Alexis was amazing to work with! She helped us design our master closet and we are in love with the way it turned out. She came up with some great ideas and we absolutely loved that she could design it all for us right there on the spot on her computer. It really gives you an immediate sense of what it will look like and if you need to change anything. The product itself is beautiful and we get many compliments on it. Definitely recommend!

She via a video call listened to my wife, was a designer, and real-time in CAD adjusted everything to my wIfes taste. The pandemic forced us to finally get around to doing all the closets in our weekend home (total of 7 closets) as well as adding cabinets in our laundry room. it was a large endeavor that we were a bit nervous about. Working with California Closets was a wonderful experience. The planning process was great in that they created 3D CAD renderings for us to review, which really helped us to visualize the outcome (and took some anxiety away). The designer was very helpful and offered some great suggestion - things we would have never thought of on our own. The installation process was also painless. The installers were professional and everything was installed perfectly. The owners followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy. The closets have made a huge difference in our home - our house feels complete now. Money well spent.

Service was spectacular! Micky was my representative and he kept an open line of communication through text messaging and phone calls. Well worth the wait (install was scheduled two months after consult). I am so happy with my closets. Only one installer arrived and I was worried, but he completed an entire walk-in closet in three hours on his own. My only issue was the office clerk who would call to confirm. She was short and rude. Each time she called (two times), she butchered my first name and was dismissive when I corrected her. She is the only reason I gave them four stars.

I contracted with California Closets to design and install cabinets in my laundry room. The design consultant Kelly, came to my home, discussed with me what I was looking for and took measurements. I have to say she is awesome. We went back and forth a few times in revisions due to my budget and each time Kelly promptly sent back a new idea. Once I was in agreement with what design would be best for me it was just a matter of waiting for the cabinets to be created and installed. They were just installed this past Saturday 4/3/21 and they are spectacular! The installation technicians came earlier than expected and installed the cabinets in a more than timely fashion. They were great! And the cabinets? They are perfect and look beautiful in my laundry room. Thank you California Closets for a superb experience and phenomenal customer service.

I Worked with Brianna to come up with a design for my closet shelving and racks. She was patient as I asked her to revise it a couple of times to accommodate my needs.She set up an installation appointment, I was called the day before with a two hour window and the installers called about 45 min before arrival.Brianna contacted me afterwards to make sure I was happy.Very professional and pleasant experience. I inquired about closets for my new home and met with Michelle. She came to my home and was respectful, polite, and patient while my consultation took place. Michelle listened, measured the spaces and masterfully explained the entire process to me. Once her designs were completed I was invited to come to the impressive showroom in Sayville to review the design in person and go over any changes - I was also given samples and a fun goodie bag. I could see the design in 3D and make the slight adjustments at that time. I needed to envision the closets in my space and Michelle was gracious enough to print out the mock ups for me. I was able to make one more change as once I saw the color pictures and my space I changed my mind on one closets coloring. And that was that! We set up the date for the install and now I have BEAUTIFUL dream closets and I cant wait to fill them! Thank you to Michelle and team!! :)

We used CC for a custom closet in our small master and they did not disappoint! Gabrielle was our designer and walked us through the entire process, showed us multiple options, and explained everything to us. She was always readily available by phone and kept us updated with our install. The end product came out beautifully!

The designer was very thorough. She put together a great mock up and design using 3-D Imaging so I could see what it would actually look like before decision. I measured then she came to my house to re-measure. The quality is beautiful and very sturdy. The installation was very well put together. I love the new organization and room I have to hang my clothes and my husbands clothes. I never imagined my closet could be so roomy and be so gorgeous. I ordered the floating closet so I have to place my shoes underneath. I am so happy that I did business with California Closets and not the competition because everything went better than I could want. This company is not as expensive as everyone makes them out to be and worth every penny. I urge you to call them if you’re looking into a new custom closet.

I consulted Kelly at CC in Sayville to turn my attic into a dream closet, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. She met with us in person and was available by text, call and zoom for everything in between. She gave various options and was clear about timing and budget throughout. Shr even helped me with my living room furniture and gallery wall!!!!Were so pleased with the final product. Looks better in person and no mess left behind.
