Boris was excellent! He analyzed my walk and suggested an entirely differeny type of shoe that was better suited to my gait. Additionally he built orthotics customized to address my physical limitations, Excellent!

Boris was very unwelcoming and yelled at me when I asked if he would be able to fix my shoe by next week. I was not impressed by the bedside manner and shocked at the high price point. I have been to a lot of cobblers and have never seen such high prices. I will be looking elsewhere as I know Sarasota has a few other options.

Do NOT waste your time or money!! Boris was unprofessional and refused to fix an issue that he created when working on my shoes. I lost $100 and am left with a shoe that does not work. I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are many great cobblers in the Sarasota area.

Boris does an amazing job. I would recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues. He is a man that cares about his craft and I always enjoy having a great conversation with him I love how he tells you like it is.

I brought my Brooks tennis shoe in to repair on a hole in the mesh (big toe popped through) and also to repair loose stitches on rubber around front of shoe. I was impressed..for $10 (requested payment when I dropped off), they look new again!!

Hes done fine work for me on shoe repair, but he isnt a craftsman. I gave him an antique belt to stitch and he did basically ruined it. Nice guy though, and I like his shop so 3 stars.

I was ripped off several years ago by this man. He overcharged me for supposedly repairing a pair of rubber soles. He told me he had to sew them. No such thing. All he did was use glue!
