The company I work for has been doing business with Coyle Business Products for over 12 years. Every interaction with them has been difficult and frustrating. Their employee who usually answers the phone is frequently cranky. For instance: rather than saying, Sir, can you please hold she says Sir, youre going to have to wait. When requesting a copy of our current service contracts, she replies Its not going to be today. Even simply asking for a quick email so I had her contact info seemed like I was putting a horrible imposition upon her. Would not recommend.
