Tried this service ordering last week with a delivery for Monday and came one day late. So far tasty. The delivery tracking app didnt work for me.

While the food is tasty it’s inconsistent. I keep a close track of my macros and the weights of the meals vary and therefore seem impossible to reflect the nutrition info on the label. I ordered a few of the same meal and they all had different meat weights (varied by more than a few ounces) yet the protein grams read 60g for all three. It’s also impossible to determine macros of the individual foods in the meals especially since all the meals include sauces and I’m assuming the nutrition label reflects “meal with sauce” The meals are huge so knowing the breakdown would be helpful. I’ve reached out twice to customer service with this question and no response. Also the packaging is terrible. My order arrived and some of the containers were open and food out of them because all the meals moved a lot in transit. Lastly I originally signed up for an autoship and my order was over $75 in order to receive the 5% discount. My second order was processed without a discount and I emailed customer service - I was told a credit would be applied and I never received it. Overall tasty food and if you’re not someone who counts calories or macros it’s a great choice. But if you keep a close watch do not trust the nutrition label because the meal weights are very inconsistent!!

Paleo Power meals food is so fresh. I’ve tried other food delivery meals and none compare to the quality and freshness of PPM. Their delivery and customer service are top notch. Michael the owner picked up the phone himself when I called with a question. That’s personable experience is a novelty these days. They’ve got a long term customer with me.

The meals are consistently delicious every week. Very reasonably priced for the quality and amount of food you get. Saves so much time from cooking and cleaning! Plus, the fact that they’re delivered right to my gym makes it so easy!

Living a busy lifestyle My wife and I don’t always have time to cook.We work hard to be healthy and although there are a couple of restaurants that have healthy options it is very time-consuming to go there and eat, not to mention expensive.Paleo Power Meals has been a lifesaver for us.The quality and the flavor is excellent .The cost works out much cheaper than a restaurant.Not To mention the convenience of having them waiting for us can’t be matched.I would strongly encourage anyone who cares about their health and the quality and flavor of their food to give Paleo Power Meals a try .Ian Butman - White Mountain Crossfit

The food is great. I do wish that the ingredients were organic/grass-fed The shipping cost (cross country) makes it cost prohibitive. The ice packs didnt pass the test.

Weve been ordering meals once a week for a few months from Paleo Power meals and we have NOT ONCE tried something we dont like! Amazing, healthy, clean AND YUMMY food!

The meals are good, though expensive once you factor in shipping. The customer service is terrible. I have reached out to Paleo multiple times (email and phone) about being unable to use a gift voucher. I have ordered from them for the last time and will not recommend this service to anyone.

Hello - this is my third time ordering Paleo Power Meals - I can say I am addicted. It is so easy, a no brainer - there are times I just dont want to cook or calculate :) The best part apart from being YUMMY is that you can pick it up at your Crossfit location - how many times have you left CF and just didnt want to make a trip to Wholefoods?!?! You have to try the sweet potato strings - a healthy bit of something that makes you feel like you are snacking. Jennifer Barberio

I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am in this company. The customer services is horrific. I ordered and had a question so I emailed, then called, then sent a Facebook message. It has been 7 days and I’ve gotten no response! They definitely opened the Facebook message, so they simply don’t care if their customers have questions. I wanted to know was if there were best by dates for their food, mine didn’t come with any, and if they had other delivery options. I would think they would’ve answered that immediately. Greatly disappointed.

Not only are the meals delicious, but the customer service is great! When my meal delivery was delayed, through no fault of their own, they offered me a coupon for the inconvenience. Things can go wrong, but the true test of a company is how they handle the hiccups. Thank you!
