I went in looking for pull up training pants and to buy a second training potty for a toddler. They had a decent selection of pull ups, even though I feel the prices were high. They did not have the training potty I was looking for, very limited selection. This Target is well organized and labeled and I think it was easy to find the areas I was looking for. The cashier was friendly. Clean store.

I always order Drive Up at Target - Savage and never have any problems with anything! Quick pick up and I always get my products I ordered. They always have a great selection of products for Drive Up, specifically, seafood!

Out of stock on common items, even before the pandemic. I’m not talkingabout toilet paper. I have to go to the BURNSVILLE store which seems to do a better job of keeping thIngs in stock.

Use the Target mobile app to select your groceries/items and pay electronically. When leaving the house, let them know youre on the way, and then let them know youve arrived when you pull up (via app). In a matter of minutes - they put the stuff in your car! Bam! So easy.

Rude employeesOne employee threw a tantrum in front of the guests at the check lanes because another employee came over to try and help her, and then proceeded to complain about being at the check lanes to the guest.

What’s going on with greeters here? She stares at customers at far distance while coming in from the parking lot, then quickly turns her head away the minute a customer walks in the door. No greetings at any kind whatsoever. What’s her job then? If she thinks she is too pretty for this, she could just hide in the back and do something else. Get some friendly outspoken greeters, who know the store well, in case customers ask for directions, up front please.Getting paid just to stand there and shunt customers? Does anybody ever train them?

A most wonderful selection of organic foods, health choices, fresh produce and specialty proteins. Its hard to eat with restrictions when traveling, but this grocery store was beautifully supplied. Definitely a great place to shop!

This target is constantly out of things. The shelves look picked over. Like, always. Its not even worth going to. Head to Burnsville.

I have been coming here since we moved Into the area a couple years ago. The whole family gets their glasses here. Tomorrow we have an appointment. Tonight a gentleman calls me to confirm my appt and says “you will be paying out of pocket since you don’t have insurance?”. I told him I did and they should have it on file from previous. He told me they dont have anything on me. I told him I would get the info tomorrow then when I get to work. He then tells me “if you don’t call us before your appointment with the info we can’t help you because we are so busy!” Seriously??? Must be to busy to assist me with all the rest of my purchases I make there then too. Will be canceling my target card tomorrow. Target has really gone down hill customer service-wise.

I love this Target. All these complainers on here need to get a life. Seriously.

Target is a very nice store and I can find most everything I need. The grocery prices are much better than Cub and usually the produce is fresher.

Walked into Target and the employees immediately started throwing lemons at me while screaming “WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS” before escorting me to the back to buy a TV. I don’t need a TV. I don’t want a TV. They made me buy it. I was bruised from the lemons and they made me drag the TV to my car. I was weak and tired, and they just laughed as I struggled to lift the TV into my car. I don’t mind some good salesman’s tactics with the TV, but the lemons were a bit much. I’m allergic to lemons, so I also broke out in hives. Great selection though!

Target should work on the interfacing of their online gift cards from email to Target app. Emailed gift cards lead you to sign into a web browser to view the gift card and does not load directly into the Target app. This made the cashier complain that I showed a screenshot of my giftcard since Target app only loaded promos from scanned items.Savage Target should also staff the cash registers more appropriately. Mondays at 5 pm is a very busy time, and my family waited 20 minutes in line when there were only a few cash registers open and a group of staff were chatting near the clothing area behind the long lines. Self-checkouts were also pretty busy, and there was only one customer ahead of us in-line so we decided to opt for a traditional checkout process since it was our first time using online giftcards. Please be aware of that these issues can be improved. Thanks!

I contacted Target Savage to inquire if they accept personal checks. (No debit card currently due to identity theft.) They assured me they did. I did my grocery shopping, went to check out and was informed they do not accept checks over $100 from customers writing checks for the first time. I offered to show them my checking balance after they asked me if I had the funds available; really?!! They said not and told me I could not check out with a check! I called Target Corporate, was put on hold for 31 minutes! They agent that I spoke with called the store and spoke with Jon (thats who I spoke with as well) and he told her they do accept checks but the check was declined. This was a very, very humiliating experience and a complete waste of my time!!!

The person who checked us out was fabulous! She took the time to show me how to link my red card and use target circle.

