Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him my goals and he got me set up with the supplements I need and went over what each product does and when to take them. Your not going to get that kind of expertise and service at any other “vitamin shop”. This is clearly a supplement store for those that are serious about weight loss, muscle gain and improving over all health.

When you walk in to a nutrition store and tell them you’re looking for shredders and they say “I got shredders! Even a sick paper shredder!” You know you walked into a place where the people aren’t there to sell you, they are they to make you feel at home. Great first experience. Theyre a bit small for my needs and had niche products which are very fun, but cater mostly to the weight loss and fitness realm. That being said, they seemed very willing and open to addressing other product needs if requested to... Love who they are and what they do... Maybe theyll expand.

Jordan and Kayla are by far the friendliest people I’ve met, they take the time to get to know what your goals are and explain how to help you achieve them. Complete nutrition isn’t your typical supplement store, they have products here that support what you are specifically looking for. I’ve been going here for about two months and have seen more results than I have with supplements from GNC. They don’t just try to make a sale, they get to know you on a personal level and make you feel like a part of a family here.

Im used to the small local shop prices that I was paying up in Wisconsin...so that was my main concern. Very friendly and professional! I broke my femur and Im in a wheel chair for awhile. When I rolled up to the door, Kayla stopped what she was doing and ran to help me. She helped me find what I was looking for. She held a great conversation. She took the time to explain the products to me. After everything, she once again got the door for me. Going to Complete Nutrition is a great experience that is unlike shopping any place else. Jordan takes a genuine interest in each and every customer and is willing to spend time educating and encouraging everyone. He provided me, the customer, with all the knowledge and then he let me make an educated decision on what products I wanted. Then taking it one step further, he literally walked me through a game plan on how and when and what to take for optimal results.Together we have me on a solid multi-vitamin (Complete Man) and Omega Shred being taken daily, along with taking NX6 and Surges Preworkout prior to hitting the gym. In conjunction with constantly drinking my Surge BCAAs (I am addicted to the coconut water add - love it). Love this place. Went in to get some pre workout and was helped by Amaury who gave me samples of what he thought I would like best he was very informative and kind. I loved the sameples so I went back the next day and was helped by Jordan who went above and beyond to give me a great deal on all the samples I tested and hooked me up with some great protein for the lowwww holla.

The owner wasnt very helpful. I was the only one in the store but he kept acting like whatever he was doing was more important than helping me. Sure I found what I was looking for, but thats only because I knew what it was, and I was sold 2 of the same product instead of products I could stack together to make my workout/weight loss more productive. Thank you for being mediocre. Ive had much better experiences at other Complete Nutritions. Hopefully the owner has hired other employees that are more hands-on and helpful.

Called to ask information on a product and was answered with an attitude that I did not want to spend 150 and only wanted to buy one product and in which in his opinion was the worst thing in the store. Really?! Then why do you sell it?! If I want to buy something let me buy something and not judge my budget.

I Sent my wife to this location based on a referral she had from Orange Theory Fitness in Sarasota. My wife has been working out 2 days a week for the last several years at Orange Theory fitness and has recently felt exhausted during her workout. The Owner Over sold her supplements to the tune of $192.00. My wife is 56 & 122 lbs. He sold her Citrine (Weight Control), Pre Work out Powder, Tone (CLA) NX6 (Nitric Oxide Rush). When I saw what she was advised to buy, I knew from my experience these supplements didnt fit her needs. When I returned to the store I was given a hard time because we didnt try all of the products and therefore couldnt possibly know they werent working for us. That was simply there way of not refunding your money and only issuing a store credit. It basically took 45 minutes to get a full refund on unopened product and a store credit on 2 items we used 1 dosage of. TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, MUST HAVE FINANCIAL ISSUES BASED ON THE HASSLE I RECEIVED TRYING TO GET $105 BACK FROM THIS LOCATION. I love the Coffee Protein and will find another location to buy their products. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION ON CATTLEMAN:(
