Recently purchased a pair of eye glasses here and the staff was exceptional and courteous and took their time helping me pick just the right frame..I strongly recommend this business I will be sure to go back!!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not accept the insurance plans their banner advertises, owner is standoffish if not outright rude. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Great selection very knowledgeable staff

Refused to send me my own prescription after my roommates dog chewed my glasses to pieces. Even though i had no way of seeing they refused to do so. It also took them nine F$@^ing months to get me my glasses since they kept making silly mistakes. How this place is still in business is beyond me.
