The installers were fabulous. In and out really promptly and didnt leave a trace. Very satisfied with the whole process.

I work here. Its not a hard job if you are willing to show up on time and participate.

Terrible Product and worse Customer service. Thermo-techwindows claims that the windows are doing as they are suppose to.. You make the call... DO NOT waste your money on a terrible product or company..

Called this morning to order a replacement part on my casement window that I broke while cleaning my windows. Pam in the order department was excellent and was able to help me and offered to mail the part to me at no cost under warranty. Couldnt be happier.

Buyer beware. We recently replaced our patio doors with ThermoTech. We researched brands and decided to go with them as our local lumbar company recommended them and their customer service. Their price was good so we thought wed try it. NO, no no no. One of our doors came warped but we didnt realize it until after it was installed. That was in July. We do understand the delay due to covid, but no one has communicated with us or cared about the fact that our warped patio door is only partially installed and not insulated. Someone came out to review the warped door, to see if it could be serviced, they then told us that we shouldnt worry about anything, that ThermoTech will replace and install it free of charge. BUT then turned around and claimed they never said that; it turns out the we have to pay for the labor to install. As of today, we have no replacement door, an improperly installed warped door and have to pay double to have a door fixed that is/was defective from the manufacturer; weve had zero communication from ThermoTech and have had to follow up numerous times (some without any response at all). I suggest to look elsewhere for your door or window replacement. Weve been kind and understanding the entire time, but now are angry, put-off and beyond dissatisfied.

Went with thermotech Windows and patio doors for new house. So far no complaints after 4 years.

I have sold and installed these windows in many homes in northernMichigan. No problems no complaints. I have them in my home allwith366 glass. Great windows. Nice company to do business with.

Shoddy craftsmanship. Sliding mechanisms require you to lift the entire window with both hands to open, they do not slide. Screens all arrived with gaps in all 4 corners, and most of our brand new window frames came scuffed or scratched out of the box. Customer service response was that it would be at least a month before anyone could even come look at our poorly manufactured windows and doors. Unacceptable products and unacceptable customer service. If Wal Mart sold windows, they would be better than these. Dont waste your money with Thermo Tech, buy a quality product instead.

This place has an amazing level of commitment to their customers. The quality of the product is second to none. Its nice that companies like this one exsist.

Customer service is great..... Had issue with new Patio door... glass was wavy .... They Came on a Sunday to replace.....Customer service is one of the best ones i have seen......Quality is good but could be better

Horrible customer service. Shirley is extremely rude and has refused to direct us to the appropriate person to help with our reoccurring window issues. After 2+ years, we’re still trying to get a technician out to our house to assess our concerns.

We put Thermo-tech windows in our new home. We noticed the grids were crooked and called the company. Thermo-tech was very responsive and sent out Rick Ahrens to view the windows. Rick assured us that Thermo-tech would replace all windows with the crooked grids and not to worry as he and Thermo-tech would make sure we were satisfied. He and the company did just that! Our windows are now replaced. Thank you!

I have a window that broke from a stress crack 1 year 3 months after install.Even though it was out of warranty they met me halfway abd replaced the glass at cost and didnt charge labor, which is where any worth of this ends.Their service tech Ben, dropped his silicobe caulking gun on my finish in place wood floor.I heard it and came out of my office, when asked he said the gun was dropped on the rug and specifically stated it didnt hit the hardwood.I had to leave for an appointment immediately when he walked out so didnt check deeper.I got a call that evening from my wife about a weird shiny smear stain on the floor.There was also a boot print in silicone caulk as well as a significant dent in myI sent them pictures and instead of just handling it or letting me speak to anyobe but their gatekeepers, who are telling me they havent made a decision yet.Update:The field service managet Mark called they are going to work with me.

The glass seal on sliding patio door panel I purchased from Thermo Tech via McDiarmid Lumber failed after 4 years (glass is foggy). Thermo Tech has a 20 year warranty on their glass but will only ship replacement glass to the United States (customer must pay for shipping), but I bought door in Canada. They also will not do any of the service for warranty work, they only supply parts. Let the buyer beware.
