After having a poor experience at one Sephora, this location reminded me why I love Sephora. Giselle is amazing, she educates and takes her time even if the store gets busy which any customer can appreciate and the manager will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly the product you are looking for especially if they don’t have it in the store.

I got my makeup done here and it was so awful. I looked like I got punched in the face. It took about 15 minutes and didnt cost anything, as it was a promotional event. If I paid even a cent I would ask for it back because of how awful I looked. I opted for the everyday eye look, but honestly if that was my everyday look, I might as well be a stripper working in Vegas. If I looked like that every day, I would encounter one of two possible scenarios daily. One would be the police questioning me if I was abused due to the bruise-like eyeshadow going all the way up to my eyebrows, and my second encounter would be a pimp asking me if I needed a job. I lied to the girls face and said I liked my make up, and that I was going to shop around for more products. I wasted my time and money buying lip gloss I will never use and make up remover wipes afterwards. After purchasing crap I didnt need I briskly walked through JC Penney to the bathroom with my sunglasses on and used my over priced, waste of money wipes to take the black and blue bruises off of my eyeballs. To say the least, it was an awful traumatizing event that I hope to never experience again.

These ladies are always attentive, caring, helpful, and AWESOME! I love this Sephora!
