I like the place in general, but theres just one staff that has been rude to me on two separate occasions. However, there is one guy in particular who is always helping me and is very nice. Hes the only reason I keep going back.

If youre looking for a fun furniture shopping experience with great prices. The furniture options seem endless and the prices are just too good to pass up! Like the Ashley Furniture Glider we found upstairs and just HAD to bring home long before we found our perfect Ashley Furniture couch set. The quality is there and the modern conveniences offered are so appreciated like the AC outlet in the loveseat center console. Definitely a place to check out frequently!

Place is just trashed. Really hard to walk around hole in the floor upstairs. Stuff everywhere no organization at all walked in and looked around dipped out fast

Id give them 0 stars if possible. Their customer service is trash. Called to cancel an order because it wouldnt fit in the space once I had moved my furniture in. Per their receipt, I have 7 days to return, the guy starts arguing that they dont follow their own receipt and wont cancel my order. Dont buy from them as they dont give two sh*ts about their customers and will try to argue what their own receipt says.

I have purchased 2 sofa and love seat sets 2 sets of coffee and end tables. A dinning room set and other misc. ITEMS. for the money and the delivery you cant go wrong. They carry Ashley brand furniture and other well known brands. Great alternative to the big box stores. I must mention, they order the furniture new if it is available. Best place to furnish your home at a ridiculesly low price. The guys there are great and willing to talk you through what they do.

Spent three years homeless before moving into a cheap apartment. The last several years I’ve been saving and bought a house. Needed furniture and a friend suggested here. Staff wasn’t very helpful you had to almost shut to get their attention. Bought a mattress and a couch. Paid two delivery prices. Weeks have passed.... no couch. Had to call the store for updates. No updates. Been using the mattress as a couch as I wait. Who knows how long. Zero communication just I’ll get it when I get it. Will have to take a day off from work cause they only deliver during business hours. No clue if it will be weeks more or months. I’d go to a more reputable place. My mattress will need to be replaced by the time I get my couch. Not impressed with the customer service or the communication.

If you’re looking for affordable furniture and a good selection to choose from, this is a great place. The customer service is less than ideal but the furniture will do. We were told early October for our couch to arrive that needed to ordered. Took way longer, and when we called to verify the status they said they had supposedly left a voicemail saying it had arrived the week before. When we arrived, they were loading the wrong sectional into our truck. I stopped the gentleman and said that’s not the right color and he said well that’s what was ordered. So they offered to check and see if they had the right color in the ware house otherwise our options were to take the wrong color couch now, the dirty floor model, or wait another month for the actual one to come in. Luckily they had the right color in the warehouse and we could be done with the whole transaction. They weren’t apologetic at all for the delay in communication or mix up in orders.

Very friendly and they have a much larger than you would expect variety of furniture for great prices. They sell other things too but I always go there for the furniture.

I went here shopping for a mattress after being referred by a friend. All I can say is all of the good reviews of this place must have been paid for or posted by people who honestly dont know better. You expect a discount center to sell things for a discount.I priced 2 mattresses by directly talking to the guy running the place. One of them a $500 retail memory foam mattress from Ashley Furniture. He wanted $479. Ashley sells it online shipped to your door for $386. Thats not only not a discount, it totally refutes the We will not be understood slogan they have plastered on the wall. To boot, ater telling him this, he rudely says he wouldnt unload it from a truck at that price. If youre looking to pay extra for bad service, go here. You wont be alone. There are at least a good few people foolish enough to enjoy the experience.

On Nune 6th we purchased a couch from them. It was ordered in and they had told us 2-3 weeks for us to pick it up. We waited two weeks and called to check if there was an update. We were told another 2 weeks. We called again at the second 2 week timeframe and were told 2 weeks again. Again we waited two weeks and called back a third time, and again were told 2 more weeks yet. Waited 2 more, at the 8 week mark I called and was told another 2-3 weeks, or maybe mid August. It had not been delivered to them, and hadn’t even been started moving at the factory. I requested a refund, and at the time had been told there’s a 20% restock fee. I was busy at that time and didn’t think deeper into it and went ahead. Now thinking, there was no restocking done, neither unclaimed freight or the factory were out anything, as nothing had been done since our original transaction. I communicated that I’d like my 20% also refunded for those reasons, and they have been less than accommodating with dealing with the bad situation I was put in by them and the factory. I cannot understand how a company feels proper operating that way. They don’t deserve any stars.

