I was the only customer in the store and the guy working had no time for me. I asked a lot of questions and was excited to pretty much buy every item they had for my team but he wouldn’t help me find anything or even look up from what he was reading. When I asked him to take down a jersey to look at he acted like I just shot his kid. Good selection but if you see the heavy set bald guy working turn around!

Its a great place if you are a sports fanatic. And the people that work there are very courteous and friendly to talk to. Its a place that I always leave happy about the answers I got. And the prices are unbeatable.

Good selection of sport apparel. Also friendly and professional staff. The mall is not what used to be, seems like ghost mall, hardly any good stores, except for stores like this, and Costco.

Only place in South Sarasota county for all my team repping apparel. We shop Lids Locker Room for all kinds of sports apparel ....great buys in-store you wont find online. Go see Zachary and tell him what u r looking for...he found my 10 year old son a great Rays t-shirt in a Large youth size. I couldnt locate it in the store, but he knew where to find it! And I purchased one for myself, because Zachary told me I would get 50% off the second item. Win-Win!

Today I shopped at this location with a friend. On shift there was a manager & two associates working the store. All three were in the center cash wrap area. Upon entering the store, no one spoke or greeted us at all. I was shopping for a baseball cap. No one offered any assistance. No one said one word to us. All three employees simply carried on in their conversation unconcerned that there were customers shopping. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return to shop at this location. I made a purchase out of necessity. However, I would not spend anymore money at this Lids location.

Went and placed an order for a custom hat for work and was told 30 min. Had some running around to do in Sarasota so it worked out. Went back about an hour later and sas told the machine is having problems and they may be able to finish it tomorrow. They finally get the machine fixed and i pick my hat up 2 days later and the bottom letters are all half done, different sizes and not straight.

Great place but this tall guy named Jeff never stopped talking. He was really pushy and forced me to purchase 3 hats.. and he was wearing too much cologne

Good selection but a little pricey

Couldnt even do a basic embroidery design. Unable to get the thread started. Dont offer a service if youre too incompetent to do it.

Very clean, organized, great variety and a very helpful staff. Only issue...no fitting room.

The cashier was rude and almost seemes like he was trying to start confrontation when i fidnt really say anything to him at all so I left the store altogether.

Service was weak and really no good sales

Needed a lid.. to root for my team, they had it covered.
