This Halloween store is a must do each year! Love the costumes, animatronics, and displays.

I love the store however I feel like they do one shipment and stop at Halloween right now Halloween day there’s one wall of merchandise but still a great store great service would recommend

Both times I have been to this particular location the employees are rude and when you ask questions you get a snarky response as if youre bothering them by being there. I have worked in retail for quite some time and know this is not how you treat customers.

This place has changed! This is the ONLY a store you can find really scary halloween decorations. But now that corporate has taken over....it doesnt deplay or sale the scary stuff! I want to see the items in action before I drop hundred dollars on something. Just so disappointed.

Just wanted to say that the young man doing the sign off Gateway this afternoon was doing an incredible job out there!!

Even when crazy busy the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Love the selection of costumes, accessories, props and scary figures, etc for home, porch, yard.

Thought that it had a a great selection of good quality costumes until I saw a costume that was supposed to be “Border Patrol” that said “Agent Wall” on the name tag. Extremely racist, disgusting, and insensitive. Very disappointed.
