Went to Verizon store in Sayville on Sunrise HwyOn 10-6-2021. Absolutely and positively would recommend this store and Roger and wife Lara were extremely helpful and very patient, kind, and courteous. I will never go to any other Verizon store other than this one for sure. Been going her for years love being a life long customer here staff is very knowledgeable and will always try to give you the best deal.

I am very much not as aware when it comes to dealing with technology so having Roger help me out was perfect. He helped me sync my contacts over and save all my files from my old s6.I also frequently work out east on the island and the signal i get from out providers is not nearly as good as verizon.

Today my phone died. Thankfully I had Roger help me. He was so patient and explained everything to me. Definitely request him when you go in!!

****DO NOT USE THIS STORE***** My fiancé and I went here for a “upgrade”....a month later we’ve been hit with over $700 in charges for a month...typically pay $150 a month. After hours of being on the phone with corporate with no answers we will now be leaving Verizon after 15 plus years to use another carrier. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS SCREW YOU LIKE THEY DID TO US.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S7 to the S20, its stunning the leap in technology over just a few short years.

I honestly dont know why I didnt switch to Version sooner. The service is so much better than what I am used to and the people here really helped me transfer all my pictures from my old phone.Solid Service!

I needed an upgrade for my very old razr and after speaking with the staff I was able to get the new galaxy. The difference between the two phones are night and day and I am looking forward to what new technologies will be coming in the future.

I appreciate that the service here has not changed despite the current crisis.Overall helpful staff as always!
