Our technician arrived over 2 hours late; there was little communication as when the technician might arrive, until he was already very late. Clearly the technician was given an unrealistic schedule. The technician was pleasant, tried to apologize; his efforts ultimately resolved our issue—-ALMOST 3 Hours after he was supposed to have arrived!
I absolutely love my ADT family. I highly recommend their service to everyone. Each time that I needed service my technician worked fast and professional. On time for the appointment and great communication the entire time on scene. Thank you ADT. Great Service!
It took 6 days for ADT to repair my system in my Store. Their equipment malfunctioned and I had no Security for 6 days. Serivice and response isn good. I would never recomment ADT, this is my Second episode!
The service technician was very professional, called prior to service and was within the window given to arrive, explained why there was a need to update, friendly, but stayed on task. Highly recommend his service and ADT.

We had ADT FOR 7 years with no issues. Then we moved to another city. Several weeks before we moved, I called to cancel our service and set a date for installation at our new location. After being transferred about 7 times, I finally was able to cancel service and set a date for a new installation - or so I thought. They showed up to install after I paid a $99+ tax installation fee. Unfortunately, I’m still being charged for our previous residence! So I called- got transferred-again- cut off twice. The third call I talked to Bruce who listened to my problem, told me I should get a $108 refund. I still haven’t received that. BUT today I got an email telling me I could make my payment - for the old house- online! Grrr! Someone at ADT needs to get the business end of the company straightened out. I’m tired of dealing with incompetent people.
OVERPRICED and UNDERPERFORMING! I was charged $126 for my install by a third party provider. The technician did not set up my cameras so they would detect and record motion. I had to request an additional service call from ADT to get my cameras working. He also drilled holes through my exterior walls and failed to seal the holes, causing water intrusion from recent storms. ADTs customer service is no service at all... bad experience all around. I previously had a ring diy system at a different location and never had a problem. At my first opportunity Im terminating ADTs service. I thought they were supposed to be the gold standard, but from my experience that is certainly not the case.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have never had a company treat me so terribly. Multiple appointments made to fix/repair my security system and no one ever showed up. My alarm didnt work for well over a year with no effort made to help or fix it. I had to call my bank and stop payment because they continued to charge me for services I never received and the only way out of the contract was to pay an outrageous fee. I would pay that fee many times over though just to know Im done with this unprofessional and disrespectful company. On the many times I called for a solution I was hung up on or placed on hold for over an hour or more. Stay away from this company theyre only out for the money. They dont care if your system doesnt work.

Bob is the man!!!! He is extremely helpful and patient and will answer any questions you have. If you need a reliable security system, definitely go with ADT and ask for Bob. For all installations, ask for Dante! You wont regret it!

Best Security Service in the area compare to other providers had Safetouch, Alarm man, ADS in past but never had same kind of experience from any security provider. Sales Rep. Rahul I got was the best described me things in details and helped me on steps to setup my alarm app on my phone. Comes by often to check on my system and helps with with any issues I may have.
