Always a nice experience, larger Barnes and Noble, with a Starbucks located inside. Plenty of parking. Clean location with pleasant staff
Its a book store with a Starbucks in it... not really a fan of Starbucks, even though thats why I entered Barnes & Noble. But from prior visits, store is decent... I admit it has been a while since actually buying a physical book.
I have tried to give this site chance at least 5 times. But they are for sure one thing consisted. In being in educated in their Nooks, maybe thats why they never have the accessories like charging cords.etc. But, I guess that would match the never-ending saga of having the Nooks as well.I was told to check at the front desk for any power cords. After the women yelled up to the front to ensure that this is where they would be kept.Once there I asked to see the cords only to see that the one cord didnt fit since it fell out.But the gentlemen decided to let him put the cord into my device. So of course I had to inform him that, Ive most likely been a techie longer than he was alive. You would think that being a female by now in this day and age. These people would learn something! This same gentlemen decided to now interrupt my friend about buying a recipe book. She just picked up the recipe book.I asked to check on a warranty for one of my Nooks, the clerk said I needed my receipt. But Im happy to say this time I the manager looked up the serial number.
Its a good Barnes and noble. People working were very nice. Wish they had a way to search for book location (app, computer etc...) Super I should have just asked the nice people
Very large store, it has just about everything your looking for in New books, magazines, maps, and a Cafe with a seating area, great Children section with nice toys and books and learning materials
Still a standard bearer for bookstore and supplies. B&N has the largest magazine selection in the area, and is great stop for childrens learning and educational gifts.
Used to have a lot more clearance, Starbucks there is good though. It has cheesecake factory cake so Im a fan.
Always a good place to go for refreshing literature. From A to Z you may browse the shelves and certainly will find an option if not the right thing.
Well stocked. Restroom available. Plenty of parking.
Always something interesting to buy. Im a big fan of their big bargain section.
I love this store. The employees love books, and its obvious by their attitude on the job, which is fantastic.
The libraries may be closed but this store is not. Come, look browse and read. Maybe you buy, maybe you dont...its okay. Parking is ample. Great supply of discount books as well.
Lots of great books and they will order something for you if they dont carry it.Theres a huge selection of both fiction and nonfiction as well as a childrens area.
A little small but great customer service, and great place to relax and shop. The B&N starbucks on the other hand did not have great customer service. The guy was pretty sassy and passive aggressive. I dont know if it was a race or gender thing, but he shouldve been more polite.
Very nice place for books
Only went there to meet up with a friend and grab a coffee at the café inside the bookstore, so cant comment on Barnes & Noble itself. But the café itself was nice and clean with at least 6 of space between tables. The woman at the counter was really friendly and nice and let me charge my phone with one of their outlets, even though she didnt have to.
My happy place. Wonderful people.
Great Stores and wonderful customer services
Always have fine selection on different topics.
Very helpful staff.
Found what I wanted and the staff person was helpful. Tons and tons of really neat books. If they dont have the one you want, they can get it for you. But bring your checkbook, they can be a bit pricey. Thats part of the deal when you shop at a bookstore that has so many titles for sale. No complaints at all. Five Stars!
Not crowded. Went to buy a childrens book and they had a wide selection. Asked for a book that I wanted and was shown the way to it right away. Always loved going for a coffee at the Starbucks there and getting a bunch of books to sort through to decide which ones Im going to buy.
I’ve bought a ton of books here. Love the store. So many titles to choose from. Nicely set up. Sections are nicely distinguished. They sell POP figurines and some other cool stuff there
Went in here to check out what they had for Christmas and it was beautiful. Store was beautiful and plenty of staff to help customers. Best part is the Starbucks at the entrance. There are many lounge chairs to sit and have a quick read while sipping on Starbucks coffee. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking outside. There is a special customer help desk and online order pick ups.
Very organized and easy to find any topic of books
Purchased their pistachio latte. It was disgusting. I had a few sips and threw it out. Dont waste your money.
Had exactly what I wanted
Love it, especially since brick and mortar book stores are becoming a rarity.
The layout has changed for the store but its still one of my favorite places to spend an afternoon!
Nice place really quiet you can read a book there if you want to
Very helpful staff. Bald dude at Starbucks is the man. Cookies right out the oven. Be classy and support physical literature.
