I worked with Craig Edelbrock to design a sublimation plaque for a corporate gift. I live in California so everything was done via email and phone. Craig is professional, provides timely and accurate service, gives great suggestions and has the customers best interest in everything that he does. He provided three different design layouts, without me asking him to do this, and he explained all of the print options in detail so that I knew exactly what the final product would look like. I needed the gift to be shipped out rather quickly, and Craig offered to stop by his local UPS store after he got off of work, so that the gift could be shipped that day, rather than the following day. This extra effort saved me a lot in additional shipping costs and got my gift to arrive when I needed it. It is rare to receive such fantastic customer service these days. I would highly recommend working with Benton Trophy & Awards for any needs that you have, whether you are a local resident or across the U.S. Craig and the company did a fantastic job. Thank you!!!

I had to get a couple things done a plaque and they did it great. And then I had to get well I didnt have to but I needed to get my St George award from the United States Army when I retired after 20 years. I had a little singing on the back with my name. Because the first one was stolen from my ex, so this time nobody can steal this one with my name on it or sell it or give it away they will know whose it is. So if you have anything that is sacred to your heart, get engraved. This done Place does a fantastic job. In the man when he first asked but what if we make a mistake? Nice as well just dont make a mistake. LOL. Because that was a $50 medallion when I received and I didnt know how much it costed 17 years ago. But it was probably cheaper than then it was now. But I got to certificates its okay. So all you guys out there you want something that is yours and put your name on it this is the only way. Just in case you never know.