I will never recommend TARGET Baby Registry to hard working future mothers and fathers. Ive got a duplicate baby item and the person that bought it didnt include the receipt with the item. It was on my baby register list. I had to return the item since it was the duplicate baby item, unopened and less than 20 days of purchasing it. The employee that worked at customer services/return department was very rude and she had very bad/heated attitude. I felt that she was judgmental towards me for trying to return the duplicate baby item without the receipt. I wasnt even able to get the free sample bag that comes with completing Target Baby Registry. The employee was arguing with me and wasnt very helpful to answer my questions and concerns. The employee laughed at MY FACE. I am deeply disappointed with my experience as a loyal TARGET customer. I will warn people about this and recommend WALMART! Date 10/26/19 time 08:06 PM

I was quite surprised with all going on not to see any spraying or disinfecting of the carts or the handheld baskets, as every one looked very dirty to me. from the bottoms of the basket to the gray handles smudged up. I see the two spray bottles on the table as you walk in, sometimes theres a person sitting next to them

I swear the ratio of customer to employee is 1:3 at all times, and youre either getting run down by a cart or listening to one of their radios from halfway across the store. I get that they need to communicate but my goodness just turn it down a notch or two.Did you guys know that, as of 5:00 PM 12/8/18, they need 2 more cashiers up front? I do, because theres an employee roughly 200 yards away with a radio.

It is convenient and I am sure the product is available.

The answer is easy because I love Target so would always recommend it. What I dont like is the new store set up. The areas that are pods or in the middle of the store I am not in favor of. Takes up room in the store and makes more confusing to find things. It is a creative marketing approach and others may like it. I will probably lean towards buying online because of it.

Many if the cashiers ate friends if my kids which makes soma visits more fun.Grocery isnt always fully stocked, but maybe I go at odd times relating to their shipments...its never bare, but I often cant get at least one thing I come for.

We do most of our grocery shopping at this location and feel like the prices and sales are pretty good once you cartwheel and b use the red card. They do have a terrible time keeping produce filled though and you have to go early to ensure theyre stocked. If we wait till afternoon we often find that staple produce items run out.

This is my favorite Target store in the area. It is typically very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and pleasant. This store is out of the way, about twice as far from me as my local Target, but I prefer to go here and the parking is usually manageable.

I usually come here for my regular grocery shopping. Its clean and I get through fairly quickly. My only complaint is that the produce could be slightly better. But, overall not a bad place.

The aisles are crowded with associates stocking shelves and the selection is terrible. I will be doing my grocery shopping else where. The stocking of shelves should not be happening on a Saturday morning when people are out trying to do their grocery shopping.

Im not a huge fan of this Target. The shelves often seem empty or disorganized like they havent been arranged very frequently and Ive had several items out of stock on multiple occasions. With that said, its still overall pretty clean and has the grocery store attached so we still go here every now and then for home goods and such.

This is by far the best and biggest Target Ive been to. Excellent selection. They have everything from Starbucks, CVS, Optical, Photos, and Grocery. I moved away for college recently and I really miss this Target. No other has compared thus far. One downside is that its almost always busy, but understandably. Try to avoid the crowd by going early in the morning or late at night.

Always clean and well stocked. Check out staff are friendly and they are always quick to call up more cashiers when lines are long. The man that works in the produce department (with a beard) is always so kind and helpful. The man that works in the deli always goes above and beyond to be of assistance. This Target has some is the nicest employees!!

I walked into the store one day and over heard a girl getting talked to for not promoting the red card. she seemed really upset about getting talked to and the other person didnt seem to careat all. Later that day i saw the same guy talked to a group of people who worked there and completely ignoring that there was many lights blinking behind him. they seemed to be talking about their personal lives. from what ive seen and hear i would not recomend people work here.

The service has been great. My store is easy to get to, in and out in no time. Store pick-up is the way to go.

I have had good experiences at Target before. But today at the Savage Target the cashier was quite rude. I had a cart full of stuff and an impatient toddler. I forgot to put down the divider but I left plenty of room between my stuff and the woman in front of me. As Im busy putting stuff on the conveyor I hear the cashier and woman talk badly about me not using the divider. They talked as if I wasnt there.

Cleanliness, bright store, updated, great employees, can ask employees where things are and great selection of products.

This store is great for the non-grocery type of items and always have good selection of items and sizes. Grocery side is available just don’t expect it to be your normal super target variety. Store is always immaculate and has the most intriguing home good displays.

I placed my order to be picked up at the Shakopee store. I later received an email that the item was not available at Shakopee even though it showed as in stock in Shakopee when the order was placed. Instead, I was inconvenienced by your inadequate stock on hand information and had to travel to the Savage store to pick up my item.

Interesting how the Cartwheel app works until you get into the store. When I asked the Manager he said there was nothing he could do. This is the 3rd time in the past week it hasnt worked.

A nicely done store. They seem to keep it much tidier than some of the other stores. We dont get to this one often but go out of the way to ship at this Target.

I like the new updates. The store has been hot all summer. I find myself not wanting to go as much as store is so hot. Maybe they need to turn down the ac to pay for the updates?

Employees in the past looked nice. Today one of the bagging boys had on jeans and half his butt was hanging out so all you saw were his underwear. Jeans can be ok. But properly fitting. I do not care to see anyones bottom.

