Great Truck stop! Little grocery store inside, everything was stocked up and shelves full. 3 places to order food, with plenty of dine in seats available. Big parking lot perfect for truckers with a trailer wash out.

Food was good. Truck parking. Clean. The only coffee they have is Dunkin Donuts coffee. I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 cups of black coffee that cost almost $7.00. I normally dont mind paying more for Dunkin coffee but this was weak. If you want a good cup of coffee dont come to this Dunkin.

This is a great truck stop, they have a trailer washout, a cat scale, they have three choices of food the game room and the pizza is just fantastic. They also have showers and lots of parking all in all its a fantastic truck stop in an area that was much-needed.

Save yourself money and DONT go there. Unfortunately, I didnt pay attention to the prices and they charged me over 10 cents a gallon more for E85 then regular unleaded. Way overpriced on food and drink. Dont stop at this place. Keep driving!

So, I was stuck 10 minutes, first in line at 6:40am this morning for the car wash, with no attendant in site and cars behind me getting frustrated and leaving. Why the good rating? Called store and manager arrived immediately to resolve the situation and met us at the end with a coupon for a free wash. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to this location and this manager must be applauded!

Be 5 stars if I didnt have to wait 10 minutes for 1 cup of coffee from Dunkin doughnuts. Can we have some non overpriced self serve coffee at a truck stop?

This location has a Pops Italian Beef and Sausage location. I purchased a Greek Salad with Chicken. My first visit and I was hungry. I asked for a pita on the side with thousand island dressing. The salad greens were excellent but the chicken was finely chopped and very soft with no seasoning. This could be their standard but the taste for me was different. I will go back but maybe not for the salad. I would also ask for the pita bread to be toasted the total cost was $10.49 wo tax.

Will no longer come here. Everytime I ask.for freshener or wipes for the dash its always we dont have any I suspect they.stiff the clients and keep them for themselves. The wash cost a lot to not have any. If I can leave a half star I would.

If you have a descent looking car with low profile rims and tires, stay away since the tire shine motor on the driver side of the conveyor belt isnt protected by a plastic cover. My driver side front rim to my 2020 car got stuck and now is scratched and had to pay 450.00 out of pocket so that I can restore the rim.. West the manager said that he will contact me after watching the surveillance video and he never did . When management finally called me they said to contact my insurance and fix the scratches myself cause they arent responsible . Im still waiting to watch surveillance video.

ZERO stars. What a horrifying experience. If you have a nice car with automatic settings, DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. It was my first time here, I was trying to figure out where to go after I paid when I saw an attendant at the entrance to the wash. He waved me forward, asked me to put my car in neutral, which I did and waved me onward. I came out the other end and my wiper is broken and my windshield is cracked. I pulled over to the side and called him to look at it. He called a manager who noticed my wiper was missing. He went back into the car wash and retrieved my wiper. Then the manager said the wiper must have been damaged before I entered the wash. It was unbelievable. I filled out an incident report and they kept saying theyll call me. They never did, I was the one calling to figure out where their corporate office was. I finally found an online report form to fill out. I got an email response that it will be forwarded to a wash administrator. I called the number on the signature of that email, spoke a super rude and defensive person from accounts payable before I finally got patched to the claims person. She also said shed call me back, she did not. I was the one who called for an update and she said oh, yea, we watched the video and your wipers were going in the wash. Yes, our machine cloths snapped it off but we have signs saying you should turn off your wipers so we are not liable. You have video showing your machine snapped off my wipers but youre trying to hold me responsible? I didnt see any signs because their attendant was waving at me to come forward! I filed a claim with their insurance. Same story, this guy comes back a week later to tell me my vehicle manual says I should turn off automatic wipers when I enter a car wash and they are not liable because thats what my vehicle manual says. Have you ever read your vehicles manual? Now a $12 wash has cost me thousands in repairs. FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH.

This is in a good location off of 394. Were are glad to have it for the lack of options we have close to home. I like the variety of their food court. Its a bummer the taco place isnt open all the time though. We ate and grabbed donuts on the way out. Gas and a wash is an option too. Great one stop shop theres groceries and more too.

I love this place. My family stopped here to share a meal & gas up. The steak tacos from little Mexico are really good. My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich from Pops. Which he said was so good. I highly recommend this spot.

Very clean, nice staff. Affordable prices. The Mexican Steak tacos was very tasty. Has BEGGARS PIZZA which is always fresh. The truck parking is HUGE!!! Always pleasant when driving thru. Need sidewalk to cross busy intersection tho. Love that this business has come to Sauk Village.

