Convenient location, though at the time of review, there were considerable shortages and whole shelves unstocked. There are two self check-out terminals, though both require manned assistance to check out a home test kit for the Rona, which kind of defeats the purpose. The line for the pharmacy was also longish, though several customers said that they had placed their orders far in advance. Immediately outside the CVS is a bicycle rack provided by Congress Plaza.

I went to get my medicine once a month. The employees are helpful and gets the job done. Store is clean and well stocked.

Overall, it is a good CVS. The pharmacy area might need some more staff since wait time on phone can be long. Really nice that they are open 24 hours.

A very good CVS. I don’t have any serous complaints with it. They had a good selection of goods and had everything I needed. While I was there, I bought a comb and some floss. The checkout process was really quick and convenient. One thing they could improve on is separating the side of the CVS where you buy all the goods vs. the vaccine appointments you set up in advance. At first I was confused because I was looking for a comb and couldn’t find it anywhere. I eventually asked the person managing the vaccine appointments if I was allowed to go back there and get the comb I was looking for as I saw the sign for it on the vaccine side of the store. He told me I was allowed to do so. Very small issue and everything worked out in the end! Would highly recommend this CVS location!

The store is perpetually short staffed, cluttered, and during times of high volume at the pharmacy, they still allow purchases of non-pharmaceuticals to be paid for there. It is not uncommon to go to the store six hours after my doctor has called in a prescription to find out that they still haven’t filled it yet. If you are picking up prescriptions do not be surprised to be one of the eight people in the line with only one person at the counter.

Great location. Open 24 hours. They carry a host of useful items for every day and seasonal needs. Especially helpful when your baby spikes a fever in middle of the night and you forgot to bring along Tylenol to the hotel.

Love this CVS. Its 24 hours so the employees are no strangers to late night weirdos who spend a good 2 hours rifling through makeup. You can always find someone to help you even during the busiest (or most obscure time of day).

The worst pharmacy Ive ever encountered. I waited over 30 minutes on the phone and nobody ever answered. Its a real shame and pathetic that a pharmacy would operate like this.

The phones are rediculicous you can not get through wait on hold for 45 minutes there has to be something done or you will lose my service I will go and switch pharmacy and transfer my prescription

Picked up a script for a friend. Stood there for 10 minutes while the pharmacist talked about dogs with another customer. Then proceeded to defend the 10 minute wait when I didn’t even bring it up. Store was dirty with products on the floor.

Great staff, but many issues. Basic meds always out of stock. Both physicians and customers CANNOT reach via phone, email, etc. Long lines always. Perhaps they need to expand? Either way it takes 3 trips minimum, calls, and having to call drs, then pharmacy, repeat, just to get medicine. Always missing doses for days, sometimes a week due to pharmacy not being stocked, or computer error( or computers down, phones down) isnt acceptable. If not for the staff, most customers would leave. Real issues that need to be addressed, customer health should not be put in jeapardy like this continuously.

I went to pick up my husbands antibiotic for an infected tooth. The dentist gave him penicillin which he is allergic to. Hats off to the pharmacist who caught this. I will be forever grateful.

Convenient to get to from the casino racetrack and it was quick in and out service found what I needed in no time. Glad they were open and close by. I had forgotten contact solution and a case so thanks for CVS for being there.

I would love to give this location no stars if I could. My normal pharmacy was closed for one of my prescriptions. I was hoping to get a fill if possible or would be able to be sold a birth control pack at full price as I needed this tonight. They did not. I know that in the past they were able to do this for other prescriptions that I get monthly where they will sell me a couple pills to get me by for a day or two, he told me that they have never done this and that it is illegal. They have sold me pills in the past per pill. When I explained this nicely again to the tall younger man, he sarcastically said sure. WORST SERVICE I have had in a while at a place anywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this pharmacy to anyone.

Rude arrogant management.

