I purchased my 3rd Mazda from this location. Worked directly with Tiffany Tovar. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. When purchasing a car from Ed Howard Mazda, ask directly for her. You will receive the same fantastic experience that I had, and now I am now a lifelong customer of hers. I only wish that I could give her more than a 5 star rating !!!

It really takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this experience just ruined my morning.I do want to say the greeter at the service center was very kind but when I got inside and spoke to the service rep it was a different story.I went here to do my mom a favor since she had to work in the morning and simply wanted me take to take her car to see what was going on with it.The rep started off by giving me a quote of $160 just to check the vehicle which I thought was strange but wasn’t the issue. When I mentioned that I was planning on waiting for the vehicle to be finished the rep told me that I needed to leave.At first I thought he was joking so I asked him if he was serious, he got visibly upset and raised is voice in front of his coworkers and other customers in the office. Stating that this was a vehicle drop off, he had 6 appointments today (don’t know what that has to do with anything) and told me to leave again. If it’s the rules than so be it but the way he talked to me in a condescending way in front of 3 other people was rather embarrassing and very uncomfortable. Told my mom maybe we should reschedule or look for a different Mazda dealer and she agreed. I went back inside stood in front of him to let him know and he completely ignored me and decided to help the lady that had just walked in. I don’t know what he’s going through in life but that’s not how you should treat a customer, let alone a person. I wish the other rep helped me, he seemed nicer.

Awesome Dealership. My experience was excellent from A to Z. Brian was excellent listening to what I wanted and never tried to push anything that I didnt want. Both him and his manager Jon were very understanding of my situation (buying my first car in the US) and let me really comfortable to make my decision.I was kept in the loop during the whole process and even with the special circumstances everything was completed in such a short period of time that I was really impressed.I definitely recommend then and Im really looking forward to this Mazda Ownership.

We bought a use Mazda 3 from Wilde Honda across from this Mazda dealership and over the weekend (Sunday) I realized we were having tire issues and went to a Tire Outlet open on Sunday to address the issue to find out there was no locking lug nut key with car and was told the Mazda dealership could probably take care of this. One tire was continually loosing air so I took Monday off of work and went to this dealership. When I arrived there was a guy who saw me but did nothing to greet me or inquire what I needed. I finally walked into another office door and inquired about getting them removed and was told they could but couldnt promise today and I would have to leave the car. As I had no way of getting back I left and went to Wilde Honda and they even called Mazda to ask if they could drive it over and they would pay for the service. Were talking this would have taken 5 minutes for a tech to do if that with the right tools. Now I know that people have scheduled appointments and I respect that but this wasnt a big deal for them. They could have given me the key or the Honda tech to remove the four nuts. The Honda dealership was backed up with many more customers and they found a way to get those nuts off for me so I could get the tires replaced. Wilde Honda is a dealership that goes the extra mile and Ed Howard could care less.

It was great I am a tow truck driver and had to drip a car off there and I didnt make it by the time they closed so the fence was closed and a guy came out and said no worries lemme open it up and we can get it in there because we got to take care of our customers so I unloaded the car to find out that the person I gave the keys to working there was Ed Howard Jr who was just a great guy thought it was pretty cool to see the name on the building working kine everyone else was very impressive

I used to work for Ed Howard Mazda as a product specialist a few months back and I have nothing but great memories. The staff were a delight to work with, especially Tiffany and Christina who are both terrific MAZDA product specialists.Two other great car salesman are Tom and Brian, who are very knowledgeable about the MAZDA industry and are just overall great people.I also got the pleasure of working for Eddye Howard, who is a very smart and very kind man who truly cares for his workers. He is also very well versed with cars.The service department consists of Ray and Scott, with the help of John. These men truly care about fixing your car and will give you the most amazing service.The technician Johnny is also so well trained in the mechanical field that it will just about surprise you how in how easily he can fix anything.As a young woman, I thought going into a car dealership where there were mainly men workers ( then not now ), that I would be treated differently. However that was not the case at all. The staff welcomed me with open arms and I felt completely safe there. I even go back to get my car fixed sometimes because I trust their service and their reliability.Overall if you’re thinking about doing business with Ed Howard MAZDA, I definitely recommend you to go into the store and see for yourself how they are the best car dealership in Sarasota. Got great service from Jon and Brian at this dealership. Received a price quote yesterday that met my requirements, but I needed some time to think about it. They didn’t pressure me at all and when I came back today ready to buy today, they went the extra mile to accommodate my needs with financing even further.Even when the internet went down for several hours they were nothing but polite and patient. Brian even walked me through the set up of all the great tech features in my new car. Excellent experience and glad I bought here. I’d recommend anyone stop hear and at least see what they can do for you. I visited other dealerships and they won my business because they listened to me and met my needs.