Great prices and selection of items. Some areas we visited were incredibly hot and stuffy, though, so we couldnt last long. Im not sure if even a fan could save it, it was that hot. Employees were polite and helpful. Shelves were organized as best as possible. Id definitely return.

Best way to buy furniture. Is it a fancy store, no but you can not only buy whats on the floor you can order too. We ordered 2 beautiful couches for $700 delivered in 2 weeks. I priced out the same couches at Ashley and they wanted $1400 and 6 weeks, this was getting their 40% discount sale too! Will always return to buy furniture here, dont forget to ask about ordering!

Love this place, not only did they have the right price but even delivered the bed frame, and set it up and customized it to work even though it was a bit of a tight squeeze. Very good customer service.. I always tell people to shop here . Always!!!!

My husband and I went to unclaimed freight and the customer service was horrible! The man acted like we were the biggest inconvenience even though we were the only customers in the building. He was so rude we took our business elsewhere and we will not return.

I went in to get a full-size bed for my daughters and received excellent customer service and recommendations on what to get. I was not oversold and was able to take from the store same day. I bought a couch a few months ago and also had a great experience.

Best place to buy furniture. The 2 guys that work there are very freindly and easy to work with. There furniture is very nice. All the little stuff they have is good stuff. They are a lot better than most unclaimed freight stores.

It may not be much to look at but when it comes to buying things like furniture you are not going to get a better deal anywhere else. Basically anything that Ashley furniture has you can buy from here for about 60% of what it would cost had you bought it from Ashley furniture. They will order it brand new from the same supplier as Ashley would get it. I will reiterate it is not a glamorous looking business when you get inside but if you are willing to look past that it is a great place to get deals on furniture.

If you are looking for cheap furniture that will be in terrible shape in less than a year, this is your place. I purchased an entire living room set and a king size bed. The end tables and coffee table were so cheaply made that the finish on top literally will just chip and flake off. The couches cushions became so flat and sunken in that no one wanted to even sit in them. The fabric on the couches pilled constantly. The bed was used even less than a year when I decided to go back and see if the store would honor any sort of warranty. The guy basically just laughed and asked me what do I expect when buying such cheap stuff. I reminded him that when I purchased the bed I asked him if it was a quality mattress. I had the money to purchase something more expensive and I didnt want to take the chance if it wasnt going to be quality. He ensured me that their mattresses were top notch. He was such a complete liar. They would not honor any warranty and they do not stand behind their products. They also become very rude in any case of being called out on bad quality. In my opinion, its not worth it to purchase cheaper items if they have to be replaced every year or two.

I drove all the way from white bear lake to buy a table that I was told was 120.00 dollars by two different people and someone on the phone when I called to make sure it was still their. The table is upstairs in the area where they have very old furniture that has damage I arrive on Tuesday to pick it up and the guy tells me oh I cant sell that table for 120.00 dollars if I sell it for that I would of bought it my self . Now two other people besides me that were with me first time we were their when I spotted table upstairs heard them say it and were with me when I went to pick it up and they told him we were told that as well. I will not ever buy nothing from that place and I will strongly do my best make sure nobody else does as well.Bad business practices.

Purchased a couch and love seat. It was broken when we unpacked it at home. Took them about a month to come fix it. They came and fixed half of it and said they would come back to fix the power headrest. That was about a month ago. 😡

This company is a joke when it comes to getting your purchase in on time. Unless you take the damaged item from the floor that everyone sat on dont expect to get your items anytime in the next few months. I ordered a recliner from them the last week in January and was told that they already ordered one for their stock but will add another to the order for us. We are nearing the end of the 2nd month with no word on a set date when we will get this.My wife decided to order a Loveseat and an end table from them. We made the purchase on 3/12/18 and was told we would have it 4 days later. We called to check on it since it is now going on day 4 past the delivery date and were were told I dont know what I expected with tax season. Your end table is at least a month out.We have tried to be patient with this company but this is just ridiculous. When a customer orders something from you as a business you should be getting regular deliveries of inventory already and not pushing people away after 2 months of waiting for something we paid in full at the time of order. I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away. I would rather spend double on the same furniture somewhere else where I know I am getting what I order on time without excuses.I wish I could give this place 0 stars but it is not possible.

This place is really becoming a dump. Large selection of furniture in the back buildings but you gotta walk through the front building first which looks terrible. Do not go here. I am in the process of buying a table; was told I would get it in two weeks. Four phone calls and 5 1/5 weeks later I am very annoyed and still waiting for a single call back. Dont waste your money (only reason I am still waiting instead of going somewhere else, is the nonrefundable deposit I have on it). By far the worst customer service ever.
