My partner and I entered the store hoping to switch carries from My Tello to Verizon. We encountered an issue of trying to find my partners account number from his previous carrier, My Tello. Immediately the associate who we tried getting help from seemed bothered and inconvenienced by our request and questions. Though he answered our questions, his answers were bare minimum responses and he offered us no additional help as we tried to navigate and troubleshoot our issue. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Thankfully, we soon after received the account number needed for switching providers and headed over the T-Mobile store in Burnsville instead and had a completely opposite experience with their staff who were happy and glad to help us successfully switch providers!

Ineptitude and poor customer service abound at this location. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Due to Covid, we purchased a new phone online and picked it up at a corporate store near the hotel. We are from out of town and we needed the phone as soon as possible. The new phone required a minor software update so we needed WiFi. We went to this store (closest available to where we were for the day) and got the complete runaround. The young man that I was talking to was condescending and didn’t know what he was talking about. (I work with these devices daily). They wouldn’t connect us to WiFi to activate a phone, and told us to go to Noodles&Company down the road to find free WiFi! I had planned to buy some accessories once the phone was set up, but instead, I marched right out. Drive somewhere-ANYWHERE-else to get your phones. This was awful.

Ive been here many times and have usually had a good experience. Any of my issues have been with my phone itself, not with the service Ive received at this location. At times, theyve been a little unclear about extra fees, so you do need to be attentive to exactly what youre agreeing to and signing. If it werent for that Id give a full 5 stars. All of the staff Ive worked with have been friendly and willing to help. The store is clean and except for very busy moments, theyve been able to help everyone pretty quickly.

This is not a direct Verizon wireless store. Don’t waist your time coming here. They couldn’t help me recover 3 years worth of photos and memories when my screen was cracked. When I got my new phone, they don’t ask if you want accessories, they tell you you need all these accessories and make up some reason why. At the end, they don’t provide you with any detailed receipt so you can’t see how much the accessories are. I’m glad I returned the case (that was a victra brand case), assuming it was a $20 case. After tax, it was a $55 case.

Went to return a Galaxy tab I purchased the day before and Jake their rep did not seem to be a happy camper about that!? As he writes down my PIN code in a shady way and puts it under his desk on the way out..lol well, after calling Verizon I did get my $400 turn in/up grade credit -50 for a hairline crack by the speaker they said they could not take. i now have. unlimited data on my plan which they the authorized retailer said could not be done! over a $140 for their charges and sales tax. The invoice will be in question!

My daughter and me upgraded our phones in Feb. Aaron was mgr and he was amazing! Best customer service ever! However, we were to get a credit on our bill, and it never showed up. I would go in monthly and get told they are working on it. I went in the other day, 5 mo later, Aaron no longer works there, and the men who are there are extremely rude and incompetent. They couldnt even find when we had upgraded! They would not give me the mgrs number, and told me somebody would call me the next day. That day is come and gone and still havent heard from them! I will NOT go back there and would not recommend this particular store! The way this store and their personnel handle customers is not how Verizon does business, please go elsewhere!

Prices for an upgrade on my business account were the same as from my Verizon rep directly. Jesse got me a new phone same day and he did the transfer of all my programs, data, and setting though my icloud. (He turned his eyes away while i entered my password.) Very happy with experience at an in-person retail store after doing most business direct with my Verizon rep or on-line prior to this.

I just had a pretty poor experience at this Verizon. We came in and were not greeted or acknowledged. The associates were busy with other customers so we patiently waited. Another customer walked in after us and the associate immediately got up to help this new customer. After helping them he sat back down. I then asked how long it would take to get my question answered (without him even knowing my question) and was told 30 minutes. He didnt even ask what my question was. We were not impressed, frustrated and left.

The poor reviews are spot on. Rating is also extremely accurate. We have now been here for 45 minutes. They have 1 single employee working. He has acknowledged NOBODY. There are 5 other customers here besides us. The ONE employee is working with a customer who just stated she had been here for over two hours. Several people have walked in and left in addition to the 5 who are here. This has to be the most poorly run business. There are several Verizon locations in the are, go there. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!

Awesome Experience! My family and I visited recently to move all of our lines fromy sprint to Verizon. Even though we added 5 new lines to the account Id have to say this was the smoothest and most pain free phone experienice we have had. The reps where all extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our situation. I can see why they are such a busy location. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and will return to them for all my future business.

This is NOT an actual Verizon store- they are indirect,meaning you pay $32 for set up/SIM which you would NOT pay at Verizon.I spent over 2 hrs there waiting to activate a SIM card on a new prepaid plan, only to find out upon store closing that they do not carry the correct SIM card for iPhone and I needed to drive to a Burnsville for the apple only SIM card. The store was already closed so i was without service until the next day.Don’t waste your time and go to an actual Verizon store.

Dont even bother buying any products here. When originally purchasing my screen protector (that was $60) the policy was that you could walk in and get it replaced no questions asked if it got damaged. Now they just changed the policy on all customers and make you pay $6 for shipping and you have to wait for it to come to your house.When I requested to get a full reimbursement they said I couldnt because it was outside my first 30 days of purchase, even though the policy had just recently changed.How do I know the next replacement wont be $15? $20? Why is someone allowed to just change the policy after you paid for something?So now I am told they cant do anything and thats just the way it is, so I cant get a refund and am forced to just accept the new fees that I didnt agree to when I made my purchase. No thank you, I will take my business far, far away next time.

Awful, fraudulent place. Do not come here to purchase a new phone.When the rep brought out the phone, there was not a plastic Cover on the phone itself (new phones normally have this). He just casually said oh Samsung phones just come like this now. I just watched several unboxing videos and they ALL come with factory screen protectors. So they lied!When I was paying, the charges came up on the credit card machine, which I looked through. The guy said its phone taxes and my case. So I paid for it. I came home and it turns out he had added a $19.99 Set Up and Go Plus fee. Just so everyone knows... Corporate Verizon does NOT charge this. The sales rep should have told me he was charging me this and it should have been itemized on the machine for me to see prior to the sale. This fee was NOT on the machine.The price of phones is also higher than other stores so make sure you watch out for that. Lastly, READ THEIR REFUND POLICY! Any refunds over $50 are sent by corporate check to your home address on the 1st of the following month. Worst policy ever.In short, do NOT come here. Go to the corporate Verizon store in Burnsville.