Brian is wonderful! I got a 2012 Mazda in excellent condition at a very fair price and I absolutely love it. Had some problems with the third stop light and they fixed it super fast and with no issues. They are very friendly and communicative. Would 100% recommend.

Recently bought a 2021 Mazda 3 without the usual hassle from a new car dealer. Car sales people get a bad reputation but they seem to have broken the mold, sales reps not on commission and none of the high pressure up sell that typifies car dealers My sales rep, Courtnee, was a young woman who had done her homework and was very knowledgeable of the car. Usually I seem to know more than sales rep but not in this case. Highly recommend her!FYI...prcing was very good, I had already received multiple offers through car buying services (Costco, True Car, etc.) and Ed Howard was right in ballpark.

I purchased a new 2019 Miata in September of 2019 from Brian. With only 3,000 miles on it, the clutch shredded. As someone whos been driving a manual for 35 years, it was not driver error. I tried to go through Mazda to get them to cover it trough warranty and got nowhere. I then contacted the president directly who in turn escalated the issue. During this entire ordeal, John Zimmerman, sales manager was amazing to deal with. He worked very hard to ensure that the situation was taken care of and kept we updated regularly. In the end, I decided to trade the Miata for a new SUV and went back to John and Mazda.As someone who worked in the automotive industry for 20 years, I have to say that out of a difficult situation, Mazda and John Zimmerman did right by me. I saw a CX-30 online, instead of just being spammed like most places do Courtnee professionally called me and set an appointment. I asked her to also pick other options besides what I wanted but she was very intuitive that my heart was set on the CX-30. She spent 3 hours going over all the specs and safety operations. Test driving it. I was on a time crunch and to get a car and not many dealerships help you, they want to push out what they want off their lot. That was not my experience. They took their time to make sure I was in the car I wanted to be in. Brad in the finance department helped honor my Mazda loyalty, APR, and even helped me find my registration that was lost in my accident. They are an HONEST dealership and I will forever be a loyal customer to Mazda.

Worked with Brad Resnick (Sales) and Jon (Finance) to assist my niece with a purchase of a car a few weeks ago. Never felt pressured in any way, while Brad went above and beyond answering the many questions that we had for him. Needed a recall performed on my Mazda CX9. Notice from Mazda stated alternate transportation would be provided by the dealer but this dealer said they do not provide loaner cars. Since I live an hour away and couldnt drive an hour, leave the car, and return four hours later to pick up the car I opted not to get the recall performed. I will find a dealer that will honor the recall and provide alternate transportation per the recall statement.

I had to get out of an existing lease and needed to find an option that wouldnt strap me financially and also get me into a car that I would love to drive. I visited multiple dealers and every single one wanted to gouge me on price and werent flexible. Then I went to Ed Howard Mazda. I want to give a shout out to Ray Knight and Gerald Campbell, Mazda service and Body Shop Managers. They are two of the best I have ever met in the business in my 69 years and my car will never see another shop. Long story short-brand new car had a stuck alarm armed light problem and then two weeks later after that was fixed, I got hit in a traffic circle and these guys pretty much performed Magic that’s all I have to say. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend their work.

The sales staff here are very friendly and not pushy. I recently had to bring my Mazda in for service and the service repair employee who worked with me was incredibly accommodating and helpful. While I was getting my car serviced I had to leave to get my daughter from school. They offered me a loaner car to go pick her up and the service repair manager even helped me move my car seat. I live in North Sarasota and travel down to South Sarasota for any services my car needs because I trust them so much and the customer service is so good.

