Ive visited this Ace Hardware store several times in the last two months. Each time a staff member cheerfully answered my questions, showed me to the items I was looking for, and otherwise was helpful and friendly. Prices were quite reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional.

We had a pleasant experience of getting our car key copied. Ours was 8 years old Honda Odyssey and we brought our own shell with a blank. Usually they use their own key Ang program the key. But we wanted only part of that. Not only they very courteously did the copy they even made sure that the key works for ignition and car doors. They had to work on it twice for that and they did it with a smile. So had great customer experience and other thing I noticed was that their interaction with all customers were pleasant and professional. Will surely go there again.

The team there cant seem to pick up the phone without hanging up on you.

I originally gave the store one star because the owner thought I was stealing something and he followed me on my tail then went in my basket started grabbing stuff out asking what else was there it was very offensive and embarrassing for him tell u the truth. Since then Ive been back to the store several times and he knowing that I left him a bad review and because of the convenience I returned to store to shop. he still help me out and was adult about the situation he deserves five stars now for it only one time out of several was negative experience hes a great guy its a great store and i give him credit for being a good business man. I had bought a can of grease and it was missing a tip. When I brought it back today he gave me no problems and I actually canceled an amazon order I just place for a cargo net bc he had similar one at the same price! So his prices are very fair and I used to work at true value hardware so I know.

Very friendly & helpful folks. Surprisingly how many items they have in stock. If not in stock they can order for you.Their app is helpful to see what is in stock. Again, if not in stock you can order on line and it will be shipped to the store. Some items can be shipped to your home.

A very nice small hardware store. I wish they hadnt closed the one near where I live. This is a particularly small Ace Store but the staff is super friendly and they crammed as much stuff as they can in a small store front.

The I am a woodworker and they have items that cannot be found any other place. Items stocked from floor to ceiling means they can fit over 2000 items in this store. Very kind staff too

Always friendly staff ready to help you get whatever youre looking for from the moment you walk in! Store itself is on the smaller side, though is more consistent with the classic hardware stores in the past prior to the Home Depot and Lowes of the times now! They have almost everything you need. Become an ACE Rewards member to keep track of points for money you spend and get coupons mailed to your house! Prices are pretty competitive to the big box retailers, though some items are higher.

Boutique hardware store. Convenient if you want to get something quick and they have in stock. Otherwise not comparable to Home Depot.

Our neighborhood Ace. Friendly and helpful service. Reasonably well-stocked given its size. Nice to have a store like this close by for when you find out during a project that some tools or components are needed. Please dont close on us like all the other local stores!

Very happy to find this place after OSH closed. Its smaller than OSH but it has what I needed. I was looking to patch my stucco wall. I was helped by an experienced staff member who gave me a couple of options. Its somewhat hidden in plain sight, on the same row as Safeway.

I just had the worst experience which was my only experience at this Ace Hardware employee with a European accent harassed me and accused me of theft would I was doing nothing of the sort he yelled at me to leave and I using to call the police but I had already planned on calling the police myself for what he is doing to me the audacity of this employee baffles me and I spoke with the sheriffs when they came rather quickly but what happens and legally theres no criminal situation there from what I told him and just because I had brought my two shopping bags is it a store and had them into carrying basket it looks suspicious so that doesnt give an employee reasonable reasons to to harass a customer and stock the customer throughout the store of only being in there for not even 10 minutes I do not plan to go back to that place nor do suggest this particular Ace Hardware for anyone else

Bad experience! Zero stars, store is to small please relocate. Everything is to close to each other and high up above not safe. Owner talks like if hes local but has a german or swedish accent. Owner will tailgate through isles with you he seems foreign.
