Great place to have your car repaired runs a great body shop, Linda was great.

Freaking incredible what the women and men here did to help me while my car was being fixed. The help with everything from getting me into a rental to updating me about the status of my car. EXTREMELY professional and welcoming staff, they told me exactly what they did and how the repairs were done. I seriously wanted to hug the person who did alot of the work (James Stone) because the work he did made my car look brand new! I would HIGHLY recommend York collision and their rental department to anyone! A++++!

The people who works there are very kind, I like the way that they are with me, the women on the front desk is very polite and helpful. Even if they are expensive more than other places is worthy

This is the best body shop around . Been to a couple of other places and they fall short of service and quality . Dave and Judy are great . If you want the job done right and efficiently then look no further. They also make everything smooth and easy . Professionalism and quality like no other . Its rare to find that these days .

By far the best experience with an auto collision center. James, Joanna, and Julie all were phenomenal. My car looked impeccable! Hope to never have to get a car serviced again but if need me I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them. Thank you again for all your work!!

The staff here couldnt be nicer if they tried. Professional. Great communication via text. Completed the work ahead of schedule. Car looks great and was cleaned thoroughly (which was desperately needed). Seamless communication with Hertz for my rental car and with both my insurance and the insurance company of the guy who was at fault. For a totally inconvenient experience, they made it painless and pleasant. No complaints at all!

I can truly say that my car left here better than it came. A special shout out to Paul for professionalism and communication. This Collision Center truly went above and beyond the call to fix my car and left it spotlessly clean inside and out. They also fixed a dent that had nothing to do with why I brought it there and did not charge me for it. I highly recommend the shop

Wow if I had negative experience. To start i will givea negative star I would. . One of the worse collision center . I have few stories so I really dont want to get into it. This people dont know how to call some of the customer to give even an update. I guess is to much because they are to busy. They took my car and after 45 day they told me they cant fixed. They send it to another dealer and you still think that they will give me update on my car. Guess wrong. Im still waiting for them to offer me a car. Again people you guess wrong.At the beginning they told me they can fix my car give me many days it was going to be done. They never told me the truth. Now Im stock with no car waiting for the other collision center to call them, becauec they dont have an idea of when is going to be fix. If you really have another choice go somewhere else.

I dont understand how this place has a 3.5 rating. This is my go to place when my car gets damaged. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and helpful. They always get it done right. One stop place,appraisal, rental, and get my car fixed.

I got into what I considered a pretty bad front end accident.My hood was bent, My lip was done, Headlight smashed. My car looked hopeless!The guys at McGarveys were very polite and super helpful with discussing the damage and took the time to help me with suggesting my next actions. They rang Greg to come over to evaluate the damages to my vehicle and I was very impressed with the assessments he made. So I had taken everything over to York Collision center and was promised to get the car back in about 2 weeks. Everyone in this place is SUPER NICE. Julie at the front desk was very nice and was very informative with all documents I had to sign. Greg was very professional, I left my 2017 Civic hatch him. Rental service was in the same place, I mean the whole thing was pretty convenient! I was pretty anxious through the waiting process, But Greg called and texted me daily and always returned my phone calls with in the hour. I was very pleased with the customer service he provided, and he made the process a whole lot easier. Best part is they finished the car in a WEEK! I was thrilled, Picked the car up on a saturday and it felt like I was picking the car up at the dealer like it was new! I HIGHLY recommend this place, Thanks York.-Chris

If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do not take your car here. Its not only a waste of your time, but the General Manager, Paul never stops saying his 110% service slogan which is as fake as they come. They had my car ( luxury SUV ) for over 3 weeks, and when I came to pick it up, it wasnt even close to being done. Then when I went back a few days later to get it, my brake lights werent working, but dont worry, Paul the GM was still saying he gave us 110% service! I took my car to the dealership so a team who knows how to fix cars could look at it, and discovered an additional $600 issue that York Collision didnt seem to find. If you want to waste your time and get your car back with more issues then you went in with, by all means enjoy York Collision. But if you actually have time to look at other collision centers, and dont appreciate being lied to on a daily basis, go somewhere else. York Collision is a complete joke.
