I had a 10am appointment today to get the second Covid shot, which was scheduled 3 weeks ago. After waiting 35 minutes after checking in, the pharmacy manager Guillermo, finally acknowledged my existence. I called hm out asked why he didnt keep the appointment. He said he was interviewing a job candidate. Then he went on to serve a line of customers picking up medication, all of whom arrived AFTER I did. Im older and handicapped, he obviously figured it was okay to waste my time. Avoid the pharmacy unlike you like being treated disrespectfully!

Paula told me I dont have to wear a mask unless wanted as she also removed her mask in the drive thru for a pcr test. She proceeded to give most equipment needed for my testing while breathing and contaminating my bag. I work in healthcare and take pride following proper procedures and protocols set in place to protect our community.

Worst beachside pharmacy understaffed and hate their jobs including phatmacist

I had the worse customer experience at this particular CVS store. Thee pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional.Instead of trying to help you, they are looking for every excuse not to do what they get paid to do.They make you feel like they are there to argue with you and make you feel uncomfortable .Does the management read any of the reviews posted?Maybe it’s to time to start retraining your staff...

I love this pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy are busy most of the time but they do go out of their way to ensure everyone gets the level of customer service they deserve. Do not pay much attention to the negative remarks. Those people dont have patience and some are a little spoiled in my opinion. I frequent this location and have never witnessed poor customer service.

The employees are clearly in over their heads with orders in the pharmacy. I have trouble EVERY time I go. The employees are usually rushed and sometimes come off as rude or not wanting our business, but I think they are just overwhelmed and understaffed. I always loved CVS until the changes in the last year or two. Please hire more help.

The pharmacy is always overwhelmed, thereby not able to provide acceptable levels of customer service. If you call, you get put on hold forever. Management take a look at your service levels here.

COVID-19 Test from Minute Clinic here is worthless. Results took 8 days only to find out TNP Test not performed.Had to call support because they completely forgot about the test/results.Once someone entered my info the test wasnt even completed.I bet CVS and the Insurance companies sure got paid.Not impressed, the way health insurance and testing is handled is a joke. Its literally swabbing your nose with a sterile q-tip, sealing it and mailing it to a lab, they cant even get that right.

They need help at that store, especially in the pharmacy department when it comes getting people out in a timely manner

The Satellite Beach location should not be allowed to call theirselves a Pharmacy. When did it become ok in our society to treat CUSTOMERS with such little respect? Am I bothering you? They act as if it takes 24 hours to fill 1 Rx. At least thats what I was told tonight when I wanted to drop off my prescription and wait on it. Reading all the bad reviews about the pharmacy alone, makes me wonder why a District Manager doesnt try to correct the problem. Avoid this location at ALL COST, unless you like making multiple trips to the pharmacy.

Always get arizona iced tea here, never had a bad experience, but will be docking one point because I applied for a job and didnt get a call back.

They used to good, they have went straight downhill the last few months. If it wasnt for the extra bucks u get for prescription refills I would never go here. How does such a big company do such terrible customer service, I have so many complaints, too many to list here. Billy is the only redeeming factor in this place, he is so kind and just great!!

I highly recommend if you want respect and dignity not to go here. Especially, in my case, no respect for RETIRED Service members. Dont catch Paula in a bad mood!!!

Get rid of check out machines and hire more help. Too busy a store for so little help.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The prescriptions are never ready, two and three days later after they been prescribed. Recently a prescription was perscribed and they didnt have the medicine and after 5 days I had to go to a different pharmacy.

Calling the pharmacy is a terrible event. The wait is terribly long and while waiting in the phone queue you have to listen to this un-ending, overly loud, CVS promos...and I have the phone volume on low. So much for soothing music.Update: Adding recently on several occasions we decided to request to transfer medications to an alternate pharmacy. The requesting pharmacy had a very difficult time getting someone at CVS to answer just to get the transfer initiated. We have since moved pharmacies and will no longer use CVS.

Called the pharmacy to ask a question, and the pharmacist (I don’t recall her name) was super nice and helpful. Called at 8:23 am on 03/18/2020.

CVS is Always clean & organized.

The pharmacy at the satellite beach/indian harbour CVS provides the poorest customer service i have ever consistantly experienced in my life anywhere. Everytime i frequent the pharmacy to pick up a perscription i have to return multiple times to pickup my order. I even wait for several days from when my doctor calls in the script to give ample time for fulfillment and habitually i receive partial order and am asked to return in 2 hours to pick up the remaining order. PLEASE hire more help if your location is overwhelmed with orders.

Not sure why all CVS seem so dark inside. I needed to blow up four balloons for a shower. There was a helium shortage all of Publixs beach side. Told to call CVS. I called, after several minutes of explaining it to some older woman, she said they had a helium tank, but would only blow up their balloons. I asked if I could just buy the same type or size of balloon but to blow mine up instead, she said no and proceeded to hung up. Rude much?! Ill stick to Walgreens and Publix.

Horrible. They leave you holding on the phone forever (I have currently been holding for over 30 minutes), they refill prescriptions without being asked to, and when you ask for generic they will give you the non-generic version. The WORST!!! Go somewhere else if you can! WalMart and Publix are down the street, so is Eau Gallie Pharmacy which is amazing. Go to one of these other places because this CVS location does not care about you.

Conveniently located, easy in and out parking with two entrances to the parking lot, and Redbox outside. The store is always clean, good selection of merchandise, and the employees are all helpful and kind, unlike the employees of their competitor.

We are regular customers because of our insurance and they never have our meds in stock. I have to call them 10 days before being allowed to refill and remind them to order it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place. Very helpful staff and a drive thru pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. 30 minutes to answer the phone. Don’t really care to help while you’re traveling. Use Publix.

I dont know why in this day and age they still require you to have a CVS card to get their advertised prices.

This place sucks and other reviews say so. Dont trust these people with your health.
