From the first phone call Wandra was super friendly and always helpful! We got 3 estimates and EF Granite came in with the best price, by A LOT!We gave EF Granite the ‘green light’ and they quickly secured our stone from the stone yard where we found it. Edson was hands on in planning the cutting and came up with a great design plan, as our material was not your typical stone(Belvedere Quartzite) Edson was also at the install to make sure all went right! Being our first kitchen project, EF Granite and Wandra answered all our questions, no matter how silly or repetitive! And rolled with the changes that came up along the way. We had a 3 week delay on our cooktop, and ended up going with a supplier that Edson recommended(Al Hugo’s of Melrose, MA), who beat the price of the box store that kept pushing back our delivery date!The install was quick and smooth and we could not be happier! AND they came in lower than the original estimate and that’s AFTER we added another small piece of counter in our laundry room! We had to buy TWO slabs cause we had 63.9sqft of countertop! Hands down the best experience I’ve had purchasing granite. I’ve done the big box stores, local granite yards, discount granite places and Edson and his team bar far has been the best experience and price. I was on a tight timeline and all the local places were 4-6 weeks out for template to install. A good friend of mine said to contact EF Granite and I thought there was no way a place in Saugus would be able to get it done in the week and a half timeline I had seeing I was in NH and the places 10-15 minutes away couldn’t get it done but EF Granite and the install was even a few days early than I needed. Great job and you have a customer for life.

The entire experience start to finish was so easy and the results were beyond imaginable. From the get go the owner Frank put me in touch with the showroom manager Carol. Carol took charge and helped every step of the way. She sent photos of various stones she thought would look good and even had a sample cut for me. Every question to Carol was responded to within mins or seconds. Both of the owners Edson and Frank made a trip to my house to suggest other touches they could add and suggested a piece for in front of my fireplace which never crossed my mind. With a week the templates were taken, production was done and everything was installed. Now a days you don’t find good quality service like this is the field. I can’t recommend EF Granite enough.
