Best ice cream in Sarasota hands down. They have traditional flavors and non traditional. But it doesn’t matter. These people live and breath the ice cream they make. Each flavor I was told the ice cream flavor base and how it was made. Their cookie monster ice cream has 6 different cookie types in it. Their fruit ice creams are fresh and smooth. If you are within 45 minutes of this place, go!!

I’ve never written a review before, but my love of siesta creamery should not go unnoticed and more people need to know this gem exists. Their ice cream is beyond anything I’ve ever had before. So much thought and love goes into every flavor. The only thing that tops their ice cream is their customer service. Tonight, while ordering 3 scoops, the employees let me try countless options, and when I finally landed on my flavors they helped me “plate it” in terms of which flavors come first,second, third in my cup. I have never had better ice cream and will be a loyal customer to the Siesta Creamery for years to come

My spouse and I had the cookie monster ice cream, definitely recommend trying it, it was out of this world amazing. We all had one scoop in a waffle cone and it was more than enough.

Also both times we went in on our vacation the staff was happy and had awesome attitudes and couldnt have been impressed by these young men and women. This ice cream is so good! All homemade and the flavors are so good. You may have had a lot of these flavors before but youve never tasted them made this way! Definitely recommend getting a homemade waffle cone and a couple scoops of your favorite flavors that you sample.

We moved here a year ago and this is the best around. They are always coming up with new flavors or putting a new spin on some old ones. We have tried the others, but always end up back here.

I heard great things about this place and was excited to try it. There are many great stories of the female owner who explains how each hand-crafted flavor was developed... but unfortunately she wasnt there for our visit. That aside, I had the Muddy Buddy, and the gentleman who served me couldnt tell me what was in it. Some bites were delicious, yet some not so much. Everyone else loved their ice cream though. We also had orange pineapple, black cherry and smores.

A great find for the best ice cream on Siesta Key! Staff was welcoming and offered samples on the different flavors.

Jake is a true artisan, he cares about what he’s making and you can taste his passion for ice cream and joy in all of the many flavors. We 2 adults shared a flight of 6 flavors after tasting almost all the them - if I’m exaggerating I’m only slightly. Jake listens to how you respond to a flavor and makes follow up suggestions. We wanted a coffee flavor and Jake upped it to espresso, followed by Kahlua, rounded out with coconut. Talk about a pairing. The Muddy Buddy is elevated peanut butter ice cream: so many peanut butter treats blended into this one with a nice salty finish. Jake actually started me on boysenberry crisp, which I wouldn’t have requested by name, but I enjoyed my taste so much that I got a cup. Basically, if you like ice cream, come here. If you want a culinary journey in cold sweet form, come here. If you want to a support local small business and leave feeling joyful, come here! Why aren’t you here yet?? (First time in Siesta Key and can’t wait to return!)

This is the ice cream and coffee place to visit!!! We went there 4 or 5 times just because we loved the atmosphere that Jake, the owner, and his brother Greg portrayed in their shop. We met the family and other key employees that help make this place a quaint, charming, and enjoyable visit. We have tried their peppermint mocha hot latte, iced caramel latte, hot chocolate with and w/o an espresso shot, donuts and milkshakes. Everything was great!!! We cannot wait to bring our kids back to create more memories and support this small business. Thanks Jake, Greg and the rest of the staff for your dedicated commitment in providing delicious foods and fantastic service!!

Visit this place! I bring my kids here and they love it! Lots of flavors made with love and a VERY friendly staff. My daughter always asks for unicorn icecream. Its not a thing, BUT not matter! They used sprinkles the bottom 1/4 of a cone to make a unicorn. This is the only place she asks to go now. Highly recommend!

We dropped by the creamery initially for some coffee, and ended up getting a pint of ice cream to go as well! The espresso was excellent, very smooth and not too bitter. The owner was awesome, he let us try a dozen different flavors of ice cream. We settled on half “Kahlua Crunch” and half cookie crumble, which we ate for dessert later that night. It was a wonderful, family owned business and I can’t recommend them enough. We will definitely be back.

The ice cream is excellent. I can’t recommend the black cherry chocolate chip highly enough. The texture is rich and creamy, and the flavors play together perfectly. But what you need to have is the cinnamon bun doughnut. This thing was transcendent. It had the perfect krispy cream like external glaze, but instead of being air, you find layers of delicious cinnamon bun. Wow. Going back tomorrow for another one.

This was a truly awesome ice cream experience. The owner and his brother were running the shop the day we went in, pretty much insisted on us sampling almost every flavor they had, and then assembled an awesome cup for each of us. Apart from the fact that I won’t be able to eat ice cream for another week, beyond satisfied. Support a local business and grab some homemade ice cream.

Siesta Creamery is awesome! The icecream is just delicious and made daily. Everything is super fresh and the owners have crafted some really neat flavors. The parlor has plenty of space to eat while social distancing too. We wont go anywhere else!

Not enough can be said about Jake and what he has been able to with ice cream at the Creamery. This is one place that is a must to visit, but when you do make sure you have the time to let Jake share his ice cream and what he has done to put them together. This is more of an experience and not just a stop for some cheap ice cream. The flavor selection alone is unmatched and every bite will have you wishing for a bottle-less cup. Definitely a must visit!!!
