Jerry is very knowledgable and accommodating and honest he has the best prices and inventory of any gun shop around as well as just an all round good guy i wont go anywhere else if he doesnt have it hell get it for you. Go check him out for all your firearm needs as well as CCW training classes just a very very knowledgable guy

I purchased a pistol for my husbands birthday present. Jerrys price was lower than any other locations, and Jerry is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Not a fancy place but that didnt bother me. I went there for a firearm, not for dinner.

I purchased a gun online and had it shipped to this dealer. When I went to pick it and do the background check Gerry entered my name wrong and my background check was denied! I went through a month long appeals process before I finally found out from FDLE that the gun dealer entered my name incorrectly! Now he wants me to give him $30.00 to send the gun back and pay a restocking fee for a mistake that was clearly his and has been confirmed with FDLE. I already purchased this exact firearm and passed my background check in 2 minutes at another dealer. This is ridiculous. This store also does not have AC so you will be covered in sweat waiting for your background check to come back that is if your name was even entered correctly an or it even comes back at all.

Good store, its extremely messy and cluttered, but Jerry knows where most of the stuff is. Just ask him and hell find it in the back or order it for you. He has a lot of hard to find ammo and always has a good deal.

I have purchased several pistols from Jerry at On Target. He is very knowledgeable for all things gun related and a genuine nice guy. This place is a honest mom and pop gun sop with the best prices in the area. If you are looking for a great gun shop with no non-sense and not pushy sales tactics this is it. I truly had no expectations one way or another when I walked into this seemingly unobtrusive, quiet, almost non-advertised venue. I came on here and read the reviews knowing 1 out of every 3 reviews are typically fake or paid for. This place had one bad review but, each one had something in common; they all ONLY referred to Jerry. It was obviously a one-man operation. Every one of the good reviews is SPOT ON, haha. Im writing this because SOMEBODY needs to stand up and say There is a hidden gem here! Because Jerry isnt the type to brag. So, after spending a couple hours with him this afternoon; I found it worth MY time to give some kudos where its due.Ha, So, when you walk in, theres no doubt about it; it feels like youve walked into somebodys hobby garage. There is stuff you WONT find anywhere else, hung on miscellaneous shelves & tools all over (NO Firearms lying around, to clarify, but if you had the time you could probably assemble one haha) quality items which were probably a third the price of what Ive seen at the bigger name ranges. So, I was looking for something specific; like one review said its messy but Jerry knows where everything is, nailed it. I had ONE specific firearm I was looking for, he said hold on, and he went to the back of the store and came back and produced PRECISELY what I was looking for! haha. Moreover the price was Id bet 40-50 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. Over the time it took for my background check to pass, we had the opportunity, which was a pleasure, to just shoot the breeze with him and he was as cool as can be. Very humble, very polite. Has some GREAT stories to tell and Im really happy to say I made a friend in Jerry today!*Its worth noting (and he has been contacted about trying to remove bad reviews and it doesnt concern him, thats the kinda guy he is) his single one star review; it literally, has absolutely nothing to do with his business! I had the opportunity to hear his side of the story at least and what it sounds like, is a revenge review. I dont want to get into more detail than I should here, so Ill be vague. However, apparently he purchased an item which didnt work. (Did I mention Jerry is/has a PH.D.? This man isnt stupid.) So, I trust him when he says it didnt work. When he returned said item, the proprietor of the other store insisted on user error implying Jerry. This isnt the kind of thing Jerry screws up, dont take my word, go talk to him. So, Jerry told the guy what he thought, and that person, went out of their way, to try and make Jerry lose business, specifically by giving him a bad review. It, says more about the person leaving the review than anything, and Im sorry for them. However to try and cause additional suffering is some nonsense, and I felt it was my duty to look out for this guy. He helped me out tremendously, was SO accommodating and nice, you gotta go yourself.I promise this isnt a paid review, I have not been hired by him or anyone else to write this novel about OnTarget. Truth is, my parents own a condo very nearby and it was the most convenient at the time and my first stop of the day, wound up needing to be my only stop! I had a great day because of him and I try and look out for great people like Jerry because its part of my philosophy. Pass it on.
