy etc. They were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. We dont live in Sarasota but will definitely stop there again next time we are in town! Highly recommended!

As a local business, I am typically a supporter of other local businesses. I am at the Tamiami location at least twice a month, sometimes more, buying products that are not ordinary, but available on Amazon... for less.I figure, pay a little more for customer service... and support other local businesses. Its good for the local economy. Within reason.Today, upon picking up a canine supplement Ive been buying for several years, I noticed The price of the supplement had increased by over 10% versus my last visit approximately a month ago. I am inquired about this change with one of the regular employees (owner?) of the store. Her response: silence and a cold stare.So, while processing my payment, I took the time to look up this same supplement on Amazon... 20+% less expensive and shipped to my door within a day or two.For 20% more, I could have done without the silent treatment. My expectation was simple: at least an acknowledgement and perhaps a conversation.Going forward, Ill work with silence... by avoiding this local business and ordering online, for less.

I have been shopping with SuperValue Nutrition for the past couple of months. I just recently hit my 300 point loyalty status and was excited to use my ten dollar reward. I went in today and purchased a $50 bottle of CBD oil for my anxiety. The bottle started leaking after I opened it. I am never one to complain, but made myself go back in and let them know the bottle had a malfunction. What did they do? They wiped it down and handed it back to me. Wow. When something is broken and leaking, you dont had it back to a loyal customer, you replace it. Never again will I purchase from this business. You just lost money with me. Shame shame.

Found this place through google since Im new to the area, and needed a place to pick up some supplements and vitamins.I was greeted by a gentleman who looked like a body builder, he informed me about a few things and seemed knowledgeable.I purchased Condense preworkout just to try something new out, and one of the women at the counter said she liked it as well (turns out she eventually was the owner). I checked out, left and opened up my new tub of preworkout.The preworkout was very rocky. It was dried up and now ponder what so ever. Ive taken a bunch of supplements to know this isnt how its supposed to be. I took it back to the original guy I spoke to, and he kept telling me that itll mix just fine, thats how its supposed to be, and hes seen harder/rockier supplement powders. I wasnt very pleased with that just because its supposed to be powder, not pop rocks candy.I walked to the section where the condense was kept and other tubs didnt sound as rocky and dried. I came across the woman who was the manager after I asked at this point (noted earlier she turned out to be the owner) and she was helpful. She immediately said the preworkout shouldnt be dried or like that, and offered a quick exchange. I didnt mind because I just wanted to try something new.Julia was helpful and very kind. Im new to Florida, and its nice to run into people who actually try to help you.