June 2018: I’ve had three encounters with Howard Mazda...all good. My local dealership changed ownership and no longer carry the Mazda brand so now servicing becomes more than an hour ride each way. Ed Howard service department did a great job. I was a former auto tech...so my experience is comes from a different insight. I absolutely love this place. Just bought my used car from them yesterday, Mazda 3 Sport. My situation was very confusing, dealing with stuff out of state, and they did everything they could for me and they kept in contact with me for a few days, while we were doing paperwork. Wasnt happy that there was barely any gas in it, but it was also $2,000 less than the original price, so I didnt complain. Steve and Peter are wonderful, beautiful people and highly recommend this place! If I ever need another car in the future, I will definitely come back here!

I stopped in to look at a new Mazda CX 5 and spoke with Steve Wilkinson, and was pleasantly surprised at no pressure whatsoever, Steve ask me if I would like to take a test drive, I told him Id love to. I had driven my motorcycle over to the dealership to look at the car, Steve and I looked outside and it looked like it was going to start raining, he said would you like to take your motorcycle home and I will pick you up so you may take the test drive, I said that would be wonderful. He picked me up at my home that wasnt too far away and we went for the test drive and I absolutely love the car, we return to the dealership they gave me the figures and I felt they were very fair. I told Steve I would take the car and asked him when could I take delivery, as they had to pick up the car I wanted in Tampa from another dealership. He told me I could pick it up the next evening it would be all done. I indicated that would be wonderful. The next day Steve came and picked me up at my home with the new car returning to the dealership to sign the papers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, It was a real pleasure doing business with this company. Thanks again Steve.

It had been years since I last owned a Mazda but back in the day I always drove the extra mile to have this dealership maintain it. I forgot why until I bought a used Mazda from a private party and it had a LOT of problems. After trying to get them fixed at my home town dealer I remembered why I drove the extra mile. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! If you need service they know what theyre doing, highly skilled technicians, great service adviser and service manager, even the parts guy was great. If you need quality work done on your Mazda at a fair price I strongly recommend this dealership (even if you live out of town). The culture at Ed Howard Mazda puts you the customer first, what more could you want?

Place was ok. Drove 6 hours to look at the car I bought and it was not detailed well. Inside the car was clean, outside made me almost not buy it. I cleaned it myself and it looks a whole lot better. Fair deals and they did offer a better price for the car when I got there. Salesman was a little distant at first but he got friendlier, so I think that is just his personality...Had an issue with the tag fee that they insisted on registering themselves. Have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life just because I was asking questions.Was called an ass over the phone by whom I assumed is the finance manager because I was asking questions about extra fee they wanted before sending me my tag. Called back to speak to the general manager Mike who was not helpful at making a customer happy. After this experience I will NEVER buy or recommend someone buy from this dealership.P.s. They sent the tag which was so bent that it will never fit right. It actually looks like someone bent it. Buyer beware......

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICING OR REPAIR.I took my early edition Miata out of storage and to Ed Howard Mazda to put it in safe running condition. I bought 4 new tires from them which were not installed properly and within 7 days 2 of them were flat. New battery was installed but within 3 days the battery was dead.. I paid $150 for a complete detailing asking that every inch of carpet be shampooed...when I got the car home I found leaves still under the floor mats...none of the car had been cleaned. MY BILL WAS OVER $1000.NEVER EVER GOING BACK THERE

This is a review for the service department. I brought the car in to fix a vibration noise,Got there at 1 PM, and I got out at 3:30. I’m not complaining that they could NOT find what was wrong with the car and that they didn’t get anything done .. Sometimes stuff like that happensI’m complaining that ..why was I there 2 1/2 hours ? they really didn’t do anything! Even if I were retired ..which I am not ..this is a insane amount of time. And super inconvenientSince nothing was done to the car clearly itwas just sitting there while they did other things.( Which did not include washing my car because it came back dirty.)The courteous service that I experienced At Tyrone Mazda was vastly different.I will give them another chance but this was not good

Great experience. I saw a pre-owned Mazda CX-9 on the dealer website and left my contact information. Within an hour I had a phone call from Marcello and we headed to the dealership. (from work in Port Charlotte ). By the time we arrived it was after 6pm. Marcello took us out for a test drive and we decided we liked the vehicle and started the negotiating process. He worked with Jon Zimmerman and we all decided on a price and trade in value that suited everyone. It was already after 8pm by this time but everyone was so nice and did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being so late. There were a few little dings and some scuffs on the paint that they were going to fix for us, we brought it back and they made it look really nice. Jon was very familiar with that vehicle and gets an extra star for being so patient and answering all of the questions that I kept e-mailing him.

