Terrible experience. Data from old phone was not properly transferred to new phone. Was told I had to do it manually instead of them doing it. Had to go to different store to have it properly done. Employees hygiene was absolutely horrendous. Will not go back.

Recently I have been going over my data allowance and incurring overage charges. I stopped by the store to see if their was a more suitable plan for me. My representative was able to get me an unlimited data plan at an affordable price. I asked questions about upgrading my phone. The representative presented me with all my options and we decided right now isn’t the right time for me to upgrade and I appreciate the honesty. Instead I got a new case and screen protector and feel as if my phone is brand new. When I do need a new phone I will be sure to revisit here again.

Ashley did a fantastic job!!! I stopped in two days ago to get a car charger - the cheap ones did not charge my phone. Frustrated beyond belief with anothers Wireless companys service, I came in today expecting more stress and aggravation and be sent on my way with a lighter wallet. Instead Will solved all of my problems and even figured out a way to help me save money. He spent time and energy to help me and my wife at a level much greater than needed to comlplete a transaction that would have occured anyway.
