My wife and I live in New York State. We had to be in Florida because of a family emergency. One of the immediate resources we needed was a place to store important equipment and personal items for a family member. The people at Personal Mini Storage helped me choose the proper size unit, and was flexible with the packing boxes I would need, without knowing how many of the various sizes I would need. We made estimates and adjustments over the 2 days it took to pack the belongings for storage. Things were packed in the proper boxes in the proper number of each size. No over selling of materials that were not needed. In a time crunch situation, they were the best we could have dealt with.

We only needed a smaller storage unit and for not a long period; they were a perfect choice for me. Working with the staff, Kelly and Lenny, was so easy because I was doing it from out of state.Recommend their facility, hell yes, in a heartbeat.

Looked for a good storage facility with overhead doors and good rates. Checked out personal mini storage in satellite beach. Got a good price for monthly storage no ads on service charges. Had me in a unit in 15 minutes. Set up auto. Had keys, gate code and done. Unit was clean with 10 foot ceiling. Lights, amd a duplex electric outlet I can use with no utility charge. Manager was very helpful. Lives on site. 5 stars!

Was hesitant so close to the beach but all of my belongings stay dry, bug and rodent free. Jim takes excellent care of this facility. Hands down best place to store your items in Brevard County. Highly recommend this facility for storage. Its clean, updated and priced right. The staff especially Jim the manager was great to deal with. This location is conveniently placed behind Publix and the price is right. Jim is great and very easy to work with. I appreciate that very much. It gives the place a neighborhood feel. This is my first time renting a storage unit so, for those that are also new to it, there is a small additional cost for insurance but the price was still competitive even with that. Exceptional service from the first phone call. Welcomed by Jim with a comforting and reassuring smile when I arrived at the facility. Cold bottled water was happily handed to myself and the movers. We needed a place to store a few things while we were moving from one house to another. It was super easy to rent a 10x10 unit, and the unit and lot are kept very clean. We have been here for years. Mike the manager is just awesome! We are have used other local storage facilities and honestly it is the great customer service that keeps us coming back and referring our friends and family.

Would highly recommend for personal storage. They had the best rates in the area, the facility is very clean, and customer service was top notch! While moving in and out, the manager himself checked on us periodically and brought bottled water (at no charge). We also rented a UHaul for in town move and the process was extremely painless and easy! Will definitely use again if we need storage/UHaul needs.

Our house burned down Sunday in Sattelite Beach, all that was left was the contents of the garage. They gave me a great rate on a 5x10 unit, when I realized it wasnt big enough for all my tools & toys. I tried to rent another one, he gave me a 10x15 at near the same rate and was very helpful and compassionate to our tragedy. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs

The storage facility was very nice. The only problem was that for 7 days, when we were leaving, I had to pay for an entire month. Just make sure you leave at the end of the month.

I am a general contractor and storage is always important. Although I no longer have a storage facility there, I cant say enough about Mike. I renovated the office there when I was a tenant, and watching the interaction between Mike and his customers, in spite of him learning a brand new system, was very refreshing. Customers can be quite difficult depending on their own issues, and I watched what a calming effect Mike had on them and helped them to feel better before they left the door with their business completed in a timely manner. As a business owner, I would hope that Mike would be WELL compensated for being the face of your business and touching so many lives while never showing any frustration while dealing with sometimes difficult clients.