Made an appointment for Friday January 18th at 10:00 a.m. I got there at 10:00 a.m. it is now 11:40 a.m. I walked back to the service bay an they are just now raising my vehicle up on the lift to I assume, do the oil change I don’t understand what could possibly take so long for an oil change???? When I made a appointment 9 days ago to come at this time. I am very unpleased with Mazda services and so is everyone that is sitting around it sounds like. My Mazda CX-5 2017 has had an array of issues since I purchased it in Rhode Island and drove it down to Florida. Unfortunately the dealerships are not able to troubleshoot the way they used to to make repairs and use trial and error if they cannot figure out whats wrong with the vehicle. The problem has to show up in the computer which most problems dont, or be very consistent. I have had to get the corporate office involved in California so the dealer could change out the front camera, the rear camera and solve some of my problems. I had to log photos of each incident since they were random otherwise Mazda doesnt make good on the warranty if the problem cant be verified in some way. I have had to have my vehicle in a shop for over three months of ownership for the first year. Other people have different experiences. I have gotten the vehicle back with the navigation chip out, so my navigation didnt work and that was annoying until I figured out the problem, but for the most part the dealership is willing to work with a person and get directives from corporate with an unfortunate auto experience such as mine. The plus is that they were able to offer me loaner cars and they always wash my car before returning it. So I would recommend them for normal mechanical problems.

I recently decided to trade in my BMW X5 for a more reliable domestic suv. After tons of research and speaking with current Mazda owners I made my decision that the CX-5 Grand Touring was the perfect fit for me and my needs. Erik definitely highlighted all the great features of the CX-5 Grand Touring had to offer and also explained in great detail all the advantages of owning a Mazda. Jon Zimmerman, Sales Manager who assisted and patiently walked me thru the purchase of my vehicle was such a pleasure to work with. Jon was friendly, easy going, and he helped me thru the process with absolutely no pressure whatsoever at any point. He patiently answered all my questions (and I had lots) and walked me thru every step so that I felt 100% comfortable with our deal and my purchase of buying a new vehicle. As a single woman I was a bit worried that purchasing a new car on my own might be a bit scary but the great guys at Ed Howard Mazda made me feel so comfortable that it turned out to be such a great experience! Im so pleased and in love with my new Mazda CX-5 GT, its really a fantastic suv! My car buying experience with Ed Howard Mazda of Sarasota definitely deserves five stars.

What a fantastic car buying experience! I had the A-Team working with me, but I should really call them the Jon-Team. Jonathan Podplesky (sales) was great to work with. He took the time to explain all components of the car and answer any questions I had, as his knowledge expands well passed car sales. That not only made us feel more comfortable and trusting of him, but we had a great time through the process. Jon Zimmerman (finance) was a rock-star and not only scored a good rate at first, but he didnt stop there! He continued to search for an even better deal and was successful in finding one! With the monthly payment savings from the upgraded rate, I was able to incorporate an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Shout out to Peter Colberg as well, who walked me through the paperwork, explaining each line and making sure I understood it and was comfortable. Really, the only improvement feedback I could give is to the car detail crew. My OCD perspective wasnt fully pleased with the detail job, but again, Jon P had my back! He actually, in the rain, detailed what had been missed and made sure I was content. So now, here I am... with a car that I LOVE, all sorts of safety features, a payment Im more than comfortable with, and a warranty that covers pretty much anything for the next 5+ years! I have total peace of mind in my decision and am blown away I was able to get all of this here locally in Sarasota.Thank you all so so much!!

Wish I could vote no stars. After overfilling (by a full quart) the crankcase of my 2016 Miata with regular Mazda branded oil (charged almost $60), The service tech wanted me to drive 60 miles to their place to remove the extra. I told her that was highly un-recommended by Mazda per the owners manual, so she said I could have it removed elsewhere, they would pay the bill. When presented to them, they refused to pay, didn’t believe me, wanted proof someone else hadn’t added oil, etc. Between their horribly incompetent service and the money grubbing ass who owns the place, do yourself a favor & stay away. Oh; and always check your own oil after “service”!

I had many years of trouble-free driving in our miata. Driving to FL, the check engine light came on in TN. I had them check it and they said the car needed a new thermostat. I let them do the work ($400-500). In retrospect, I believe it was a bogus problem, caused by refueling in cold weather. The heater worked fine before and after the work, and there were no observable problems with the car, other than the light. I think it was a false code and all they needed to do was clear it. I do not trust this dealership and will not go back.

