I stopped by to redeem my gift card and pick up a half ham. Ive been eating Honey Baked Hams since the early 90s. They are my all-time favorite. There are exceptional. This store offers Hams, Turkey and serve lunch sandwiches and soup. There are a selection of sauces as well. They are conveniently located on Tamiami Trail and visible from the street. Stopped in unexpectedly to get the makings for a luncheon I was having the same day. The 2 employees were very courteous, and helpful, and I left about 15 mins later with 14 yummy sandwiches & the fixings. The luncheon turned out great & the sandwuches were a big hit!! My husband James stopped by the store in Sarasota today and purchased $98.00 in items. I have been a customer of honey baked for over 20 years and on holidays send many gifts to friends and relatives from Honey Baked. Today I was shocked when he went in the sale person was not wearing a mask. He had one on. I can’t imagine her not covering her mouth and nose in this covid time.PLEASE protect yourself; protect your customers. ☹️

Honey Baked Ham store in Sarasota advertised a complete traditional dinner, then threw together theWorst Thanksgiving Dinner Ever!My cousin paid $30 for 3lbs of sliced turkey that looked artificial and was dry and tasteless!For sides, she paid $15 each for a bowl of raw green beans and barely cooked au gratin potatoes . No gravy for the dry white turkey, no dinner rolls and No cranberry sauce.How can you have Thanksgiving with no cranberry sauce? $60 bucks wasted. What a disaster! $15 bucks for less than a pound of green beans? That’s highway robbery, plain and simple.

All things considering and only 2 people working the day before Thanksgiving the 2 people that were there were as kind as they can be. I felt sorry for them. If I could have helped I would have. The good came out of people trying to help bag their things .

Crazy busy Christmas week...but the line moved fast and the staff kept up with the masses.

Had the pleasure of actually helping with the Christmas holiday rush here and have to say, WOW, what an adventure! People lined up non-stop for their turn at purchasing such a delightful treat for their holiday meals. Hard working, friendly staff hustle all day to get their product to the consumer quickly with holiday cheer. They get a rhythm and just keep on. Good deal, well done!

Very pleased with the Honey baked Ham the ham is delicious. When I first got there the line was out the door and I was concerned that Id be there most of the afternoon waiting. However I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency with which the employees were operating at I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes price is reasonable the food is above average.

A special Thank you to Adam C at store 310. On Thanksgiving Eve they ran out of turkeys due to an error with a delivery driver. Adam rented a truck and drove to Brandon to pick up the turkeys and opened the store early Thanksgiving morning to get everyone there turkeys! Hero in my book!

Used them today for catering staff Thanksgiving lunch. Ordered VIP buffet. They forgot silverware condiments and chips. Tomatoes were anything but fresh. Very unimpressed with the way they handled our order. Will not cater from them again.