It is a good new gas station in the area, they sell E85 ethanol fuel for flex-fuel vehicles

I always have a positive experience stopping here. Staff is friendly. The Mexican and burger place are very above average to very good. Dunkin is just Dunkin. All those ladies are engaging to talk to.

Went to this gas station a couple times now and here is what I have to say..The first time I went there the lines were insanely long and cashiers were really slow moving. I was probably in line for 20 minutes. So if your in a rush definitely don’t stop at this truck stop/gas station. I did go back a second time just to see if maybe it was just a busy time of day but nope! There was still a long slow moving line! Oh and forget about getting food there late at night.. the restaurants in there close at 10pm! What kind of truck stop doesn’t have restaurants open past 10pm?!?!? I still don’t understand that. Also there were probably 12 employees at pops and the time was 11pm! I’m beginning to wonder if the guy by the door who said “Dey closed” to me was even telling the truth because all the employees were there laughing and using crude language among each other.Anyhow Loves is not too far up 394 and is a much better truck stop. I can’t see this place being around too long, not enough business in the area either. I would stay away from Gas N Wash. You’ll be glad you did!

The place is new and have a lot to offer, it has a car wash a rv water and waste station. What I really love is the area just for bob tail! Not really impressed with pops the Italian beef meat is not tasteful but the sausage is. Just need to stop by and check it out and grab a cold fountain drink. The personal is very polite.

Place is full stocked and very clean. I would have given it 5 stars, however I just went thru the drive thru to get a burrito and Italian beef. I asked the lady if I can get the hot peppers on the side she said thats going to be extra 🤔🤔I said to have peppers on the side. I have never heard of anything like that. Food is good but its always something new each time I go.

Stopped here to pick up food from Pops. The food was good. But the service was slow. The girl who took my order was not very welcoming and spoke very softly down at her cash register. Then came the wait. There were only three customers and we waited forever to get our food. There was no explanation or apology for the delay.The store is layed out okay like a typical gas & grab. It caters to truckers with a truckers needs corner and I believe they had showers there.Site access is good, but the right turn only at the main entrance is a pain. Most people just ignore it and make a left any way. Back behind the car wash there is a truck exit that lets you out onto Sauk a little further west.

Great Place and great location, just off 394 Sauk Trails. its only been open for a couple months. They have some of everything in there. Restaurant, carwash, trucks are welcome there, doggy wash lol and free vacuuming. They sell propane and diesel fuel.

Plenty of parking and clean but I am really not paying Dunkin coffee prices. This is the only way to get coffee here. Only entrance is in front. No entry at truck pumps. Must walk around to front of store. Not very happy with 1st time being here today. Trailer washout is $29 for 30 minutes and nominal fee for every minute afterwards just for FYI.

It has so much in there truck stop, restaurants, car wash, doggie wash and the price of gas is lower than most. Best ever 394 interstate is less than 1/2 block away

Pops staff is rude act like your bothering them short with you and about as helpful as a tax audit, it’s sad because the gas n wash portion seems wonderful with the exception of the security guard standing watching everyone like a stalker, must be there for the pops staff as I was tempted to slap someone. Wash n go get rid of pops it’s going to hurt your bottom line

I stopped in today to try the coffee at this Dunkin’ Donuts location since I love my coffee and I have to say, I am highly impressed with the customer service that I was given, she asked me before I left the screen if my order was correct which I liked, and she made an honest mistake on mixing my order up and when I corrected her she seemed very sincere and very apologetic, I told her it was no big deal accidents happen. I will make this my new go to location for my daily coffee! Good job guys!

I love this new facility near me already, Lisa the gas n wash cashier was super sweet, the DK employees were really down to earth, a new young cashier at Little Mexico was really patient and nice, and then I went to get the free car wash for the Grand opening and the lady and guy directing the wash at like 3pm were really nice and patient as well. Thats it, this is my new go to place now, I only have one complaint and that is that the watermelon icee machine was broken, super irritating. Lol its hard for find that flavor. Thanks for hiring great employees, its hard to find that much Great Customer Service nowadays.

She looks at us and says Well I dont know, thats something for you to find out. Whaaaaat!Cool no problem, ordered. Now I will say that she repeated the order correctly.When we got our order, we went home. To open our food. Here we go.Burrito dinner I placed, only got the burrito.Size is ok, really bland and tortilla needs to be grilled a bit more.My kids got quesadilla dinners one with sour cream, no sour cream!We rate a restaurant by its rice and beans, maaaaan! Bland and beans a bit burned.My kids didnt like it.The Mrs. Ordered the enchilada again bland, and dry!I know there are all kinds of taste buds, especially in a high traffic area.