Don and I first experienced your dealership 3 years ago, after moving here from San Diego we decided due to having our dogs that our Audi A4 was not going to be a smart decision to transport the our two dogs. This interaction won us over to know that we would not deal with any other dealership in Florida.A couple of days ago we renewed Dons lease with a 2017 CX5, which by the way is such a beautiful vehicle in handling and style. I decided since I was selling my Subaru Impreza because of back conditions brought on from herniated disc leaving me unable to sit in a low condition any longer, to upgrade to a new 2018 CX5 Sport. My wife and I were shopping for a new car and had tried other dealerships before finding Mazda of Sarasota. The experience at the other dealerships was typical. We narrowed our decision to Mazda and started at Cox Mazda. Our experience there was also typical and the sales manager would not come down to what we could afford. He wasted his chance on a sale because he would not come down $10 on our monthly payment. We next ended up at Ed Howard Mazda of Sarasota and the experience was totally different and NOT typical. We met with Peter Colberg and Arthur Zampella and they showed us how buying a car CAN be and SHOULD be. This experience differed in the way that there was absolutely no stress, no being pressured, no real uncomfortable haggling and they worked with us. I honestly cant say enough good things about them and the great car buying experience I had at Sarasota Mazda. We know for sure where we will go when it comes time to buy another car!

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I got there 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I walked into the office and the first I thing I noticed was a young man eating his lunch ( there was a really nasty odor for a place where you receive your customers), I didn’t say anything, but honestly I didn’t find it very professional, so I explained to the service advisor, Mr. Rogers, why I was there and he was expecting me. While he was doing the inspection on the car, this young man that was sitting next to me, never stopped eating, and started talking to me (trying to be nice), but I found it rude that he was eating and talking to me. When Mr. Rogers returned he told me that he recommended to an air filter and the 25000 mile service. I agreed to that, then I told them that I noticed a nail or screw in my left rear tire, they told me the price for the patch and I agreed to that also. I left the dealer and they told me they would call me before 5 to have my car back since they closed at 5pm.While I was waiting in the mall I got a call from the dealer (Im pretty certain it was the young man who tried to talk to me earlier) to tell me that unfortunately my tire can’t be fixed and needed to be replaced. I asked the price and was told it was approximately $300. I told them that I would call in the next 5 minutes to confirm.I did look online and check for a better price since that seemed a little too expensive to me.I called back and told them that I was not able to change the tire that day and I would need a new appointment for that in the next week or so. They didnt react in a concerned way about it. I was told: “Oh, ok, bye.”, Obviously I perceived that “ this is not an emergency for your car.”When I didn’t receive another call from the dealer saying my car was ready, I was very concerned about the time since they told me they close at 5 and it was Friday, So I called them back at 4:55pm to find out the status of my car, and they said Oh yes, it is ready you can pick it up! Oh my god! What horrible customer service. Not even a call back so I can go to pick up my car! At this point I was very upset with the service, but I was not in the mood to complain. I got there and they took almost 10 more minutes to start doing my paperwork. Then Mr. Rogers says, “Oh paperwork takes almost same time as repairing the car” (I did not find this funny)He didn’t mention anything about the nail on the tire or about replacing the tire anytime soon!!I paid my bill, they didn’t do the patch so it wasn’t charged for, and I left the dealer. I have to mention that I didn’t get the usual complimentary car wash and I was not offered one either.I was a little bit concerned about my tire since I had a long drive on the weekend and obviously for safety reasons my head was going crazy about it!On Sunday I decided to take my car to a tire place to see if they can do something about it, the air pressure light was still not on, but I was concerned as I had a lengthy drive ahead. They checked my tire for a screw or nail and they didn’t find anything, very weird situation. I left this place and I went to two different tire places and none of them found anything in my tire!I was very frustrated about this situation because MAZDA told me that my tire needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me nearly $300 to do so.I started my long drive and I was thinking about this tire situation, and checking my dashboard all the time to see if the air pressure light shows but nothing...It has been over 1 week since then and my tire looks perfectly fine... not losing air pressure and my tire is not flat...The car was taken to the dealership because we trusted that they would take care of their customers and not do any unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill. I’m extremely disappointed that the dealership apparently wanted to charge $300 for a tire that there was nothing wrong with. How can I trust that something like this will not happen in the future?

