Great job providing me assistance with my new glasses. Khosay and Caitlin were professional and courteous. Sarah also answered some questions and they all worked well and provided a great customer experience. This store exceeded my expectations and did a better job providing information about the product than the Burlington store. I would recommend anyone to please ask for them.

Went in to the Saugus, MA location around 5pm (they close at 6). There was a line to get in, and at the time only one employee working, Sarah. She was patient, polite, accommodating and had a great sense of humor, even while working with impatient and rude customers. She was able to assist me in the insurance and payment process quickly and efficiently. Cannot say enough positive things!

Kaitlin was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We spent over two hours choosing glasses for my daughter and her patience made the process less stressful. I highly recommend this location and hope you are as lucky to meet Kaitlin.

The nose piece must have gotten caught on a shirt or something because when I put my glasses on I noticed that it was missing from my new glasses that are about a month old. I brought them back to the LensCrafters in Saugus where I got them and they were able to replace the nose piece the same day and get my glasses to being comfortable to wear again. Thanks Lenscrafters!

HassleFree Harry was very prompt and professional. Highly recommended location. I fell down the stairs and my shoes fell off so my eyeglasses needed to be repaired. Harry fixed them in minutes without any questions asked.

The optician khosay was very nice and knowledgeable about the glasses.

I went there under a time constraint. The staff was able to take care of me quickly and get me what I needed.

They were very nice and attentive. Would have us put the glasses we tried on a box so they can clean them especially during the pandemic. Harry the optician was great at measuring and assuring we got what we wanted. Everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately even with the discount it was out of our budget and we could not afford it. However it’s a great place!

Better customer care service would be appreciated. Went in to have my glasses adjusted, they were taken from me, came back following an adjustment away from me and simply handed them to me saying all set. Isnt there a check to see if they properly fit anymore? Just disappointed.

Erica the salesperson was wonderful. She took all of her time first helping me pick out frames that looked good and then explaining to me all my options and the best way to go with the options. She should be commended for representing Lenscrafters in a very professional yet friendly, personable way. When I need glasses again I am going back to Lenscrafters in the Square One Mall in hopes that Erica is still working there. She was the best representative I ever had in my years of buying prescription glasses. Also, Harry the optician on duty was very helpful as well. They are the best staff.

Everything was great. Lost my glasses. Needed a replacement pair in one day. Called and scheduled an eye exam. Had it. Then went to the store side . Staff was patient and professional. Had my glasses two hours later. Just great!!!!

WORST PLACE TO SHOP.. I bought my glasses last year on 3/30/19 and bought warranty just Incase. I went back like 5 months ago to see if I could get them fixed since the lenses had a few scratches just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me because “I supposedly return my glasses the day after purchasing them and the money was put back on to my bank account” which that was never the case.. I still have my glasses I bought and I’m sure they can see that by looking at the glasses and the series #. Doesn’t make sense how I supposedly returned them yet I still have the glasses with me. Wouldn’t they have kept the glasses if I returned them. And they gave me a number to investigate what had happened. Called that number they couldn’t help me on their behalf because they said a manager in store had to look in to the problem. Till this day they still haven’t returned my calls or anything. They are THIEVES. They sell people warranty and change it in the system that they did a return so you lose basically.

Oh no. I got my glasses yesterday and they made a mistake in my axis. They did not even have time to check my prescription and glasses, Worst service. Waited for more 10 days, now i need to wait for another 10 days. Honestly please dont go to this store to buy glasses,. They wont even listen to what you are saying . Give 0/5, in everything.

The worst customer service I had to deal with. Save your money, time and go somewhere else. Nobody that work there have no clue on how excellent service works. It seem like they just got out of high school and try to find a quick buck. I not come to this place ever again!!!

Were shocked by the bad reviews. First off, my GF lost her glasses, were out of towners visiting for a funeral. These guys were the only store out of three that said they could help.Aside from that, they ALL were knowledgeable and they worked well as a team. After picking out frames they stored them in a safe place and we had to return the following morning for an eye exam. The following morning we walk in, a differnt person found the glasses, and hour later my GF can see my ugly face again. We love them!

I was there for over 1 hour and first girl Jocelyn at least said hi then continued to eat her donut and drink her coffee. The other girl did NOT have a name badge on but I asked for her name....Sara. I had $600 to spend on 2 pairs of glasses and she kept putting in for progressive lenses when I told her MULTIPLE times I wanted single vision. She was insistent due to my prescription I needed them. I simple wanted distance Sun and other one reading only. It appeared as if I was inconveincing her to the point I just left. No glasses for me and will NEVER be a customer for Lenscrafters again. Highly recommend to NEVER shop here unless you want to learn what not to do to run a business.

Square one is the worst place to visit for proper service. Got very damaged frames the first time with off centre focal point in the lenses. Came back promptly to have it exchanged. They took two weeks for new glasses to arrive. The second pair was worse than the first, lab technicians used improper screws for the frames, the frame itself was irreparably bent, the nose pieces were even undixably crooked. Disappointed.

Save your money and go some place else, went to get a new prescription for my frames and new lenses for my Ray ban frames, they put the wrong color lenses on my ray bans and lost my ray bans case, also got the prescriptions wrong after waiting about a month I got almost what I wanted except my ray bans case and after all this not even an apology.Last time I ever go there.

Visionworks above them in the mall has better pricing on contact lenses and glasses. Much better customer service. I should have gone through them for my eye exam they didnt have an appointment that worked for me. I should of just gone through Visionworks and made time for their appointment.

Very pleased with the service. The girl at the front desk (Nulek) and the doctor that took care of me were very pleasant. Although I am not happy about one of the employees who in two occasions in a matter of 15 minutes gave Nulek an attidute for asking very simple questions. From a customers point of view, I believe that it was disrespectful and unprofessional and Im hoping next time to have a better experience.

They never answer the phone! What’s the point of having a phone number that can never be reached?!! Worst customer service ever!!!

Went to the area for exam. They have a sign stating no one is here please wait and well be with you. Waited, finally someone came over and inquired about us . asked if we still had the same insurance. Yes, can I see the insurance card. Oh its 40 dollars each for your exam copay and we dont take this insurance anymore. I paid 5 dollars each eye appointment with my insurance previously, now they dont take my insurance anymore and want 40 dollars each for the copay. Too much, well I can do it for 20 dollars. Lets make a deal. 10 dollars each. No I cant do that. Hmmmn, you dont take my insurance but youll do it for 20 dollars each. Whats wrong with this picture??? Never again. Done!!!!
