Having no experience with hot tubs we truly were pleased with the sales team at sleep and spas and the wonderful guys they recommended for electrical, and concrete foundation! A follow up visit with Brian on maintenance and safety of hot tub was a nice surprise!

They are working with me now but still do not have product. They are working to fix the situation.aMy husband and I purchased a massage chair and hot tub from this company at NYState fair and after being sold in merchandise have yet to receive anything but a hard time and first payment is due ! If your looking fir good service after sale or any service for that matter do not do business with these people !!

I was unsure walking into the store if I would fine my perfect mattress (as I had been looking for months), but after a few months sleeping on the mattress I bought from them I can honestly say it was a great purchase! Eric answered all my questions in detail and worked with my budget to find me the best mattress possible. I am very pleased with my experience and will be recommending to friends!

What a GREAT experience! All my questions were answered even before I asked them. I couldnt help but buy the Hot Tub I fell in love with. Priced very reasonable and Eric is willing to go the extra mile to help. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.

If you want to buy a hot tub, this is the place! The owner, Eric, is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions, anticipated ones we didn’t even know to ask and was so helpful as s tried out jet pack after jet pack. And, icing on the cake, he can get you a hot tub much more quickly than any of the other places we visited in Saratoga and Queensbury. .

My husband and I totally enjoyed working with Eric - We loved imagining all the different possibilities for our Spa purchase! Our new Bullfrog Spa has added much needed relaxation as well as therapeutic benefits to our life!!

What a beautiful store. We went looking for a mattress, but ended up buying a mattress and great looking wood headboard with an adjustable frame... wow how comfy. The price was very fair compared to the other name brand stores.... We dealt with Lindsay, who was lovely and so knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to look at their Spa Options. What a GEM in Saratoga.

Amazing experience. Eric is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explained all of the different kinds of mattresses and helped me find the perfect one for my needs. He was very transparent about the prices and did not try to push me into buying something more expensive like some salesmen do sometimes. To top it all off, he included a 6 pack of toilet paper for free!!! Not sure what I would have done without that during these corona times. THANK YOU ERIC!!!!!!

I stopped in at Bennington Mattress a few days ago looking for a new pillow, because my regular pillows absolutely would not cut it and have been causing me neck pain for weeks.First, important to note that my husband and I bought our new mattress from Bennington about a year or so ago and Eric literally could not have been any more helpful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and he’s not about pushing a sale just to make a sale -he’s about finding what’s right for his customers. I returned as a repeat customer this time around. I will never step foot in another furniture store so long as I live because I know I can get honest and dedicated service at Bennington Mattress.Anyway, I went in and before I was even shown any product, Eric asked a number of questions about my sleeping style, preferred pillow type, etc. He brought over 3 different pillows, went over each one with me, offered me information about my sleep style (I’m a back sleeper), and then helped me pick the right one. I’ve slept like a baby for the last 4 nights. Not to mention, he helped me pick the right product for a VERY fair price. It actually made my day. Thank you, Eric! We will be back :)

I have been looking for salt system spa and tested different models at a couple retailers. Love the Caldera spa I purchased from Bennington Mattress and Spas. It was better than the other dealers and they were almost 20% more expensive. So happy with my decision to buy from Bennington!

Hands down best service ever. Bought a Tempur-pedic mattress 3 years ago, walked in (masks on) and Eric remembered us, was able to recommend a pillow based on the bed we purchased and our sleep pattern. Very knowledgeable. Ill only ever buy from this Bennington Mattress.

We purchased a Massage chair and Eric did an excellent job explaining the features and benefits of owning a chair. He was very knowledgeable of the product. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions.The delivery team of Jon R. and Sidney did a great job. They called ahead and arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly, and did a good job setting up the chair in a timely manner.

My girlfriend and I bought a mattress from Eric last November, and I can honestly say Ive never had a better furniture shopping experience. The thing I was was most impressed by was how well he explained each mattress we tested without getting too wrapped up in technical details, or hard-selling us on feature rather than need. You can tell he really understands and cares about the kind of investment a mattress represents, and that he doesnt want you to be unhappy six months later.Its been well over six months since I got my mattress, and I can confidently say it was a solid investment because I had the right guidance, and we ended up with something that fits both of our preferences.

Place is 5STAR!!!! We purchased mattress from here back in July the owner was beyond helpful. Didn’t rush us, patient, well informed and super knowledgeable about the product. From the start when I went to Bennington in Saratoga I was pleased with the service and information that I was given on the differences in mattresses and frames. Since receiving my mattress I have slept so well. Its so easy to fall asleep and I wake up before my alarm goes off. I wake up feeling like Im actually rested and refreshed. I should of bought a new memory foam mattress years ago. I wont sleep on anything else from now on !

My experience at Bennington Mattress was exceptional. It’s so refreshing to interact with a business and receive excellent customer service. Right from the beginning Eric was very knowledgeable and down to earth and the showroom is warm, clean and welcoming. I bought a Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base and it has made a profound and positive difference in my sleep. When my mattress and base were delivered the delivery guys were professional and focused on the details of assuring the delivery went smoothly. The base that arrived with my order was damaged and with a quick phone call the company gave me another base on the truck which had many amenities not included in my order so I would not have to wait. The prices were competitive with other mattress/ furniture store and I liked that mattress sales are the exclusive focus of Bennington Mattress. And to make things even better is the strong drive to give back to the community by engaging in fund raising opportunities for members in our community who need assistance. I highly recommend them.

If I could give a 6th or 7th star I would!!Working in fitness, sleep is essential for me, as I am constantly moving during my day, as well as helping others with their health. So, when I needed a new mattress in December, I went to Bennington Mattress.Eric was phenomenal at guiding me through the process of which mattress would be best for me. He brought me through a bunch of options, showing me which ones were better for my lower back, whether I sleep more on my side or back. He gave me plenty of time to try each mattress, and it was a really great experience.After receiving the hybrid tempurpedic mattress and the adjustable base, I can position my head and legs in the best position for my body.Along with that, I grabbed both a cooling pillow and a CBD infused pillow on recommendation from Bennington, and seriously...I have not slept better in my life.I monitor my sleep cycle through a fit bit, and I was always somewhere between a 70-74. My sleep score has been over 78 everyday in the past two months!!Thanks Bennington!! You guys are the freakin best!!

Eric was a tremendous help. I was dreading going into a mattress store and being badgered and pressured -- but Bennington Mattress was a relaxing experience throughout. In fact, we got in and out in about 20 minutes on budget and on the schedule we needed.When we first entered we were walked through the various options and asked up front what our budget was. Amazingly, we were given many great options in our price range. We got to try 7 or 8 mattresses until we found the perfect match.No bait and switch pricing or gimmicks at checkout. Just a nice experience.

My husband and I visited bennington Mattress, in Saratoga Springs, today. We intended to “check out the place” and see what they had. Eric greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, asked us some questions and showed several mattresses that would fit our needs. Also, he explained how they are made. He didn’t pressure us and told us to take our time. So, we did! We laid on several mattresses before deciding to buy. It would have been easy to fall asleep. LOL!Before doing the paperwork, he directed us to the massage chairs he has. They were wonderful! We’ve never sat in massage chairs like that. He even invited us to come in, again, just to use the chairs.He gave us a great deal, with some extras, and I have a feeling, our new mattress is going to make us sleep/feel much better. Can’t wait to get it. It’s being made locally, which is great!We definitely recommend Eric at this store, if you are in the market for a new bed. He will be having a sale on Veteran’s Day.
