Always keeps the entryway door locked or their suite door locked. No customer service skills and very rude, refers clients to the 1-800 number. I am the neighboring Suite in the entryway and by them keeping the outer door locked all the time is not only a fire safety hazard, but is bad for my Business. The landlord has talked to them many times about this issue and still no change. Their clients try to come into my business to get questions answered and theres nothing I can do to help them. Please help your clients with being able to breath while they sleep!!!

Worthless, Lazy, Rude, No Help, How are you still in business? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely no people skills or listening skills. No help to me at all! In fact they have actually cost me time and money. I am contacting an attourney today about my situation.
Billing department is horrible and not helpful. Their bills do not have description of what you are receiving your bill for. When you call you wait about 30 minutes just to speak with someone. They had to call us back with information which was very concerning. We did a call back 3 days later
I have had problems with this company since day one. It took them over two months before I received my CPAP supplies, and then they sent out the wrong supplies. Then proceeded to again send out the wrong supplies the second time, billing my insurance company both times. The third time they sent it out it was correct, but my insurance didnt want to cover it because they had already been overbuild. When calling the company to try to get things corrected, you reach somebody that is very difficult to communicate with.(You need to ask for someone stateside) I have never been so disappointed, irritated, and flabbergasted at the incompetence of a company.
Im sure there is a person, in Aprias billing department, that knows when a customer is on medicare and has supplemental health insurance you first bill Medicare for the bill, then the health insurance company. I keep getting a growing bill and contacting Apria each time I receive a invoice, BUT they cannot get it right.. I have contacted the Medicare office and they still have not received anything from Apria. Anyone can look on BBB and see the complaints this company gets.
I am extremely frustrated with this company. Over the past two weeks I have left voice mail messages and even spoke with two different people in the office regarding some concerns, but the RT, Val is never available to help me. My cpap machine us not helping me at all, in fact, things are worse and I want to return it and go somewhere else. Customer service here is a joke.
