Service was excellent. I wasnt happy with the food this time around. I had the broiled shrimp, with asparagus, and sweet potato fries. The veg, and the fries were great. The shrimp was slightly over cooked, and had some kind of seasoning that had way too much heat. Usually when you order broiled shrimp, it isnt spicey hot. My mouth was burning a half hour after I ate it!🔥🥵. This was way over seasoned. I could see this when it was placed in front of me. This was strange as I had been there several times before, and ordered the same thing, and it was served brushed with a wonderful garlic butter sauce, and a tiny bit of seasoning. I suggest that if you dont want to have your face burnt off, you should tell them how you want your shrimp to be seasoned when you order, or you will be sorry that you didnt. I was very disappointed. 😞

Okay, the location is surprising, but I get it. Its supposed to be a great place to take your aging relative that is a resident of the community. Cool, handy, and the food is terrific regardless of your age. The green beans (yes, a vegetable) are awesome. I am still trying to replicate them at home and I am an avowed carnivore! When you find a place that can make even green beans shine, you need to let folks know. Prices are subtly higher than many cookie cutter restaurants, but the atmosphere and food make up for it.

The food was delicious. However, they were understaffed when I was there, so it took us awhile to get seated and get our food. To alert you, you need to make reservations in advance.

This is the original Hidden Gem. Its tricky to find because it is in the corner of a large building, but once you are in the door its a fantastic experience. Its a very nice dining room with a fantastic menu. The food is top notch and our waitress was fantastic. This is a place you could bring a well dressed lady to. Its elegant, but not stuffy and they didnt kick me out in my jeans and sweatshirt.

Excellent food and service, perfect martinis. I only give it 4 stars because of the atmosphere, it caters to the elderly which is fantastic, but if youre a younger person you definitely almost feel the need to whisper. The feeling is very quiet and subdued. But would definitely come back!

A pleasant, relaxed, well-hidden little place. Its attached to the Country Manor senior living campus so its bound to be low-keyed.Very good service with a full bar (though, very limited craft beer selection). Good food served up relatively quickly and only slightly overpriced.Not the place to go if you want to yell at the Vikings but if youre looking for a pleasant, reserved lunch or dinner, check it out.

We went to Drakes for the first time because we wanted to go someplace different from our usual go to places. Read the reviews, but didnt really have expectations. We were very happy we went. The food was delicious!! At first I couldnt put my finger on why it was so good! Then I realized it was cooked with love. Cooked by someone who loves to cook. Also, we enjoyed how quiet it was you could easily have a nice converstion. I had the boursin chicken with a baked potato and green beans, it was amazing. My husband had the special fried chicken and mashed potatoes, he thought it was delicious. We had the bread pudding for dessert, it was also very good. I dont normally write reviews but I thought it deserved one. We will definitely go back.

Great food quiet little place with music on most Saturdays. Hard to beat prices and people are nice. They do everything they can to provide the best experience in a small setting.

I went to Drakes at 230 and was disappointed with my service. We walked into Drakes, and we stood at the entrance waiting to be addressed. We waited for about 5 minutes without acknowledgement and then we walked around looking for help. We couldnt find anyone. We found the waiter having a conversation with some customers. We asked some people that were already served if they were closing up, and they pointed him out to us. He then told us he would be right with us. Minutes passed and we were not helped. We left.

I had the Chicken Alfredo with a Cesar side salad. They were both good and the server was great. We had the $25 off of a $50 purchase, without the coupon, the food is very pricey for the amount you get. We would go back if we had coupons.

Absolutely horrible service. The server forgot to turn in our order. The server rarely came to our table . Once our order was placed it took 25 minutes longer for simple platters. Went to the bar myself to get our table drinks. Very disappointing.
