Had a customer walkin cooler go down in Cape Coral on 07/05/21. Called the number listed, no after hours call number in the message. Called another branch mgr to see if he could help. He provided us with a number, called it, just a voice-mail from some DAngelo. This is a refrigeration supply house that doesnt have their act together. Dont count on them after hours, call someone else. If theyre not there for their contractors after hours, dont call them during business hours.

I wanted to report a reckless driving by one of your track drivers on rt 75 in the Sarasota area.I almost drilled into your truck on high way while he suddenly maneuvered to pass a car without a show of left light acting like he was in a small sports car. He or she endangered my family, we were traumatized all day. I’m glad no one slammed into us while I went on breaks.FYI.

Very high priced as always. Called for a price on a Hoshizaki ice machine pump. They were at $547. I got the exact same part off Amazon for $225 and it arrived that evening. Years ago, when I didnt know better, I would buy supplies at Johnston Supply. With almost any price check they were head and shoulders higher than Harden Supply. Only call when Im in a tight. Avoid like the plague. If you call the after hour line you talk to a guy whos driving on the highway. Hell tell you he doesnt know if they have that motor in stock and to check the websight. Thats happened twice. No help at all. Ark Refrigeration
