I had a detailed question about a specific part so I emailed the company and Jeff replied quickly, and he even went out of his way and sent me a comprehensive list of items and guidelines to help assist me in my installation. People have a tendency to often forget that we may not have experience with certain things and it often takes only a few extra seconds to be kind and courteous (Thats A Big Deal) This company has tons of detailed content on youtube addressing all sorts of things, and in all honesty they seem to be extremely professional and detail oriented.
