We are very happy with our mattress. Sandy was very informative explaining the process in making his mattress right on sight. My husband and I are experiencing great nights of sleep. Great experience from shopping to installation. Sandy, the owner, helped us customize the bed to fit our needs. My side is softer than husbands side. Later we had an extra foam piece which they installed in our home free of charge. Just being here for winter season takes a little longer for bed to break in so we needed it a little softer. Customer service and installation people very pleasant. Very personable service. We sleep much better on this mattress and the fitted mattress cover with copper really does keep the bed from getting too hot.

Moving into our New Home a few years ago, buying a mattress was the 1st thing on our list. As most, we bought the high end name brand and after 6 months we had to replace it....used their warranty and increased firmness. Now 2 years later, its even worse. We bought our mattress from this store about a year ago. Ive been meaning to leave a review for awhile. When I tell people about this mattress place, theyve never heard of it and didnt know that someone makes mattresses locally. Anyways, we love our mattress. Its so comfy and its the perfect mix of firm but still comfortably soft. It was more than I budgeted for, but Im very happy with it. I feel like I went on a mattress journey from cheap Amazon and Ikea ones to Mattress Firm to this place and now Im finally closer to creating the cozy bedroom of my dreams. You can watch them make the mattresses right there at the factory/showroom. No chemical smells. I like the zippered cover you can take off & wash & see exactly what your mattress is made of. Most mattresses have a pretty cover, but you are not really sure whats underneath it. Our mattress was custom made to our specific needs, delivered and set up in less than a week. We bought our bed a month ago after searching for months. A friend had had bought his a year ago and raved about it. We went to see Sandy at the Clark Rd store. Laid on 4 of the 9 beds. My husband has had back surgery and likes firm. I prefer the softness of a cloud. He custom built our bed 1/2 his way 1/2 my way with head and feet motors and remotes. Led lights under the bed. I am having terrible hot flashes and the copper infused mattress is so cold that my husband now wears a T-shirt and sweats to bed. The king pillows are also cooling pillows and memory foam. We recently moved to a new house in Bradenton and needed a new bed. We visited Unlimited Comfort and discussed our needs with Sandy, and he was able to promptly provide us with custom-built king size mattress that addressed our need for different degrees of firmness and fit on an adjustable frame that allowed each side to operate independently. I have arthritis in my hands and by raising the mattress I can easily put the fitted sheet on. The sheets are very nice and comfortable.

We just purchased a split king mattress. Sandy the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained the process of how the bed is made on the premises. This is the BEST customer service you can get. Not only the mattresses are the great quality and comfort, but the service is above and beyond. Sandy is kind and very helpful. Having my back issues and no success with tempurpedic, I was skeptical. I bought firm king size to give it a try. It felt a little too firm. I contacted Sandy after several months and he came in no time to add additional layers of foam in my house. Now it feels perfect. This is what made in America means!!! We had a personalized mattress made for our bed at home and when I say personalize I mean made to our specifications for comfort and firmness and even a component for coolness in our Florida environment. After sleeping on it for a week, we needed an adjustment and an were able to get a specific layer added to it at no charge. We have been sleeping cool and sound ever since and this has been two years ago. The price was better than other mattress companies. The service outstanding and this company stands by and personally makes it work for each client.
