Bob and the Balloonatics team are the best. I have used them for columns, arches, and balloons for every party for the past few years and they have been perfect every time. I also have always used their delivery service and they are always on time. Thank you so much for the great job :)

I was at a Sweet 16 and two Balloonatics employees came in with balloons. Come to find out from the host they were two hours late and the party had already started! The worst part was they were so tangled the female employee was trying to untangle them by using her mouth to hold some of the strings. Extremely unprofessional. One of the guests literally had to start using scissors to cut the strings. I was thinking of using this company for balloons at my daughters sweet sixteen but was discouraged by their tardiness and lack of professionalism. If I could put zero stars I would.

Sounds more like a childrens band, but nice location! I just wish there were more displays in the store, though. Kind employees!
