Great customer service!! took my lawn mower blade to be sharpened on Thursday came back on Friday and they didnt have time to get to it, then I asked if they had one I could buy. Manager of location took my blade and sharpened it on the spot. Thank you!

My wife and I visited this Mowers Inc. location this afternoon due to our mower going down this morning and I was greeted by Lonnie. He was excellent to work with and did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING he could to get us on a new mower so we had a new primary mower and could use the one we put in the shop as a backup. We have had great experiences at both locations and we highly recommend using Mowers Inc for all your equipment needs! He is very down to earth and will do everything he can to get you taken care of in a timely manner.

Needed a mower for a new property and had the pleasure of meeting Lonnie at Mowers Inc. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up going with his recommendation. I really appreciated how he did not try and oversell but instead suggested a model that would be perfect for my needs. Fast forward three hours later and the mower is in my driveway (delivered with some helpful on site instruction). What more can you ask for than honest advice and great service? How about a really good price on a quality product because that is exactly what I received. Keep up the good work!

Anyone can sell you a mower. Its all about the service. I had an issue with the serpentine belt and the owner spent a Friday evening walking me through the process. I still couldnt get it right so they picked up the mower, fixed it and delivered it. I live 45 minutes away. The mower, a Hustler Dash-34 works like a champ. Thanks for all your help.

Called mowers inc to inquire about a residential zero turn mower and was directed to the owner Lonnie. He took the time to explain over the phone the options available. I went to the store during busy peak season for commercial guys and Lonnie took the time to walk me around and explain different options as well as mowers that he could order. I was going to buy a mower from one of the big box stores until I went to mowers inc. I called and spoke to two port Charlotte dealers and as soon as they found out I was looking for a residential grade zero turn them seemed completely disinterested.... I left feeling I got a good deal on what is a big purchase for me. I can’t speak for the service side of the business but I’m sure these guys are the busiest dealer in the area for a reason.

I had purchased a Torro mower from a different dealer about ten years ago. I went back for a mulching kit it was a very hate full experience. Thats when I discovered MOWERS INC. Now the greatest experience I have had with any service dept. The staff has always taken care of me and my mower. I am a home owner I love yard detail.After ten years of the best service it was time to get a new mower. I walked in to the showroom of Mowers Inc and was blessed to speak to the owner of the company. He took my old mower in trade. The number one reason I traded my old mower in is because they refurbish them and the owner finds a VET AND GIVES IT TO THEM God bless America and Mowers Inc.Now my new mower is a Hustler OMG it runs and mows like no machine I have ever mowed with. They delivered it and picked up my trade the driver was very professional answered all my questions about my new mower. I new a lot about my new mower but the reinsurance was awesome. Brought in my Toro timecutter for a warranty issue. They were great to deal with. They fixed it pretty quickly and even adjusted the deck and sharpened the blades. Will definitely use them again!

You got to ask for Paul in parts or service. Hes the best. Ive been doing business here for probably 10 years. Paul is always friendly and knows you by name. Ask for K100 it will save you a carb service. That lawn tractor out front with the tracks is so cool looking.

As a homeowner, I dont have experience with ZTs and their staff took time to walk me through the entire machine so that I was comfortable. I buy all my maintenance parts for my toro mower here. They are not cheap but i feel they are one of the better places in town. The thing i feel that can be improved is their customer courtesy. Sometimes the people that work here come off as rude. Sometimes they are great. Never really know what you are going to get.

Saw an ad on Craigslist and drove down to the shop from north tampa. Really good customer service. Bought the Spartan 54 and was an amazing price. The mower is perfection. Its like riding a sports car/ tank. Very well built and i rode scag for 3 years. Never buying another mower.

If their were an option for zero stars I would choose zero! Earlier this year I paid this shop $500.00 to repair a wire harness on one of our commercial mowers, not even a year later I am having to bring this mower back to their shop for the same replacement. We have owned numerous amounts of mowers and have never had to replace a harness on any unit. The first time is understandable but to have to replace the same harness again with the same year is Unacceptable! When I brought this problem to the shops attention they advised me that something else caused the problem, knowing that we are bringing this unit back in to replace the SAME harness again. The shop still made us wait two weeks to correct a repeat problem for a Commercial customer! We understand that they had to order the part but when the part came in I was still put on the back burner and told that I would have to wait multiple days in order for them to make time to repair the unit with the New part that just arrived. please remember that when we first dropped off the mower we had to wait three days for them to even look at it, to inspect it, to order the part. We should have been a priority when that part arrived because we have already been waiting almost Two weeks and this was a repair we are PAYING FOR the SECOND time! This is not a OIL change, this should NOT have to be done TWICE! I even offered to pay more money to expedite the repair, but they chose to make us wait even longer. I do not recommend any BUSINESS owner to waste their time with this poor excuse of a company! They are a waste of time and do not appreciate their customers nor do right by keeping their word. Since I am writing a book here I will gladly tell you about their customer service. Very Unprofessional, unfriendly. After our mower was sitting in their shop for two full weeks during slow season we decided to take our mower to Cutter Power equipment in Brandon, fl who agreed to fix our mower the SAME day! Trust me it is worth the drive to Brandon to not have to deal with a Unprofessioanl repair shop!Happy Holidays!Extreme Cutz LLC