I live 30 minutes away from here but this is the closest and only pharmacy that carries my brands of medication that work best for me. I had a necessary script sent in 5 days ago. when I called the pharmacy they said a prior authorization was needed and would take about 4 days for my insurance to approve it, so my daily needed medication was not going to be available to be picked up until weds which my online account kept saying in process for the status. I had asked the pharmacist if I could pay out of pocket for my prescription, he stated I could after the prior auth went through, which confused me but I didnt argue. I have been trying to call the pharmacy everyday to try and speak with the pharmacy and everyday with the same outcome. My phone call drops after being on hold for over 30 minutes and I call back or eventually just give up. My DR. apparently has no idea how a prior auth works and kept giving me his email to give the pharmacy, after so many attempts I just got through to the pharmacy. The lady who answered the phone, (who was very nice and helpful; hence the reason I gave this store 2 out of 5 stars instead of the 1 star I was going to give), told me they dont email and they have sent 2 to my doctors fax. she did tell me however that I can come in and pay out of pocket for them contrary to what the other pharmacy worker had told me. This just seems like too much and I alway suffer from anxiety, high blood pressure and high levels of stress, I feel like Im in between the pharmacist, my insurance company and my Doctor like the pharmacy should have better contact with my Doctor and vice versa. If I could fill out the paperwork for my doctor then Im sure Id be the one doing it. Im about to just give up and feel like doing so.

Had 2 scripts filled today through the pharmacy. One was for an Amoxicillin that was gonna cost me $60.Desarae went above and beyond to get the price down to $18.25. What a wonderful girl. I cant say enough about her after just having a bad experience at a new dentist. She was definitely the bright spot in my day. Give this girl a raise!!!

Place sucks, had a prescription sent in, I checked with the Pharmacist who said 10 minutes. After OVER AN HOUR, they called me up to tell me THEY DON’T HAVE IT IN STOCK.

Usually have my scripts ready with 15 - 30 minutes! And that is great considering how busy they are. They are courteous and very helpful! A great Pharmacy ‼️

My review is only for the pharmacy. They wernt too busy when I went in to get my script that was prescribed 15min prior but instead of telling me to come back they informed me I could wait for 15 min. and it would be ready. It only took 5min. and the staff was very nice.

Always dirty entrance, consistently poor customer service whether it be in person or on the phone and rarely does a prescription being filled go smoothly.....have to assume it is management team. Great location not enough...

Wife was in pain one night, called them a 24 hour pharmacist picked up and advised what to take, called back while later with a different question she answered clearly, great customer service!

Been to this pharmacy a half dozen times over the year because it is close to my doctor. There is ALWAYS a problem, whether it be with the insurance, copay, stock, correct information, etc. Long waits and staff that is not only unhelpful but deliberately trying to do harm. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to fallons wellness pharmacy.

Always long pharmacy lines.... Rarely scripts ready in time. Takes forever to find prescriptions in their piles once it is ready.

Self serve check out was very time consuming

As a photographer Ive spent years visiting this area. They have consistently run the worst photo lab I have ever seen. Not one employee there knows what they are doing.

Long hold time if answered at all, terrible customer service, been trying to get them to call Walgreens to transfer my perscriptions for three days in a row. Only pharmacy that accepts my insurance otherwise I wouldnt use them.

Worst pharmacy and worst customer service ever. 3 mobths in a row when i wake up on the morning i fill my life saving rx i get a automated phone call saying its not in stock and when i call some non sympathetic unapologetic p pharmacy tech bluntly tells me sorry it didnt come in on the truck u can get it in two days at 5 oclock or call ur dr to send it to a different cvs. Then she hung up. Really a different cvs how bout from now on i get jo rxs there gor me pr my family and tell all my friends about the experience

This is the worse possible pharmacy to go to, so if you have a choice NEVER CHOOSE CVS, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. They are CONSTANTLY out of my medicine that I NEED knowing Im coming for it well ahead they still DONT have it and make me wait days after my script is out. The dont even have the decency to call and tell me its out. I waited two days after i needed my meds and they got a 5 days supply come back after those days they are STILL OUT.and now have to wait another 2 days with no medicine. This isnt the first time. Plus they never have scripts ready and make you wait forever. The staff is wicked slow with checking people out. This store is just awful, shut it down!

Currently sitting in the parking lot going on 30 minutes waiting for my girlfriend to pick up ONE prescription. They dont have the staff or the ability to handle the amount of people (6) expected during a Saturday afternoon rush. If you have other things to get done during your, go somewhere else.

Always an awful experience. Long lines for prescriptions and one cashier. The place is dirty. Staff are not friendly. Need to just get my scripts moved and I am out.