After being thoroughly scammed and insulted by another Mazda dealer we entered this showroom with an attitude. Our defiant attitude was quickly altered by the friendly, professional treatment we received from Scott Rosenthal (Sales) and Douglas Fedish (Business Manager). They made us feel like valued customers and worked together to give us an offer that was fair and needed no negotiation. Their offer was several thousand dollars below the previous dealer. Held off writing this review until my used car warranty expired.I went looking for a new car six months ago. Stopped by Ed Howard Mazda to look at a Mazda3 and was greeted by Steve Wilkinson. This was my first stop and I wasnt ready to buy just yet. Steve was helpful and informative, but not pushy. He followed up with brief phone calls when promised.Decided I should treat myself to a convertible if only because Florida weather allows that. Went back a bunch more times. Took test drives with new and used Miatas. When a Merc SLK280 showed up on the used lot, I took that one out.All the time, Steve showed great humor with the slow pace of my vehicle selection. Finally decided on the SLK. Negotiation was par for a new car dealer. The usual back and forth, but I was able to do most of it on the phone. After we agreed on the price, no extras or surprised - always a nice sign.I did have the car inspected prior to closing. Steve had to accompany me to the inspection for a few hours (Ed Howard policy) but easily accommodated my schedule. The inspection revealed an oil leak. Seems the dealer didnt put the cap on properly when changing the oil. The dealer replaced the cap, cleaned the engine and agreed to fully cover any other leaks that might show up during the warranty period (3 months / 3000 mi). After the closing, I found some additional oil leakage which turned out to be worn engine mounts. Rather than fix it themselves, the dealer sent me to a Mercedes specialist & took care of the bill.All in all, a pretty easy experience. Took one star off because the dealer should have caught the leaks when they processed the trade-in.A full five stars for Steve Wilkinson.

We stopped at this mazda dealership to get my brakes checked before driving 3 hours back home. They took my car apart and told me that we needed new brake pads and rotors which would cost us $400, and they didnt even have the parts in stock for my brand new 2016 mazda 3 in order to fix the car. Since they didnt have the parts to a brand new car that they are selling, we decided to take a chance and drive back home. After getting back home, the customer service manager told us that they took my car apart, and came to realize that whoever took it apart and put it back together, did so incorrectly. They didnt push the brake clips back in correctly, and there was also a recall on the back left caliper. So because of this recall, which should show up in any of mazdas computers, they were able to replace my brakes, rotors and calipers all under warranty. This mazda dealership had no initiative to help their customer at all, and we are extremely displeased with their customer service. I WOULD NEVER recommend this mazda dealership for service to anyone, EVER!! Also, the customer service rep, Kyle, was more than rude, telling us that they couldnt do much because we were leaving the next day. If I knew my caliper was bad, I wouldve stayed an extra day to get the problem resolved.

I purchased a new to me 2005 Toyota Prius from them and lets just say they are the best dealership I have ever seen! First, without me even complaining, they offered to put brand new tires on the car! The safety manager just came up to me and said that the tires were okay for at least another 30k miles, but they would order new ones and I can come back in a week and they would put them on and get them aligned, of course I said SURE! Then after about an hour they had found them at another dealership across the street and would put them on that day. I was surprised but that doesnt end this deal!After a few hours of trying to get a hold of my bank, they felt so sorry for me and filled up my tank. So on my way back to drop the sales person, I noticed the air getting warm. The salesman, Stephen Fountaine, assured me there was no problem, hybrids sometimes run warmer than most cars. Well that weekend it just got hotter and hotter. So I took it in and the service team immediately took a look at it through the request of the managers.Well since Mazda doesnt have any hybrids the mechanic thought it could be the a/c compressor, an at least $1500 fix. The sales manager, Adam Jordan, pulled me aside and told me even though it was an As-Is sale they would get it taken care of. I was amazed!! They contacted my local Toyota and two days and a $800 condenser later, it was fixed! They even followed up with me to make sure that everything was okay!So when you go there be sure to talk to Stephen Fountaine. He may not know much about hybrids, lol, but he is a real straight shooter and will treat you like a person, not an atm machine.These people know the meaning of customer service and they have me as a customer for life!! Thank you Adam and Stephen!!
