Prices are extremely high compared to others in the area, super friendly but borderline highway robery for simple repairs. Would recommend if prices were not so high.

He runs an OUTSTANDING company!!! FANTASTIC customer service!I manage a building and the boiler went out over the weekend. They were SO easy! The tech I believe his name was Bill was super nice and fixed it very quickly! I deal with a lot of businesses and it really makes you appreciate companies like Phillips Mechanical!

Highly, highly recommend this company! Weve had multiple issues with our furnace and these guys are always able to help us out super fast, even in the middle of the night. Theyve even talked us through a fix once and saved us a service call fee. Neil in particular is super informative and friendly. When we replace our pile of a furnace, these will be the guys we call to get the job done right.

Our boiler quit out on us roughly a month after we bought our home, but we had a warranty.. Well our warranty companies go to contractors were booked so we got to essentially pick our contractor. We at first picked a company that wouldnt call us back, and waited 5 days to tell us they wouldnt charge the warranty company only us and wouldnt have it any other way. Yep, we are also in January mind you. Not what we were told initially, so frustrating! A friend referred us to Phillips, and the next day Neil (I think thats how its spelled) was here fixing our boiler and getting it to work. Very friendly and explained everything so it was really easy to understand (since I had never even seen a boiler before moving into this house, that helped), even helped us hash out a plan for payment that worked for everyone involved. There are great companies around that really care about their customers, and Phillips is in that elite club. Thank you Neil, and Phillips Mechanical you guys are the best!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We called Phillips after my husband tried working on our furnace for days (youtube videos and all;)), driving hours to get parts, and lots of stress. Brendon came out the same day we called, after hours- and he had it diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes after arrival! FANTASTIC customer service, and he was super genuine and friendly! Customer for life! =D

I would highly recommend Phillips Mechanical. They have done excellent work for Royal Renovations and pricing is reasonable!

They installed my new natural gas boiler, water heater and an AC system. I spent $16,000 with them. The work was quality but they overbilled me and had to refund money after I went back and looked at the contract. Also, they installed a defective pump in my heating system and though they did not charge me for a replacement pump they tried to bill me for the labor. When I complained, he said it was my fault, that someone in my household had turned on the pump without water in the system! Absolutely not true. I refused to pay the labor, there was also supposed to be a 1 year guarantee on labor! Poor customer service!
