Extremely unprofessional and do not take care of their customers. Billy is really awesome, it’s the people above him. They deserve less than a one, the district manager is very rude and inconsiderate, should NOT have her job. There is a motion light out in the tunnel where my unit is and has been a fix ticket in for NOW OVER 3 MONTHS, but still has NOT done one thing about it!! Also hung up on me when I had to address the issue once again, very unprofessional!! I pay $90 a month to have NO light in the tunnel where my unit is, so pathetic. They don’t care about their customers at all!! Don’t go here!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew he’s absolutely great easy to speak with very good person and he helped me professionally right away so I had a great visit I’m glad I chose Public storage.

I went in with a bad mood from an annoying day and Billy was super friendly and actually made me laugh and fixed my bad mood. As I was leaving, I slipped a bit on the ice and he was quick to check on me and help me up, I really appreciate his help! Great at being professional and casually friendly towards strangers.

The storage facility is clean and staff have been very friendly. The gent that helped me out today did a great job to show me the unit and make sure my rate was the best available. Decent rates, although I wish the rates in person were the same as online. Make sure to reserve online for the best deal.

Great prices! I like the covered driveways between the storage units, Keeps you dry when unloading in bad weather. (Rain, snow, heat wave, etc)

I have had a storage unit there for over 6 years and have loved the girls that have worked there! Nichole and Tami went above and beyond to help me with my options on moving and explaining on how to get the moving truck in there. Always a smile on their faces. Will recommend this place because of the workers!!!

I stopped into Public Storage in Sauk Rapids today during the worst snow storm! The two women working were both very friendly and helpful. I had questions about unit sizes and prices. They showed me a unit they thought would fit my things. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Public Storage. The sidewalk was shoveled and salted, and the office was clean and the employees were helpful and friendly.

It would be awesome if someone would de-ice the unit doors. Can’t get into my unit, not cool.

Jackie, the person who helped me secure my unit was very helpful, friendly and informative. The are is very secure and I will be able to load and unload my items under a roofed in area to prevent getting wet while doing so if it rains or snows. Also, mud free.

I have been a long time renter with public storage in Sauk Rapids, and I can not say enough amazing things about this facility. Every time I go in to Public storage I am greeted with a smile and outstanding service the staff is always quick to help me with any questions that I have. Tami and Dottie are both vary informative and helpful with any thing you would need . One of the things that has stood out the most to me about this storage facility verses other ones I have used in the past is the way every time I come in it is always clean and organized . My experience was great here! They are very helpful, friendly, and go out of their way. I am a very picky person and have nothing but good things to say about our experience . Plus, we We got a free month of storage!!!! The location is very convenient and you are able to get access to your unit 24 seven as long as you contact them ahead of time! We also got a discounted rate on our unit the reserving our storage unit online, check it out it can save you a lot of money!

Does anyone ever shovel here? I mean, seriously! Is it actually that hard to do your job and just remove the mountain of snow in front of my unit? Why doesn’t my monthly rent come with snow removal in the winter? Seriously! Why is my unit always frozen shut or snowed in every single time I need to access it in the winter. There are staff on duty every single day, why isn’t snow removal a priority here?

I have rented this large unit since last November in good stead, and I have a couple comments: My 80 year old aunt entrusted me to rent the unit for her prized possessions. Yesterday I was there organizing for upcoming rental truck haul, and was appalling. There was homeless person laying down blankets for stay right next to rental office door, and apparently people are LIVING in units just beyond the south end of complex (this is the high price I pay for security)?

Very friendly service here, Sierra had an optimistic personality and a sense of humor. Was patient with me when I missed an appt and explained everything in a professional non boring way. 5 star up in here

I have had nothing but issues with this place since I moved my stuff in. They like to pile snow up on the doors so you need to bring a shovel if you plan on going to your storage unit in the winter. I was being over charged for months and when they FINALLY fixed my bill they raised my rent. I had only been renting from them for less than 6 months and signed a year lease. They quote you lower pieces and then raise the rent and they CAN because its in the contract. They also MAKE you carry insurance which costs an additional $15 a month and they do not tell you that until you are going over the contract with you. Their advertisement for the first months rent being $1.00 is a scam, what they do is discount your rent the first two months so it equals the $1.00 for firsts month rent. My friends unit was flooded and all her stuff was wrecked and they accepted zero responsibility. I have used other storage places and have NEVER dealt with SO many issues, uninformed and rude staff like I have here. Cant wait to move my stuff out of there and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. If providing zero stars was an option that is what I wouldve given them.

Stopped in to ask some questions about storage space rental and pricing. The girls in the office were very helpful and answered my questions.

Husband and I rented a space and were surprised by great price and easy renal process.

Would not recommend. Storage bin flooded. They didnt email or call any ony so we lost everything.

They scammed me out of my money. I had to change my debit card because of fraud and they called me to get a payment and said I had to pay before the 7th or they would charge me with a late fee so I went in to their location and tried to pay and they told me there was nothing I could pay off. The next day I get an aggressive call about how I have a late fee now and need to pay and I tried to explain that I attempted to go in and pay it before the late fee and they told me they didn’t care in a very rude way and that there’s still going to be a late fee. Their garages are not well kept and their service is rude. I will no longer be using their services.

Great place to store your property, the facility was very clean, and access to your storage unit was at your convenience. The store manager was excellent to work with answering all my questions and concerns. I rented for about a year.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Tami & Dottie! When I came there I was in a bad situation and they did everything to make me feel lile everything was going to work out and they did everything they possibly could to help me! This place sucks there rates go up about every 4 months. This place is not secure. My unit got broke into and they did nothing. They told methat my unit got broke into cause it wasnt there lock. I was paying for insurance and the did nothing. So i tookit off. I do not like this place at all

A horrible place to store your things. All storage rental places offer pretty much the same storage needs. The only thing that sets them apart is service. Service here is terrible. You need to be in and out in 10 mins or you are loitering. Not to mention the attendant acting as if they are prison gaurds and people that pay alot of money to use thier services are treated like criminals. My advise is St.Cloud has alot of storage options, this is one of the worst.