When i walk into a Barnes & Noble i always feel out of place but theres something about just walking around and browsing books that gives you a calm feeling. Always enjoy it when i stop by here. Got a great book on the history of my city. Learned alot of new things about a place Ive lived for nearly 30 years.
Helpful staff and some good deals.
Friendly and helpful staff! Cleanliness and safety measures in place for Covid safety 👍 Didnt have everything I was looking for but were able to help direct me.
Love that their bathrooms are always clean!
Honestly one of my personal favorite stores. Im a book worm, a journal collector and a avid coffee drinker. B&N has everything I love in one! For a physical store, it has a great selection of journals that ranges from 5 bucks to 60 bucks, so theres plenty of options to choose from. You can find great treasures in their sale/clarence sections. If you have children, this is a great store to bond with little ones as they have a small stage to read from or even act out a little skit from your childs favorite book. They even have story time events each month. And if youre running out of energy a Starbucks Cafe is right inside the store! Again all my favorite things in one store. Its pretty hard not to fall in love with this place! Hope youll visit soon! Thanks for reading my review😊
Employees need more training on products.. Gave incorrect information on a device.. Had the consumer buy another device that the computer didnt want.. This was because this employee told employee that that device was no longer being sold by B&N. This wasnt true, the rep didnt want to go to the stock room and look.. Instead went back over to cashier and continued her discussion with her Co worker.
I found exactly what I wanted in no time and staff was very kind
Not to many left. I went to the one on Rte 1. Didnt find what I was looking for, but picked up a new author. I could spend hours there. They have a great cafe too.
My children and I enjoyed our visit here very much. The store is very organized, clean and the best part is the staff being so friendly and attentive. We came here to check out children’s books, the children’s area is large and has a cute stage, bench’s and a stuff life sized teddy. Will be returning soon. PS we got a membership and it was so easy to sign up.
Its a good Barnes and Noble you get your deals, but you can also support local bookstores.
Changes have been to made to the interior due to Covid 19. Be prepared to maybe not find everything youre looking for, and not to be there very long.
Nothing like a good book and coffee
Well, let me start by saying if you love books, youll l love Barnes & Noble! They have thousands of books in quite a large store space. All of the popular best sellers are often displayed up front as soon as you walk in.I go in for the childrens section. They have it set up by age and its easy for my children to find what they want. The decor is setup to resemble popular childrens books. In addition to books, Barnes & Noble has a large selection of toys. Everything from stuffed animals to legos. Typically toys that stimulate the brain. To top it off, this particular location has a Starbucks in it that offers a full menu of beverages.its a nice treat to add to a quiet, relaxing environment.
One of the last bookstores in my area. Have to love it for that reason alone. Good collection of books for all ages and interests. Love to browse and find treasures outside my usual genre. Cant do that online. Support your local bookstore before its too late.
Great customer service!
Great customer service there. Very welcoming place!!
Great books great customer service
The best book store. Great staff
Well set up during these times with arrows on the floor!
Barnes & Nobles is a paradise for book readers also for buying great selection of books or ordering them at one needs. The staff members are excellent and the visitors who frequent the place are much into their own quite times and minds. The place is suitable and great for people that appreciate Barnes & Nobles. They have sitting areas as well also a refined cafeteria. Barnes & Nobles is a get away place within the city. Wonderful place to be!👍
Book it does a bidy good!
Very good service. They helped me find a book I wanted it was called My Friend the Dahmer. I could not find it. When I asked them. They helped locate it and helped me find ways to get the book. They were very patient with my question so I say thank you. Highly recommend. The books are very interesting and the food is delicious.
Its got an amazing selection of options l
More people should go here way more stuff than I imagined for a bpok store
Excellent as usual I got my refill paper for my favorite journal and a new pug 2020 calendar
This is a really nice Barnes and Noble. It has a better book selection than some of their other stores. The cafe is clean and the staff are helpful. There is even a specific quiet reading area with comfortable chairs.
Brought my nephew there for some reading time. The childrens reading section was beautifully decorated with attractive colors and the furniture looked welcoming. He sat with a book and I sat across from him.... The chair wasnt too comfy but recognize this isnt a library. Not the place to read a book for hours. But nephew (loves to read) wanted to stay. Hubby found a boom that he liked easily since sections were clearly labeled. I found too many things I wanted to look at!!!The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the bathroom looks exactly like it did 12 years ago..... Not sure how clean it is and for such a beautifully decorated store the dingy bathroom was so strange.