Best customer service! I was just checking out at the register and dropped my glass container of bbq sauce and it shattered everywhere. The staff immediately assisted me with a new bbq sauce and a reassurance that it could have been worse. Thank you for making my night better Savage Target!

I was shopping at my brothers local target and was having an average experience until I came to the checkout lane. The girl had ambitions for life that could just be seen in her eyes. She is definitely going places. If this review was solely based off of the cashier experience I had, I would give it 7 stars even though its not possible. I believe her name was Abby.. Anyways the young woman was very fast and very nice. I had two carts full of groceries and she engaged in outstanding conversations the whole time. Had I not already had a red card, I definitely would have gotten one from her. Being a past target cashier myself, I know how hard it can be to keep a smile on the face all the time but she did that. The people on the floor were unhelpful but she made up for everything. Great experience overall.

I’m sharing my experience today with an interview schedule today (9-25-19) @8am with store member Allie. My interview was initially scheduled for Monday (9-23-19) @8am. I show up to target 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Lady at the guest services was very nice and told me Mike would be with me shortly. I waited to 10 minutes to have Mike walk up to me calling me EMILY, (my name is Nykole) to say Allie who does the interviews her scheduled has changed, could I come back later today or go back online to reschedule my interview, he didn’t know if it would allow me to reschedule if so I can call H&R department to reschedule. Highly unprofessional. My interview was scheduled online on Thursday (9-19-19) Someone should has know to give me a call prior to me coming in waiting time for a no interview. So later that Monday evening, I get a call from Derrick apologizing & stayed I would not be able to reschedule my interview online myself & when I knew a date & time that would work to give him a call. So I called Derrick back yesterday (9-24-19) to schedule a interview today (9-25-19) @8am. Derrick did let me know Allie is scheduled to come in at 8am so the interview may start a few minutes late. I show up today for the interview 5 minutes early again. Nice lady at guest services said Allie was not in yet, but it should be shortly. So 10 minutes go by. I see & hear other employees looking for Allie. I know this because I was sitting on the bench by guest services & 2-3 employees would walk over occasionally to see if I was still sitting there. The lady at guest services did apologize for the wait. She should be here shortly. At 8:16 I was ready to leave at this point it didn’t seem Allie was coming in. Then a few minutes after that another lady walks up & ask if I’m waiting for a interview. She apologizes & said Allie just got in and things got confused because there interview gives a hour window. Online when scheduling a interview. It gives the potential employee a half hour interview. My interview was scheduled with Derrick today between 8-8:30. So Allie finally shows up sometime between 8:20-8:25. No apology and seems as if she has an attitude with me. And this is someone who represents target and is hiring people for target. She is not a good look. Is she didn’t know she had a interview Monday with me, or a interview today at 8 am. It’s ridiculous. I told her what happened Monday, all she said is yes I don’t work Mondays. 1st off I wasted my time Monday & today sitting around for her. If this was not Allie fault there is a major glitch in the scheduling a interview with the hiring staff! 2nd the first thing she says is this is a seasonal position and would I like to continue the interview. Follows with Allie giving me a paper saying if I can’t work all of theses days ok this paper there’s no point in the interview continuing. Online when scheduling the interview it does ask you what days & time you can work, if that was gone over prior to this interview that would save peoples time coming for no reason. I did get a call a few days after submitting my Application in online in the nice lady asked me my availability and I stated to her my situation in the days and times I could work and she said that should be fine. Allie said that’s not true if I could not work all theses dates & be available during the day it would not work. I have a full time job during the hours of 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Never stated I needed a full time job, nor did I think part time seasonal job I had to be available at their request. At the end of the interview Allie says they have several other people to interview once all that was done I would get an email with Whether this position will work for me or not. Not even a minute after I walk out from the interview I get this email “We wanted to let you know, however, that based on information regarding your employment status with Target, we are unable to consider you for a position at this time.” I am more than quality for this position.

I love Target for a lot of reasons. My one complaint is with the grocery. They are out of items that should be staples (Saltine Crackers, lasagna noodles, organic cream). Having to make an extra stop is frustrating.

Great place. Has almost everything youd need. Better prices than most competition. Produce is almost always out of a common product like zucchini or green peppers though, which is frustrating.

Dont ever use their store to upgrade your phone. Back in mid December, they had a promotion of a $300 gift card on a new line or upgrade to a Galaxy Note 8. The deal sounded great at the time, until it fell apart. My phone company is charging me over $200 because the idiot that works in their electronic department didnt know how to do a exchange / upgrade.

Bright, clean store with a pretty good selection. As far as service, I say at the electronics counter for 10-15 minutes before an employee acknowledged the growing line.
