I received a sketchy text message from a recruiter named BRUCE WAYNE about a job at this company offering $25/hr for a welder. next day i got a call from a california number that was actually from a call center in india. not a great way to start a relationship with a possible employee. if they cant even get the recruiting right, i cant imagine how terrible the management structure is. zero stars.Edit picture added. the next day a received a phone call from a california number from bruce wayne who was working in a loud call center with a very thick indian accent and a beginner level grasp of the english language.

Supervisors have no CNC machining experience or knowledge. One of thee lowest paid machine shops in central MN. Dont expect any raise bigger then the cost of living(or even expect any raise at all).If your looking for a company where your not appreciated, where efficiency is demanded but not taken into consideration during reviews, Where benifets change and increase, this could be the perfect job for you.

I worked at Ichor Systems (Talon Innovation) for over a year, from the cleanroom up to machine operator. The facility is fairly clean and co-workers friendly but I was extremely disappointed in upper management. I quit to work for a different machine shop because I was not given a raise for becoming a CNC operator as I was promised. The plant manager told me to my face that machine operator wages is average at $15.00 an hour. So if you want to run multiple quarter million dollar machines for 15 an hour, this is your dream job. At the time, I was going to college for my machining degree and it took ICHOR months of me asking before they would finally pay my school reimbursement which they agreed to pay. Many of my co-workers on machine side told me they were never reimbursed.I found out through a friend who interviewed there that they called me and other people who quit ICHOR for a better job greedy motherf*ckers and that Those companies can keep them. So you can see how much respect they give their workers.

You could not ask for a more rewarding, more welcoming, or a more professional workplace than this.
