All Harbor Frieght stores are the same; quality based on price tools, some items last for a long time, some not so much, but the process are always fair. Great place tool pick up things you may use in bulk, or things you forgot you needed. Always check the sales and make sure to sign up to receive flyers and coupons, bonus freebies abound. Sidewalk sales are awesome events. Replacement policies are fairly cheap.Play it safe, never get a cart for shopping, unless you have a list.☺

Areas of product easily labeled so I could find things on my own. I spent more time in check out than finding what I needed. My limited interaction with employees noted them to be polite. My only negative of this is thag if you have one cashier running, it shouldnt be when the line is in the back of the store when you see fit to open another register.

I wanted only one item. I looked through the store and didnt see it. I saw am employee and asked them. They only took the time to point in the general direction of the store it was located. When checking out they had two lanes open and I was one back. The cashier was taking quite a long time with him. I moved over to the second line and was one back. This cashier took 12 minutes to check this customer out. PAINFULLY slow check out exoerience.

Great selection, pretty clean, and well stocked. I entered and in a matter of three or four minutes, I had three different employees ask me if they could help me. Its not a horrible thing but I just wanted to browse around. Later on, one of the employees that previously asked me if I was ok, asked me yet again. Again, not horrible, just wanted to wonder.

Everytime I go in I always get great service. Today was a day they went above and beyond. I picked up a wrench rack thought it was $8.99 because of the sticker. I didnt read the whole sticker. Then when it was rung up it was a different price. I think someone picked them up and decided against getting them and put them back in the wrong place. When I went to look at the sticker is when I discovered it. I told them no big deal and still wanted them. I used a coupon to help with the price but the system used it against my other purchase. Then they went into the system and discounted it for me when they didnt have too.

Harbor Freight is my absolute favorite place to buy Homeowner Grade tools.I certainly do not want to suggest that everything at Harbor Freight is a cheap knockoff.I have purchased things such as generators, floor jacks, large air compressors etc. that are every bit as good as major brand products at half the price.Lastly I would like to complement the EXCELLENT staff. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated.

Should be called Harbor Freight Rent-A-Tool. I have seen so many people returning tools that they have obviously used that it is an open secret. Ive even seen employees posting as much.Look online for the coupons as well. They have stopped printing most of them in their flyers, but a quick Google search while you are in line will have you covered.

Great if you like decent cheap tools

This is an okay place but dont ever ask to buy a display I needed a ladder and the only one they had was one on display and the manager said I cannot have it and they wouldnt be getting any more for a month and I really needed it. It was in my price range and thats why I came to get it. Online show that they had them in stock.

Cheap tools, cheap prices. If youre not going to lose something very often this is the place to get it. If you can use YouTube these guys can sell you the stuff to save a ton of money.

This was my first time at a Harbor freight. Found exactly what I was looking for and staff was friendly. I expected better than Wal-Mart pricing based on what people told me, but found it was just slightly more, HOWEVER, the quality of tools that I bought deff seem better than Wal-Marts. So its worth it. Still way cheaper than Lowes or home depot

Ive always liked Harbor Freight Tools. My dad use to take me there when I was younger and I was so taken by everything in the store. The only thing about their sales ad, make sure you read the small print. Pictures with sales price can be misleading. I ran into that today but, I have to say employees were very nice,helpful and made sure I left a happy customer.😊.

Had difficulty locating items and I saw only two sales agents in the place. A register clerk fave vague directions which proved wron.After inquiring the 3rd time, i was told where exactly the item was located. There were only 3 items available. Something has changed there. It was never before as problematic to get assistance.

Its ok. Just wish they let us use more than one coupon at a time. We was in Savannah and we came all the way from Douglas. Most of them dont let u use to many coupons. And now when they send there books out there isnt any good coupons. My mom and dad like to go there and they spend 50 to 200 each time but when they tell them only one coupon they wont buy anything. The nearest one to me is an hour a way and it kills my back to drive so when I do get to go I like to use all my coupons at one time. But since they said one and thats all I dont go back and I like to buy things for my male friends. I know Ive spent money there also but I havent been back in months all because they said only one coupon and told me that they wouldnt send me anymore books if I didnt use my card up there any more.

Everything is wonderful. They have recently changed the layout. However. Its still a nice place to visit. May not have anything to buy. But you will see a great deal. Sign up for the sales/coupon flyer. They have great deals. And if you want to try an item? Say an air compressor? And dont want to pay THROUGH THE NOSE? Go to harbor freight. Buy the item. At a lower cost. But same quality. And then you get to feel good about your purchase. I could go on and on on...but simply put. Friendly staff. Great items. Good sales. Good prices. And a well deserved trip.

They were kinda slow. Only 1 line open for cash. The other one was for credit and debit cards, and even though there wasnt anyone in his line, he wouldnt take cash.
