Very pleasant interior and helpful staff eager to help you find whatever youre looking for. Although we were looking for something they didnt have (non-balsamic vinegar), we did find some nice salt to give as a gift.

Love the garlic olive oil and blood orange olive oil! I use them for salads and cooking/baking(in place of butter or regular oil) My kids love my orange flavored pancakes. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I refill my bottles every time I am on Saratoga Springs!

My friends and I stumbled in here on a whim and left with the best experience one could have amongst olive oils & vinaigrettes. Ask for Amanda, for she went above and beyond to help all 6 of us find something to take home for ourselves. We sampled the Maple Cream, various spices, balsamic & olive oils. She was attentive and everything a sales floor rep should be, not pushy, and genuine.We hope to be back soon!

I literally stumbled upon this little shop when I was in Saratoga earlier this year on a weekend getaway. I couldnt believe my eyes (or my taste buds lol) Its a shame I live so far away on Long Island 4 hours away. I would go here every week if I could! They are flat out amazing. The flavors are rich, the consistency is perfect, and their selections are enormous. Im super happy that they were able to ship my order to me, everything I asked for was there and just as advertised. No self-respecting Italian should be buying supermarket olive oil brands like Bertolli this holiday season when you can get much better quality oils and vinegars at places like this. Support your small businesses!

This has to be THE CUTEST little shop. I say little, but they have SO much to choose from. Olive oils, dark and white balsamic vinegars, salts, spices, etc. Even if you dont think you need any of this stuff, just stopping in is an experience in itself. Not to mention, the staff is just absolutely wonderful and genuinely friendly. Its hard not to stop by everytime I go Downtown!

If you want to find out what olive oil is supposed to taste like try Saratoga Olive Oil Company. They will let you taste any oil or vinegar that they have in the store. They are all first-rate. And they have a tremendous selection of flavors. Dont expect bargain rates at this store.

Their products are outstanding as well as their customer service. I had an issue that was immediately resolved and I was extremely happy and satisfied. I ordered, on line, the 750ml mango balsamic which is absolutely delicious. Used it for wings. Added a little salt and honey. Amazing! Peter Koch is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend these products and this company whether buying at the store in person or on line.

This is one of our regular stops anytime were in Saratoga Springs. Its an experience just to wander the shop - pictures dont do justice. Theyre one of THE top olive oil importers anywhere and I still think they have one of the nicest shops on Broadway. Make it a point to taste test the many infused olive oils and vinaigrettes with the provided bread while youre shopping. There are salts as well. The staff are simply the best - very friendly and can answer any questions that you might have. If youre visiting the shop you can get deposits for returned empties and they have shopping cards for a buy 10 / get 1 free discount in-store. You can also shop online. My Mom raved about the Tuscan Herb and Garlic infused oils that I ordered for her! Prices are fair for the quality youre getting and the bottles themselves are nice enough to use for decoration.

The favors presented in a nice window box and ribbon, customized with our logo; their customer service was excellent and their turnaround time was very quick. Our guests were from out of town and were happy to receive a unique and delicious local favor from the event.

My favorite oil company. I stumbled on this place in their lake placid location, very helpful staff. They have sample set up all around the shop, very useful. Black current balsamic is my favorite! I use it on all my salads. They offer little premade gift sets, great for the holidays. Online orders are packed very well, orders arrive pretty quickly

We usually stop in here to get our Olive Oil. Very good place to go. You can try the flavors as they have various flavors. We like the Pomegranate Dark Balsamic it is very good to cook with and to use any way you would like to. We will be going back here again very soon.

I never knew olive oils could taste so good. You must try their spices and bourbon flavored maple syrup. My pancakes have never been the same since....Ive even used it in a cake.
