Sayville Plumbing Supply stocked the 1 inch pipe extractor we needed to fix our superstor. No other plumbing supply store stocked it. Amazon didnt have it. The tool worked well. Sayville Plumbing Supply spared us from another week of cold showers.

1- half the staff was not wearing any mask and did not practice social distancing.2-they had my part and wanted to charge me twice what it cost on line for the identical item. Left and bought the same item at another plumbing supply in Bohemia for half their price.They were helpful, but the excessive charge and lack of Covid protections made me think twice. Not worth the money or risk.

My oil burner needs a new combustion chamber liner. I made a few calls last night and found it at sayville Plumbing. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful told me he had one left in stock. I told him I would be there tomorrow morning to pick it up and to please hold it for me. I got there about 1:00 today and they had the part waiting for me. They were very helpful and very friendly, I recommend using this place for all your plumbing needs.

Came home Christmas night to no heat. The next morning was a Saturday. Was desperately trying to find a replacement for the blower motor on my 70 year old oil boiler. Its not a common current part due to being lower RPM than they use these days in newer setups. These guys were not only open early on a Saturday the day after a holiday, but had what I needed and were very friendly and helpful. Found my go-to plumbing supply place!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people! Also they carry only the quality plumbing parts (unlike Home Depot which sells lower-grade (like plastic) stuff). More expensive than the big box stores especially on things like fittings, but usually worth the price for friendly and knowledgeable people, and good to keep a local plumbing store in business!

These guys are great! For a small family owned, old school plumbing supply they stock everything. They are open late during the week and on Saturdays. They stock all the parts for most toilets and a huge selection of faucet parts, as well as heating supplies and irrigation. They are well staffed and will get you in and out quickly. These guys take pride in their shop and it shows. Go Tuesday morning with a empty stomach you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if possible

The guys at Sayville plumbing are the most knowledgeable and patient. I dont know the first thing about plumbing, but when I go there with a picture of what Im working on, they sell me the right parts and explain every step I need to complete. Sometimes they even offer me food!! I LOVE to go there and cannot recommend them enough!!!

I needed a new circulater for my storage booster tank. Of course the removal of the old one didnt go as planned. The effort that the owner gave to create a replacement part was amazing. You will not get service like this any where else. It was a pleasure to see he was training his son.

Kenny and the crew go out of their way to service their customers. I needed a boiler and new baseboard heaters after Super Storm Sandy and Kenny worked quite hard to find me one and deliver it to my house in a timely fashion. Every time I shop there they are always helpful and very fair.

Paid $77 for a part that cost $38 on Amazon. Edit ended up returning the product they charge a 5% restocking fee for credit card charges. I know credit card fees are returned when people do returns.
