Went to drop off multiple items. Drove quite a distance and was greeted by an unsmiling rude and nasty employee. Refused to take items because they were closing. Will never go there again.

Rude worthless lady would not give us her name. I would call the supervisor on her but she closed the door and run to the back.

I use this Goodwill drop off frequently and have since it opened. I appreciate it’s availability and convenience. Everyone, with the exception of one woman, have always been nice and helpful. Today, 1/15/21 at 1:30p, was one I’ve those days when I had to be subjected to this most unpleasant and consistently rude female employee. They had closed, no problem! I didn’t realize it. She yelled through the door “we’re closed!” Then cracked the door and “barked” at me that she would take it this time but not in the future because someone else always shows up when she does. I threw my small box in my back seat, told her she was rude ALWAYS and left. I read through these reviews and it’s clear she is rude to everyone. Why is she still employed? Surely someone else needs & wants a job more than she must by her repeated treatment of donors! SHE HAS NOT ONCE BEEN PLEASANT.GOODWILL PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!

Very rude attendant. I stopped by to donate a bunch of items. He walked out shaking his head telling me not to drop anything off because he was on his lunch and that I just needed to come back in 30 minutes. Without me even saying g anything, he was yelling at me.

Easy drive up and drop off. Nice staff ready to help with unloading and explain regulations.

There’s NO inside shopping, as stated!

This place is super efficient and easy to use. The attendant comes out to help you unload, even in the rain. It’s a drive up, so there is so store attached. This is a great spot to donate.

Quick and straight forward donations most of the time. Sometimes seem a little too picky about what theyll take. We tried to donate a clean toaster oven in great condition, but was told something about it having an old cord so they couldnt take it. The cord was a standard two prong with no damage so not sure what the issue was and the employee didnt seem to wish to elaborate. The location is convenient though, so I will continue to donate here.

I dont what my screen saying negative harsh words use towards me when didnt ever say such thing, even if I didnt care for place, I would not use word (hate) it negative & disrespectful.Soo I feel know need comment on this,our ever anything my screen going tell me that word, I come from a dysfunctional child hood and both my parents are deceased! So any upper hand people read this,pls never use that word to me, our Ill find a way out of the site. Ty Chris Volosin sincerely!

One of the middle aged female workers is extremely rude. I have had a few experiences with her, as some of the others commenting have shared. She always seems annoyed by having to come get donations. Once I made the mistake of asking how she was doing that day and she was very rude and clearly overwhelmed. She told me that this was too much stuff, she couldn’t catch up, and it’s too hot to be working. This is just one example. Anything she doesn’t accept she just throws back into my car without explanation. She is extremely unpleasant and should not have a job involved with working with the general public.

I drop off a lot stuff, very convince location.

There was a line and workers were all busy. So I set my Publix size bag on the floor by their desk. The older, long haired woman yelled Rude!. What is rude about not wanting to bother them and sitting my bag down inside for them? Then just in case I didnt hear her she yelled at me again. Id had no interaction with her so I wasnt sure she was even talking to me. Until she started talking about me to the other employees. Yelling how rude I was. This woman needs a new job where she doesnt deal with the public. She is very confrontational and never happy when I see her. Everyone else there has always been polite. I dont want to donate my my stuff where someone wants a confrontation. I drop stuff several times a week. I will no longer hand my stuff to her, if its her collecting, Ill come back another time. I dont need that negativity in my life.

I am so tired of going to this location and getting nothing but disdain from the associates. We frequent this location because of the type of work we do in the community. The last five times we have donated we were asked to separate our items better (clothes and shoes didnt belong in the same bag), come earlier (7:35PM) was too late for a drop off since they closed at 8:00PM just to name a few. Please tell me how I can make your life easier Goodwill! Im certain there are other places (not Goodwill) that will gladly take the items we drop off without complaining about it.

I tried to drop off a desk that I purchased from Goodwill 1 1/2 years before. This was a solid oak desk and very heavy. It was in better condition than when I purchased it because I cleaned it up and oiled it, but Vicky would not take it. She said it was broken because it did not have pull handles installed. I explained it didnt have handles when I bought it, but asked if I could unload it from my sons truck and go home to get some handles and bring them to the store, but Vicky said no. Very unreasonable and unpleasant individual. I will be going mainland and looking for other worthy causes where employees are not rude, for all future contributions.

If i could not give it a star i would. Both workers are older women mid 40-50s. While dropping off donations both complained about never being able to catch up. That too much stuff is being donated. They are not caught up from weekend. Basically not liking their job very much. Well, Sorry to say, those donations pay your paycheck. Need to have customer service class or need to have an attitude adjustment. Very poor face for someone has never used or purchased from goodwill. I am sure other people could just give their gently used items to another place.

I tried to drop off 3 wardrobe boxes of very nice clothing today, Friday 10 November. The lady said they do not take hangers. I offered to remove the clothing from the hangers but it seemed to be too much for her. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I took the clothing to American Legion. I will never drop off with that lady there.

Easy drop off chit your extra or uneeded stuff at home.

I used to go to this location last year a lot and the old staff was much nicer than this staff I just encountered. The woman was impatient and curt but she took my stuff so I dont care lol. Just dropped off some fax machines, a harp and a vase so they take more than just clothes. I might start going to the Rockledge location instead.

Convenient and quick way to donate items. But the young girl working there this time was rude and abrupt.

I dropped off a bunch of pots and pans, dishes, clothes and all kinds of ther stuff. The dude there just grabbed everything and literally threw it in the bin. Breaking all the dishes and pot lids Im sure. These people need an attitude adjustment. Very rude!

Wow one of their employees, an older woman, was completely rude! Acted like I was wasting her time when I asked if I could donate two garbage bags full of clothing. I showed up 45 minutes before they closed and she made sure to tell me that in a rude way- sorry my free donations upset you? When I handed her the bags she snatched them out of my arms angrily and didn’t say anything to me. Lady needs to get a different job!

The rudest and most disrespectful workers in all of Goodwill. This is the second time I have been discriminated while donating at this store.
