I would like to say how disrespectful the staff was tonight. they forgot our ice-cream and a shake and made us pay for it anyway when I brought it to this woman attention she rolled her eyes and said we got them and we showed her we didnt and she continued with her attitude.i hope management sees this because this isnt the first time this has happened with this woman sam also the owner is very disgusting he flirts with all his young staff. this place needs serious help.

We came in right before closing time tonight. 3 groups with Id say about 20 people total. I was in the last group. The employees said No problem! Served us politely and were super nice.A+++ for customer service and satisfaction! We will be back again. The ice cream is phenomenal!

Clean new Coldstone in Sartell. Same owners as the St. Cloud location. Friendly staff and, as always, a great selection.

So I added a picture of my husband Love It and my love it I only asked for a love it size 2 if not 3 times .... I absolutely love Cold Stone but this is slightly aggravating when you expect to get one thing and you dont get it we didnt notice the size difference until we got home and by then it wasnt worth going back and asking about it .... we will be back
