Loving my new Tempurpedic mattress thanks to Bob at Mattress 1. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with us to help us find the perfect mattress. Store is very neat and clean with just the right amount of mattresses. Other stores were confusingly set up with too many mattresses. It was a wonderful experience.

Their two salesman Bob & Dwayne are truly nice, down-to-earth guys who care about the stores reputation. No pressure, no hard sell, and no baloney. They made sure that everything went smoothly with the purchase & delivery of my tempurpedic bed. Both were very responsive and quick to call back during and after the sale. Excellent financing with zero interest for (5) years! Highly recommended - wouldnt go anywhere else.

Although the buying experience was fine, the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery window was 7:00AM to 7:00PM so I was trapped waiting until they arrived. This happened at 6:00PM. The deliverers had had a long day and were in a bad mood. Fighting with each other and refusing to place one bed the way I wanted it.Why not specify a 2 hour window the way that most delivery companies do?