I love this place. Lot of books. Very organized and good variety.
Always a Great Stop.
Awesome people work there
I dont know why but I still enjoy holding a book in my hand. I still like browsing through books store sampling them. But I usually end up buying online. Its a nice store nice coffee shop in the store and its a nice place to hang out for a while and read. The staff is always very helpful
Consistent with all the other stores. Great place to enjoy a cool drink and catch up to your reading on a loveseat or by the Starbucks cafeteria
Nice selection, clean and organized; helpful staff. Priced quite high - all of the card games are priced less at Target. Not for the thrifty.
Wonderful place, a readers paradise. Walter was very helpful in renewal of membership and Starbucks freshly baked cookies were better than homemade.
I met a worker here who helped me get a book I needed and I found another one too. Self help books are great
Nice associates, but the manager would not price match the online price since I am not a member. The membership is not free, and so they made me do the buy online pick up in store option that could take 1 hour to process. So I had to wait. Bummed. If I buy the membership for $25 I wont have to wait 1 hour. Sad, no wonder no one shops in stores any more.
Very helpful staff, great selection. Pricier than Amazon. They have a reading room, a Starbucks, and events. They do a reading thing for young kids and during the holidays they have free gift wrapping.
Had everything I was looking for, well organized, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly too. Definitely swing by if youre looking for a good book.
Loved this place. The employees were really nice and helpful
Book makes people nice. This store has very good service. Laureen is very helpful. Thank you Laureen.
Love books, so love Barnes and Noble
Attended our monthy book club and still had time to buy our next choice and a cozy. Best of times.
I go here all the time and LOVE it...BUT..the new policy of closing at 8:00 or 9:00 does not work for me. I usually GO there at 8:00 and like to spend a couple of hours. Now, no sooner do I arrive and get a cup of coffee when I hear the announcement that they will be closing in 15 mins etc.. Ill be going there a lot less now.
Cant go wrong with this place, you have it all in one.
Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to. Books and coffee! Need I say more?
I was toy shopping. I was able to finish all of my 10 and under gifts for 12.98 and less. Great gifts for children.
This is not the Barnes and Noble of my youth, but in a good way. There are still stacks of readable books but also toys, collectibles, and a café. The childrens room is great as well.
Clean great service and always nice and relaxing,. With refreshments nearby and great reading material definitely found the right place to purchase a nice Leather bound book.
Visit Barnes and noble once in a while for their extravagant magazine selection. tough to come. y these days. on this particular visit, I have to admit I was poaching the air conditioning on a very hot summer day. I did find some nice clearance items I had a need for, and in addition a nice gift for an upcoming event to attend. barnes and noble is good for kitschy gifts and well reads. always a tranquil calm environment to unwind a little inside its walls. except Christmas time.
Very nice book store. Conviently located. The staff were very helpful in finding the item I wanted. Also they have a nice coffee shop clean and lots of tasty treats with great service as well. M.H.S
Great place for latest books
It is hard to find workers, and they move things too often. Otherwise, it is clean and has a Starbucks.
Its like going to a library sitting down and enjoying a good book nobody bothers you and plenty of stuff to read
Barnes and Noble is the only place I can find the books I want, my local library doesnt have them, and I have to pay more buying certain books online. Over all my favorite place to relax, read and find some books.
One of the only brick and mortar book stores left. Great staff and as always, the books I need.
Met the author of Inside the mind of Bill Belichick John Powers. 45 minutes of amazing stories of all sports all levels. Signed copy bought as a Christmas gift for a Pats fan.
Great help, selection and good coffee area. Just too cold to stay for long.
The staff was really attentive and the book assortment was good. However, I had a bit of a struggle to find specialized books (such as science and essay), so I would highly recommend calling beforehand to make sure they have what youre looking for.
Love this place. The membership pays for its elf! Great.
Great parking. More than just a bookstore. Wide variety of gifts. Large Harry Potter section.
I love this place they have my favorite series
Good selection of books and helpful/polite staff.
Good selection of books, board games, educational toys and a large childrens area. Tiny movie selection. Parking lot is busy but not crampt. Eating area available.
One a few bookstores left where you can actually browse for books. Nice layout and plenty of staff.
The workers here are very pleasant. I was able to talk with two workers about authors & book selection ideas.
Poor selection of books, rude staff.
