My first purchase from Interstate Products will not be my last. The entire purchase process from order to delivery was fabulous, even when other companies delay shipments over supply chain issues. Mike in customer service contacted me after my order was submitted and arranged the special shipping required along with needed lift-gate. Justrite Manufacturing supplied a quality product (Eagle Flammable Storage Cabinet, 45 gallon). Diamond Lines delivered the product to my rural address and the young woman, driver spotted my product just where I wanted it. Everything was on time, as promised. I love the quality product. Great customer service! I was in a bind - needing information after hours for work taking place in a different time zone. Unfortunately, most everyone was gone for the day. But the President took the time to get me enough information to address the immediate crisis and followed up quickly with additional information the following day. We were able to keep the project moving due to the committed, friendly assistance I received!
