I went in ready to purchase a $127 cross and a $300 decanter set for my husband. There was no one in the store and I was told I had to wear a mask even though I was vaccinated. I offered to show my card but the girl said I had to leave if I did not have a mask on. These owners should not be allowed to make these outrageous rules when it is not illegal to not wear a mask. I have lived in Sayville for years and I was almost shocked that I couldn’t help but feel discriminated against in my own town. They lost $500 of business because of their politically charged restrictions. I ended up finding both the same exact items online for cheaper. So much supporting that small business! They will never survive with their paranoid stupidity.

It is a nice store with some wonderful Irish gifts. They treat all people - chocolate, vanilla, etc. (I use flavors rather than race but you get my drift) the same. It is a great store for everyone. Since travel back to Ireland is on all hold due to the restrictions its the next best thing. Cheers.

Store is welcoming n cozy. Everyone is so kind n extremely helpful. After one visit you feel like family. I n my family Have purchase all different items from here for years. Now my grandchildren shop here. Go n experience town shop joy.

Always a wonderful experience at Irish Crossroads. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive purchased several unique jewelry pieces and get many compliments on them. Ive also purchased many gifts that thrilled the recipients. All the merchandise is quality and lovely. My husband and I purchased some beautifully handcrafted Celtic knot wedding bands a few years ago

BUYER BEWARE! My husband was sold a Diamond and Emerald Claddagh Ring for $1,000. I knew immediately that the ring wasnt worth much when he gave it to me so when the credit card bill arrived and I saw he paid $1,000 I immediately took the ring to three different Jewelers who all regretfully told me that we were taken. The ring appraised for less than $200 by all three Jewelers. I took the ring back to Irish Crossings and asked for a refund and was promptly told that I could get store credit but there are NO REFUNDS. I explained that I had the ring appraised by the three Jewelers who said the ring was worth less than $200 and she said that I could bring those written appraisals in to her and she will discuss this with the Manufacturer. In other words, I could go and pay another $50-$75 for each written appraisal but she wouldnt even guarantee that shed refund the return. I called the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and they said that Buyers must Beware especially this time of year. Im so disgusted! Im returning the CHEAP ring and I will take the store credit reluctantly and will spend it on OVERPRICED JUNK in her store because I have no other choice. BAD BUSINESS! She is greedy and doesnt care if she has a happy customer or not! If she had taken the return I would have written a glowing recommendation for this store.

The store has a decent selection of wares, but one of the women on the counter was fairly passive aggressive or at the very least unfriendly. Luckily I hit the line first because my relatively small item took a fair amount of time to be wrapped which did back up the line behind me but that could differ on a case by case basis. Despite that I did enjoy the Irish theme of the store but I wouldnt recommend visiting unless youre buying someone a gift.

If you can’t make it to Ireland this is a great way to get authentic gift so people think you did go. Great variety and friendly staff.

I have been shopping here for 15 years. I have been to other irish stores and non compare to this one. The woman are so nice and helpful. Definitely a great place to shop for gifts for any occasion.
